A very deserved 5 Stars! I'm Very amazed at the re-Vamp of this Shop since my last visit! I give great reviews where it's deserved!!! The owner, really did a good job after I happen to speak to her about my last incident of having No napkins? What a snafu that was! Oh well, looks like things can change for the Best! The damaged flooring was repaired, (it no longer has the vibe of an abandoned place?) They have a New hire making their sandwiches, I did receive my discount offered to me by the Owner! It took a lot from me to return back here? But, I just Love Capriotti's, what can I say? The new hire guy was super delightful, curteous & clean cut I must say, just like they should be!! I orderd the Classic Italian without Salami, (as usual) plus a Brookie (a Cookie with a brownie mixed in). As he handed me my order, he stated how amazing he built my sandwich, which was a nice sweet touch, and he gave me a few napkins..Wow, which was much appreciated, as for my last visit..(they were out of napkins?) What an improvement!! A big Thanx to the Owner for this re-Vamping. I would say it's more of a remodel? The sandwich, though Super delicious, was not exactly built the way I like it, but it's certainly not the new guy's fault of course..(with all ingredients inside the roll?) It's been years since I've ate at Capriotti's, but I had an offer and figured I'd give it another try. I placed my order online, which was convenient. I arrived within my pickup window time and my food was ready within a few minutes. The guy that helped me was friendly and greeted me upon arrival. There's plenty of indoor seating available if you prefer to dine in. I ordered the Turkey sandwich and it was pretty good. The pepper relish added a nice brightness and helped to add some moisture to the sandwich since I don't like mayonnaise. Overall the prices are a bit high, but it's a decent sandwich. read more

I ordered a French Dip. It was drenched in bacon grease and cooked to death! I couldn't eat it!!The place is absolutely filthy!! Dirt on the ceilings, tiles torn up on the floor. I called to complain and the girl who answered the phone preceded to argue with me that that don't cook bacon on the grill. Hum?? That's interesting.. as soon as you walk into the door it smells like bacon. They use bacon in their BLT and on the Cheesesteak subs. I've been going to Captiotti's since the 1st location on Sahara and the Strip. I would stay away from the Flamingo and Sandhill location. I have not been to a capris in maybe 5 years I think. Ever since I found out about Jersey mikes. Hey I'm not bashing them Jersey mikes just won my heart and my stomach i ordered the 18 inch , so after eating my sub it has definitely gone downhill or it could be that Jersey mikes is just that good. The cold cuts just taste average nothing crazy about the sandwich very comparable to subway. Just more expensive this sub cost me about 22$ after taxes. The service was fine they were nice no complaints. But this location is in dire need for a remodel it looks very outdated and the floor was ripped up. My foot got caught on the lip of the tile and luckily the table was right there to grab of I would have went flying on to the floor. I would suggest putting up some cones or signs. Over great location lots of home and businesses in the area within walking distance of anyone is grabbing a quick bite for lunch or dinner. read more

Email that I sent to customer service: To whom it may concern, I am writing to inform you of a very disappointing and frustrating experience with your restaurant. On 1/30/25 at 2:50PM I used the UberEats App to order an 18" Homemade Turkey Sub. I have been a customer of Capriotti's for approximately 13 years. I have always thought that your restaurants were the best sandwich shops in the country. The Homemade Turkey is a favorite of mine and I have gotten it more times than I can remember. I have never been disappointed with the quality of your sandwiches. However, on this occasion I had a very different experience. I placed my order at 2:50PM and the UberEats App gave me an estimated delivery time of 3:10PM. The first delivery driver made it to Capriotti's (NV024), waited and then eventually cancelled the order. The second delivery driver did the same. Then the third delivery driver. By the time a FOURTH delivery driver was assigned to my order I was very frustrated. I looked up your store location's phone number online. I called, however, no one answered. The voice mailbox was full and I was disconnected. I contacted the fourth driver via text to inquire about my order. She said, "There was only one guy there but he was finishing my order." My new delivery time was 4:10PM. That was 55 minutes past my original latest delivery time of 3:15PM. Needless to say I was very hungry and frustrated by the time my food arrived. Surprise! It wasn't my sandwich. I did not receive an 18" sandwich. I know because apart from having ordered it many times, I also measured it. I received a 10" sub. This was very angering for me. I was starving. I had to wait over an hour. My sandwich was wrong. I was WAY overcharged. The delivery driver said there was nothing she could do. She said I would have to call the store. The same store that I called earlier, receiving no answer, and unable to leave a voice message. Great. I called the store. This time someone answered. I spoke with Chris Hale who informed me he was the store manager. I explained my situation to him. He said that he remembered making my sandwich and that it was 18". I assured him that was incorrect. I measured the sandwich. He said, "That's our 18" bread." I told him that I was not satisfied and that I would contact corporate. This was without a doubt the worst dining experience I have had in as long as I can remember. I am on a fixed income. I ordered the 18" sandwich because I planned to get three lunches out of it (the equivalent of three 6" subs). Instead I got two five inch subs for $25. "Just FYI, it'll be 20-30 minutes before it's finished. Is that OK?" is what I was asked precisely 60 minutes before receiving my sandwich. Not knowing what lay ahead, I naively responded, "Sure!" Before today I truly believed there was no way to ruin wagyu, nor did I believe there was a way to ruin a dipping sandwich. I pity my past self for his sheer ignorance. The sandwich, although as (hilariously) large as advertised, was unbelievably greasy; I could hardly brave four bites before getting sick of it. The dipping sauce didn't help, either; the flavor was lackluster compared to every other dipping sandwich I've had in my nigh-21 years of existence. Surely the service was at least.. bearable? If you thought that baseline was met, you're about to be sorely disappointed. After being handed my sandwich and dipping sauce (not in a bag because the dude straight up forgot) and told "Yeah we had your sandwich ready and forgot about it," I smiled at the worker and was about to fire off a standard "Have a good night!", but no sooner had the thought crossed my mind than he was already turning to a different customer, still mid-handoff with me. Their chips have no price on them. You don't know what they cost before you buy them. I order a sandwich that is so drenched in dressing. I cannot even eat it. It's falling apart I bring in a code. I took pains to get it supposed to be three dollars off I didn't get that promo I went out of my way to do a survey for nothing. The people are nice, but they really don't do the job. As far as food goes this must certainly isn't my last visit- nor was it any where near my first. I legitimately have a crush on Cheese Steaks. I also got love for the family. I like the Cole Turkey and the Waugh Roast Beef. The staff is always nice at the counter and i really appreciate that the staff speaks up to the toppings. Sometimes i want it all and i want it my way. Other times, I can't find a capriotti's when I'm hungry. I think I've memorized every Capriotti's location the moment I see it. It's sortie like doomsday prepping, i need to know where to go when my stomach decides to highjack my polite nature. Capriotti's entire chain is a pleasure to eat at. Even as I maw through my sandwich I can taste the flavor composition of the beef, and that's the foundation of the sandwich. Let's be honest here, sometimes you just really want a sandwich and you just don't feel like going to a sit down restaurant. It was a Thursday night and my girlfriend and I wanted a quick bite to eat and that's where Capriotti's Sandwich Shop came in. We visited the Capriotti's website, looked over the menu, placed an order, and that was it! In 20 minutes we would be able to pick up our food and be back home to eat it in no time. I ended up ordering the Chicken Cheese Steak which is (according to the website) premium grilled chicken with melted provolone cheese, grilled onions, mushrooms, and hot and sweet peppers. How was the sandwich? Well, I'll be honest here, I've lived in Las Vegas for a little over a year and this is only the second sandwich I have actually tried from Capriotti's. I usually go with "The Bobbie" but I was feeling frisky so I figured it was a good time to try the Chicken Cheese Steak and I'm pretty glad I did. The bread was soft and nice, the cheese was melted, and the chicken was tasty as well giving me an overall positive feeling in my tummy. Overall, Capriotti's is a top notch substitute over Subway or Port of Subs and overall a better quality chain. I enjoyed my sandwich and it was super easy to order online and pick it up in store pretty quickly. Will I be back? I absolutely will! read more

Both hot sandwiches weren't very hot. Both were good, but slightly dry. Then my daughter found not 1 or 2, but 3 bones in hers. Lucky she didn't Crack a tooth. Also ordered a cold tuna sub. Once they were screaming at customers to stay outside and they'll call you in one by one to order/pick up because of COVID and the other time I ordered a sand and 35 mins later it's still not ready? One person cooking. One prepping and one fixing a tape dispenser when they were taking orders. This location is a little small but the inside is spaced out good as well as very well lit and the service was awesome , friendly staff. We were greeted right away and they were helpful with questions we had. We got a large sandwich and shared it between two definitely filling. There generous with the portions of meats and veggies ,besides the presentation looking good the sandwich itself was DELICIOUS!! Definitely will be back to try new sandwiches. I did put four stars just because we tried to sit at two different tables but both table tops were sticky feeling but we manage to get a good one to eat on and enjoy our meal. Ordered online. One large American wagyu cheesesteak, one medium hot Bobby, one large capastrami. Delivered two capistrami and no Bobby. Called them and their response was "well can you come pick it up?" Doesn't that defeat the purpose of delivery? The worker on the phone then proceeds to put me on hold (without putting me on hold so I hear the whole conversation) and says to someone else he wants to tell me that they don't do refunds. Eventually, he tells me he can refund it but it'll 24 hours. I paid $60+ for food that is not even correct. Eventually I decided I would just go pick it up. Told them I was on my way and would be there in 20 min (it's far from my house). I had to bring Both capistrami that I have already touched with my hands because I had to see if it were completely the same sandwich. By the time I get there, they didn't even bother making the wagyu and I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to make it. Good lord I'm never coming back again.
