There are great menus, however where I ordered sweet fries, cauliflower risotto, and mashed potatoes were very salty.

We come in about once a month to grab a fresh, healthy meal and the food always meets expectations. So glad to have found another healthy restaurant with an absolutely amazing clean menu!! I have been passing by Flower Child for so long and I finally checked it out the other day! I was pleasantly surprised how reasonably priced it is and the massive menu that they have! I will say that parking can be a little annoying over there. It did take a while to find a spot, It is very busy between Flower Child and North Italia. It is such a cute restaurant, The outside is so whole it kind of reminded me of like a lemonade stand and a farmers market had a restaurant somewhere in Southern California. The one thing I did not like was trying to get into the restaurant the line was not set up in a way that you could fit people in there properly, and it was very hot outside and we were standing in between the doorway and people didn't want to cooperate and you had a line forming outside. I think that there needs to be a better solution to that. Maybe having something that creates a loop towards the pick up order area? Even though there was a screen showing the menu, it was very hard to see, I personally did not see any small menus nearby so I was a little overwhelmed trying to figure out what I wanted as I got closer to the counter. The girl at the counter was super sweet, I ordered the steak with gluten-free Mac & cheese and olive oil roasted vegetables with a lemon olive oil cake to share. And my friend ordered the Peruvian braised beef bowl. The seating in there is massive! There are tons of places to sit indoors and outdoors. They have infused water as well as an area to get all of your cutlery, spices, sauces, fountain drinks, etc. our food probably took about 10 minutes or so? The first thing to come out was the lemon olive oil cake, it was smaller than I expected, It was more of like a cupcake, versus like a slice of cake, which is what I would've expected, but it was pretty good it kind of reminded me of like a mochi cake kind of texture. I absolutely loved the steak, the mac & cheese, and the olive oil roasted vegetables. Steak was cooked perfect the mac & cheese had such an awesome texture and the olive oil roasted vegetables had phenomenal flavor. It was the perfect size portion. The Peruvian braised beef was fantastic (that was what my friend ordered.) I did try a small bite and good thing I only tried a small bite because I did not know there was sofrito in it... and I am allergic to that. But my friend absolutely loved it! Next time I go, I definitely wanna try something else from the menu because they do have such a large variety of options and there were so many things that I didn't get to try. I'm really glad that there is a a restaurant in the Henderson area that is really healthy and clean. Definitely a place I will be bringing a lot of friends! And I really love that they're open until like 9pm. I can't wait for it to be a little cooler out so I can sit on the patio. (4 out of 5 stars) I've been to both the Las Vegas Boulevard and Summerlin Flower Child locations, and I've had great experiences at both. This location was absolutely packed, just like the Summerlin one, but the staff kept everything moving and the service was friendly from start to finish. They clearly do a ton of business, but you never feel rushed. I also liked the fresh fruit infused water they had outside while people were waiting. I ordered the Chopped Vegetable Salad and added salmon. The salmon was cooked perfectly, and the salad was fresh and full of flavor. The ginger miso dressing was excellent and really brought everything together. You can tell they use quality ingredients. They also had Yellowbird Blue Agave Sriracha on the table, which was a nice surprise and tasted great with the salmon. The prices were reasonable, especially considering how fresh everything was. If you're looking for a healthy meal that actually tastes good, I definitely recommend Flower Child. They've been consistently great at both locations, and I'll definitely be back. read more

We were visiting for the weekend and staying off the strip. Dinner was the mission and we were hungry for something fresh and not too heavy, so I found this gem on Yelp! We arrived about 50 mins before closing time for dinner. Customer service all around was amazing - from the cashier helping us finalize our choices to the person who brought out our food & some utensils. My husband ordered the bang bang beef which came with white rice, beef, tomatoes, onion, bell peppers, and sweet potatoes...and I might have missed a vegetable. I tried the Mother Earth dish because of the reviews on here for this particular dish - I was looking for a good balanced meal. I realized upon ordering that it was a vegan dish but thanks for the cashier, I added some delicious marinated & grilled chicken. With our meal we shared a house made lemonade that was refreshing and for dessert we shared a chocolate chip cookie which was decent. The decor and ambiance was amazing. It's located in The District at Green Valley Ranch off the 215! You can't miss this adorably stylish building! Entered into this serene garden like place that had me looking everywhere. She recommended some really amazing dishes to try and while you're looking at the menu there, there are homemade muffins and cookies at your fingertips. Your senses start to get flooded with goodness here. Just past the order counter is a gorgeous open kitchen where you see chef's intensely preparing the food. Everything smells amazing here and the plates coming off the food line look so good. OMG. Finally picked out something to eat and went and picked out a table. It's self seating and within minutes, the food is already out to the table served by very charming team members. I was out with my daughter so we both picked something that was preferable to our taste. Her dish, the Mediterranean Chicken was pretty detailed and very colorful. She said the food was outstanding. She had never tried anything with so much variety. I was a little bit more on the safe side and picked a simple salad with turkey and avocado, and some extras. The vinaigrette dressing was so unique and delicious alone. The salad was very fulfilling. The atmosphere was so relaxing in a space with sound where you can have a nice conversation. Loved the vaulted ceilings. Dining room and patio was about half full mid afternoon and everyone looked so happy. As if they were all regulars plotted to be in this scene I was in. By the way, the patio looks so pretty straight out of a catalog. Upon leaving, the same people that greeted us a warm welcome also gave us a grateful goodbye. Very nice people here! Sad it's taken so long to finally try it but I'm absolutely a fan!! We came out of an afternoon of appointments and wanted to talk and not eat crap. Mom took a bit longer. Elijah was terribly patient but also very knowledgeable about the menu. He recommended the chicken enchiladas, and that's what she ordered. We also did the Thai lettuce wraps and lemon olive oil cake. We found a cute table and I went and got our drinks and tableware. I love the drink selections. Idk if they're rotated or all the time but the rose lemonade was very good. I livened it up w some passion fruit black tea. Our food came out pretty quickly and was plated beautifully. He said it wouldn't take long it was slower at the moment, but we were just across the street so we just went. It was raining so the infused water was inside. I got a cup and got to study the menu more whilst waiting. This is the kind of place you frequent. It's fresh, healthier than a lot of places, tasty and easy. Overall, the quality is there with Flower Child and everything they offer. They offer a lot of options for food sensitivities and unique offerings. I got a poke, which was an insanely full bowl with edamame, avocado, seaweed salad and much more. It was super flavorful and filling. I also got their lemonade, which was just the right amount of tart. Their carrot cake muffin which was gluten free didn't taste as such and was quite moist. The decor was nice, bright and inviting. The service was very friendly but there was a hiccup when they delivered my food with sesame seeds on it when I had indicated I was allergic at the cash register. We are so glad Flower Child finally opened in the Green Valley District! It's become one of our regular spots. The moment you walk in, the bright, fresh atmosphere makes you feel like you're already making a healthy choice. My go-to is either the salmon or the chicken enchilada. If you're watching calories, ask for the poblano crema on the side--you still get all the yumminess while using only what you need. One tip: the dipping sauce that comes with the sweet potato fries is incredible on the salmon too, and they're always happy to bring you extra. The ambiance is nice with it feeling super airy with tons of windows for natural light and a patio for when it's not too hot. The service was great. Super efficient and friendly. The food though was just decent. The Peruvian Beef lacked flavor and it felt like a lot of the same thing. No punch or pop in each bite. We also got a Salmon salad that was very heavily dressed and was also decent. I think the salmon was cooked well and while the salad was too dressed, it at least had better flavor and that tang from the dressing. The avo hummus was good. It was pricey for what it was with a side of veges and pita bread but felt hearty enough with the dip being pretty thick. Maybe it was what we ordered but overall it was fine. If you end up with a sweet tooth after your meal, you must try their gluten-free Chocolate Chip Cashew Cookie! The interior feels like a spacious, modern farmhouse with fresh flowers at the tables. There is both indoor and patio seating and it can get really busy, with a line out the door sometimes. Therefore, I like to order Take-Out...there's a separate door for this!
