The food was delicious - I ordered a chicken schawarma salad and the tzatziki sauce was great! They gave me pita bread as well which went well with the hummus. Their cucumber drink was so refreshing. We tried Parsley Modern Mediterranean after hearing it described as a Mediterranean version of Chipotle, and overall we really enjoyed it. The concept is straightforward and easy, and everything felt fresh and clean. We both ordered the chicken shawarma bowl, which came with a side of freshly warmed pita. The food and sides were flavorful, the service was nice and fast, and the place itself was clean and well kept. For us personally, the only thing we'd tweak next time is the proportions. There was a pretty substantial amount of veggies compared to the meat and rice, so we'd probably ask for less salad and more of the other components. Super minor as well, but we're not the biggest fans of arugula in the salad mix since its flavor can be a bit strong and took away slightly from the overall balance. Overall, this is a great, healthy option if you're looking to eat clean, and it does lean more on the lighter, healthier side compared to most Mediterranean spots -- just something to keep in mind. Due to the heat trapped in the bowl, the salad portion became all wilty, and it was so engrained with the rice, I ended up picking at it and throwing the rest. Chicken Schwarma lacked flavor and was super tough, almost like it was sitting on the spinner for too long. I would opt for NO salad all rice for the bowls. The service wasn't great unfortunately. My husband and I ordered separate bowls, but for BOTH bowls they kept doing the toppings I requested on both bowls. They also rushed us so it was a terrible experience. Parsley is a phenomenal restaurant! Jo (Joaquin) and his team were very attentive, quick and knew how to explain all the food. My husband got the steak shawarma taco special for $10.00. I got a few mezze appetizers and fixed up my own plate. Jo was kind enough to even treat us to some cinnamon sugar pita chips and falafels. Yum! Went here for my first time after spending hours at Sunset playing disc golf. We were all hungry, wanted something quick but healthy. So happy my husband found this place and took us there. Its basically a subway for Mediterranean food! You pick your style, bowl, plate, wrap, pick your protein and toppings! We both got the bowl and it took me about 3 meals to finish haha. I added the hummas and tasiki sauce, each an extra $1. Wish the sauce was included. I don't mind paying for the hummas but without the sauce I don't think the meal would be as good as it was. I asked for plain fries for my kids and they came covered in parsley and cheese. I also asked for napkins and was told they were in the bag, but when I got home there were none. Order ANYTHING, you will not be disappointed. The food is always fresh, consistent, flavorful, good portions. The felafel is so fresh! I have yet to find a better version in Vegas or most other major cities - and I eat a lot of felafel. Also the kababs... just try one of everything! Poor staff communication, misconceptions, and condescending attitude. I came to buy two chicken shawarmas and a falafel salad at this Sunset & Pecos location, and ended up with three salads on the table. When they started putting everything into salad containers, I explicitly told them twice, "I ordered shawarmas." One of them snapped back, "I asked you if you wanted rice and salad and you said yes." They acted like they held the absolute truth and could do no wrong. Asking if I want rice and salad sounds like a question about sides/toppings inside or next to the shawarma, not an excuse to completely eliminate the flatbread and turn my order into a bowl of lettuce.When I brought up the mistake, the two girls assisted me with a terrible attitude and even rolled their eyes at me in an extremely condescending way--as if I were the one in the wrong--just because I didn't ask for "burritos." They told me that shawarma is "only the meat" and that if I wanted the roll, I should have ordered a "burrito in a wrap." If I had wanted a burrito, I would have gone to Casa Don Juan nearby or straight to Chipotle, not to a Mediterranean food place.They should better train their staff on the basic concepts of the cuisine they sell: by definition, a shawarma is a Middle Eastern dish consisting of sliced meat from a vertical spit that is traditionally served wrapped in pita bread or flatbread along with vegetables and sauces. It is ridiculous, absurd, and in very poor taste that a restaurant calling itself "Mediterranean" tells you a shawarma is a "burrito" and gets upset with the customer over it.I completely understand that the chain has its own step-by-step system to build the dishes, but it is the cashier's obligation to guide the customer politely and actively ask: "Would you like it with a rice, salad, or wrap base?" instead of asking tricky questions to deflect their own poor communication. Terrible staff training, zero manners, gaslighting attitude, and an unacceptable way to treat a customer. read more

The sauce and hummus were warm, leading me to believe it either sat in the delivery driver's car for an extended period or it wasn't freshly prepared. The wrap was also not fresh and was so soggy that it was stuck to the wrapper and completely fell apart, which was not the experience I was hoping for; I would have preferred a bowl if I knew it would be this way.
