Just a positive review to acknowledge the especially great customer service I just received at this location. Ava and Tyler were amazingly kind and thoughtful on top of making a great meal for me and my wife. They weren't the only ones, but I just remember their names. A great visit! On a (I think) related note, I noticed their Operating Manager was in the line, helping the employees serve food. He was also one that was kind to me. From the reviews, pictures, I thought this place was going to be great. It's mediocre at best. For the quality of food and quantity you get is not worth the price. I had a sandwich, which consisted of 2 slices of turkey, bacon I couldn't find, and cheese. It was supposed to be a club sandwich, guess you have to ask for lettuce, tomatoes, onion.. I asked for pickles, was charged for it! Wife had the goddess salad, which was thrown together. Looked horrible. We both wanted soup, cups.. not bowls.. I was told they ran out of cups.. so they give you a bowl with one scoop of soup. I had chicken tortillas chili.. don't remember seeing there's dairy in it.. it was ok.. but my stomach hurt later.. and mad gas, as if I had dairy., and it wasn't from the cheese in the sandwich cause I can handle that. I ordered the Nuts and Berries Salad and the Tomato Basil Soup, and both were absolutely delicious. I was especially happy to find that there were many gluten-free options! I also loved their seasonal fall drinks-- the Pumpkin Spice Refresher was amazing! For under $20, I got a soup, salad, a drink, chips, and even chocolate-covered strawberries. I really only go for the Dubai chocolate cups, they are really good as long as someone knowledgeable makes them. For the price I like for the cup to have chocolate and pistachio crème evenly distributed. I've only had about two occasions where it was less than satisfactory. read more

The bisque texture was so thin, too watery, too bland, there were like 2-3 slices of mushrooms. When I reviewed this before the management's response was that their recipe never changed. So to begin with.....we have ordered delivery three times from this location and never recieved our orders. Was never compensated for it, and our call was never returned. So this time we decided to go in for a pick up order. My husband and I ordered power bowls. Mine had NO cauliflower or peppers AT ALL. My husbands was fine. There's uncooked dry herbs in the background, like they were thrown in last minute as an afterthought. But the salt! I'm an over-salter, and I can't eat this. I've never been served anything this salty, other than a salt packet. It is completely inedible. And the "French Baguette Roll"? One came with, and I ordered an extra. Mistake. They're just cheap, very gummy, dinner rolls. Absolutely terrible. I gave 2 stars instead of one, because the soup is loaded with chicken that's not dried out. Too bad I can't eat it. He asked us twice if we had money to give him. Staff noticed him but never said a word to him. Food was good, but the portions are too skimped. I ordered the Mediterranean Bowl and had to ask the girl to add more of things multiple times because they put so few toppings. The cheesecake tasted stale and like refrigerator. Walked in after 7 pm tonight where a bunch of teens shoot there and didn't even acknowledge me..then one asks what I would like so I asked for the ultimate grilled cheese and the Wisconsin califlower soup .. the first girl who was messing with the salad stuff kept wiping her nose with the gloves on and I already wanted to puke. She noticed I saw her do that and then changed her glove... without washing her hands which should have been the point where I should have walked out . Luckily a guy made my soup and sandwich ...so I thought. The soup didn't look like it normally did but I didn't think anything of it. They lazily through my food together like they couldn't wait to go back to standing around talking and couldn't get me out faster even when I tried to look at the deserts. The counters were dirty and wet for some reason...it was just gross and normally I like this place but then I drive home and try the soup which is un edible!!! Luke warm nasty, no flavor usually this soup is amazing but obviously they dumped Luke warm water in whatever soup they had left which is extremely dangerous (I know because I've worked in food service) everyone knows this is a HUGE health code problem!! I instantly stopped eating it for fear of food poisoning!! The sandwitch was wet on the bottom, what looked like the last bit of tomato they could scrape up and threw it in a sloppy gloppy sandwich with get this .....little to 0 cheese. Just pesto sauce and bread. That's what I paid $14 and some change on .... What happened to this place ?!? Who the hell is managing this place ?? It used to be so good and everything looked and tasted great.. used to be one of my fave places but MY GOD whoever is managing this place needs to seriously wake up.you are going to make people sick!!! Very disappointing experience at the Stephanie location. I ordered a large salad and was given extremely minimal topping portions mostly lettuce with barely anything else. The topping spoons are tiny, and the manager, Brandon, explained that I would have to pay $0.79 extra per topping just to get a reasonable amount. It honestly felt like management was intentionally giving less while charging more. In this economy, customers should not feel taken advantage of like this. The portions were completely unbalanced and not reflective of the price. I went to another Café Zupas location immediately afterward and received fair portions without being overcharged, which shows this is a MANAGEMENT ISSUE specific to this location. Based on this experience and Brandon's handling of the situation, I will not be returning to the Stephanie location. This is why the Eastern location will always be elite!! read more

Wish I had read the reviews on yelp. Google maps had higher marks, not sure why. They barely give you anything besides lettuce. Very slow service, actually writing this review while in line waiting to pay for my bowl of lettuce. Should have just bought a bad of salad from the matket. I love Zupas but this location is the worst. I've consistently placed pick up orders and the order isn't ready for 20 minutes AFTER they said it's ready for pick up. Today my order was supposed to be ready at 1:12. So why at 1:20 is no one making my order and it's not available (yes I already received a text it's ready) while the line continues to come and go. Aaron was particularly awful. Zupas stop lying about when an order is ready to make your times look good while customers are waiting and not receiving any service. I think when you order Door Dash or to go they don't give you as much food since you aren't there to watch them make it to save them money and screw over the customer.
