On a recent family trip I found this shop. First off I love sandwiches and Capriotti's has the best sandwiches I have found. The people here where friendly and fast with the food. Everything made perfectly. One of my favorite things about Capriotti's is that I dont have to ask for extra sauce. Every sandwich is perfectly made. The Bobby: I don't know how they do it but every aspect of this sandwich is perfection. Turkey is just the right level of moist. The cranberry sauce complements the stuffing. I always get this sandwich when i can find a Capriotti's. Since there is no Capriotti's near me I also picked up a Capastrami. You cant go wrong with a Capastrami. Everything blends perfectly to make a wonderful sandwich. And unlike many places the meat is not super fatty. read more

Great experience for a family "just passing through" on our summer road trip. The kids were feeling peckish, someone suggested SANDWICHES, and I just couldn't handle another Subway. As luck would have it, we found this place close by on Yelp, and dragged our trailer through a few yellow lights to get here quickly. We ordered our lunch to go, but trying to balance a big Wagyu beef cheesesteak on my lap while driving was probably not my best idea. Mrs. Picante had similar spillage from her chicken version, and the kids are professional messer-uppers of the back seat in my truck. Still everything was really tasty-- eldest son ordered the meatball and couldn't finish it (I helped about two hours later up the road!) Fresh ingredients, tasty bread, and all the fixings. [covidtime 10.9/2020 visit] Nice, fairly standard sandwich shop with sandwiches, salad, and soup. Enjoyed a half and half - half cheese steak sub, half wagyu & bleu salad. Enjoyable, not amazing, but the folks were really nice about our new puppy, who we were giving "first time travel" learnings. They had concrete floors, so were nice enough to say if she was "good", she could be inside with us, and if she acted up, there were outside tables. Happily, she was good, "You're a good dog!" She wanted to sample the menu of Capriotti's as well, but remained satisfied with her snacks. Nice introduction to the restaurant, and a good experience. read more

I loved this restaurant. Just wish there was one in Boise, ID where I live. I had my five month old dog with me and was going to get take-out if they could not accommodate her. But they said if she was quiet she could stay in the dining room, and if she got restless then there were outside tables she might be more comfortable at. Such a great answer. She behaved so this was her first in restaurant meal. She got dog food and I got menu items, so I ordered a split meal. I got half a sub and a salad. Both were Yummy! For the half sub I got the Capastrami. The blend of flavors was wonderful. I took the salad home and it was another meal. The salad I got was American Wagyu & Bleu. Oh my...it was also fabulous. There was a young man working and he was very friendly and helpful. Then on to the Bobbie. This is a DELICIOUS sandwich, and I'm not even a Turkey fan! Stopped in for the first time for a quick lunch. Service was fast and friendly. I liked that they offer several sizes of sandwich -- great for smaller appetites, or if you are sharing. I had The Bobbie, which is a turkey/cranberry/stuffing sandwich, which is one of my seasonal faves, so I was glad to see it on the menu. Everything tasted good. I first had Capriotti's years back when I lived in Vegas. It was the only go-to place for sandwiches! After moving from there and returning to visit, I always had to have my Capriotti's fix. They are that good! When I heard they were opening a store in Twin, I was over the moon with excitement. How can you go wrong with a 'real' turkey sandwich with dressing and cranberries? This isn't the pressed turkey that other delis serve up. This is like a day after Thanksgiving sandwich! The bread is so wonderful! If you haven't been there yet, you need to go! I could hardly eat it without having to take a drink with every bite. Probably wouldn't go again. Two sandwiches were almost 30$. Seems there are quite a few sandwich shops in the same vicinity, but this one stands above the rest for fun sandwich offerings and free children's grilled cheese with purchase as well as a kid's free DumDum sucker bar. The bread is good and the ingredients are fresh. It's similarly priced as the others in the area. The menu is vast for both hot and cold sandwiches. The cheesesteak is good, but needs salt and the grilled onions need more caramelization. I wish they had cheese wiz as an option...a Philly favorite. Even when busy, the line moved. I can't say enough about how great these guys are! I placed a $200 order online for my office a couple days before our office meeting. I thought I scheduled it for the right day, but a couple hours after I placed the order I got a call from them wondering why I hadn't picked it up yet. When I explained it was for 2 days later even though it was my fault, without any argument the person I spoke to on the phone said no problem and they would make sure to have the order ready on the appropriate day. On the day I picked up the order there happened to be one sandwich missing from the order. I called them and they replaced the sandwich and also gave me a card for a free sandwich to make up for "their" mistake. Who does that? They really are dedicated to customer service. Despite me hating this place, I am not going to give it 1 star. 1 star would imply that it is as bad as a mcdonalds or something, which it is not. nevertheless... i made the mistake of eating here on a trip down to the states. id heard about capriotties being a killer sandwich and thought it would be a good opportunity to give it a whirl. the bobbie is poo on a roll. its my fault for ordering it because i knew better, but people had been raving about it as a signature of this place. why do i want turkey and stuffing and cranberry topped off with mayo on a bun? maybe the idea of US Thanksgiving is beyond my small brain but this thing just sucked. read more

Sandwiches are over hyped, asked the staff to leave out hot peppers and my request was ignored. Staff was unfriendly when I asked for them to correct my sandwich. I've been to Capriotti's twice and had both the BBQ Chicken Cheese Steak and the Chicken Chipotle Crunch. Both were delicious and pretty filling. The cheddar onion straws are awesome. They cook up the chicken fresh and all the flavors blend beautifully. My new favorite sandwich spot. A little pricey or I'd give it 5 stars, but delicious. read more

1) The establishment in Twin Falls, ID IS utterly filthy. The tables are grimy; the floor is disgusting. 2) The original order was incorrect...Discovered spouse and I received order for gentleman ahead of us (who was there prior to our arrival). 3) The food (in particular the turkey, which tasted old, was dry and smelled closer to garbage than edible food. 4) When advising staff they needed to step up their game or they would "not make it", their response was we were contributing to their having a bad day, and frankly she did not care if this Capriotti's was successful or not. 5) We are saddened by this experience. We understand the financial, physical, and emotional energies which go into establishing a new restaurant. We desire this business succeed. 6) However, currently, without changes we anticipate this business failing miserably. 7) We are very sorry to say that this experience has made it so that we will probably NEVER visit one of your establishments again.
