Deliciously well priced burgers. I got mine as a lettuce wrap and it was absolutely fantastic! This is the place to go if you don't want to spend an arm and leg on good food. After a very long day of driving I needed a quick meal to take back to my hotel room. So I found this place and ordered to go. Service was quick and I took my meal back to my hotel which was a 4 min drive. The burger was tasty (no onions-I thought it came with them) but ice cold. The cheese wasn't even melty. Fries were cool to warm. Not hot. So not sure if they made these items while I waited or gave me older ones. I probably won't be back. read more

Went through the drive thru at 3:45pm on a Friday. There was one car in front of us. I ordered 2 burger patties and 2 pieces of bacon. We sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes before they gave the people in front of us their order. It was clear when they handed them their 2 small bags that they'd messed up their order and had to fix it, resulting in more waiting. I got my order and drove off. When I got home I checked my food. I don't know when they changed how they do things, but I was appalled by what they gave me. I've never seen burger patties that small from habit before. They used to use actual patties from their burgers. But now it looks as though they purposefully gave me tiny patties. And the bacon is as crumbled up. I will NEVER give them my business again. So very happy to find a Habit on our visit to Twin Falls. We remember them fondly from Los Angeles California, but now we live in Flower Mound Texas and are visiting my Dad in Twin Falls. The store is new and clean, decorated nicely and well lit. But there for some flies. And the bar style chairs are very noisy when people scoot them rather then lift them - our booth's conversation was untenable at times. My steak sandwich was delicious. Our milk shakes took WAY too long to deliver, but they were excellent. read more

Stopped by this place while waiting for the car to charge at the nearby Tesla supercharger. We got two burgers and a grilled cheese. The burgers were good, but my wife was nauseated afterwards, maybe a bit too greasy? I enjoyed my double bacon cheeseburger actually, the only thing is that I found it a bit too salty, which is weird for me to say, since I love salty food. Maybe they overdid it a bit. The grilled cheese was shockingly bad. My daughter took a bite and complained, so I tasted it, thinking that she was being picky. No, she was right, it was awful. The cheese was the same American cheese of the burger, which works ok in a burger, but not when cheese is the main attraction. The bread tasted awful too. While we truly enjoy this California eatery's delicious burgers, uber crispy onion rings, sweet potato fries and ginger basil nectar, the added benefit was sitting, by ourselves on a heated patio enjoying a beautiful sunset. Our day has been a rollercoaster of activities: busy with driving, unloading our stuff into the super cute clean locally owned COVID-19 compliant hotel, anticipating a lovely soak in some miracle springs, only to be grossly disappointed and now happily stuffing our face with hot juicy burgers ... Now we witness 3 cars, each with a single Sheriff, pull up in their menacing black vehicles getting out, unmasked headed towards the Habit. Stopped in for lunch with Hubs and Tiny Ruler. The place is clean, music is at a good level (not blaring) and is upbeat. It took slightly longer to be greeted than it should have, but we weren't in a rush. I ordered the tri-tip steak sandwich. Grilled onions, seeded bun, teriyaki on the side (you get a choice between teriyaki and bbq). They didn't give me the teriyaki, but I didn't care enough to go get it. The sandwhich was juicy and flavorful even without sauce. Hubs and Tiny Ruler both got orders of the chicken bites. They both had no complaints, and Tiny Ruler (4yo) even sang her "yummy yummy in my tummy" song while eating. We had fries. Or rather, the salt had some fries with it. Holy moly, I couldnt even eat half rhat serving even after wiping the fries with a napkin. And Tiny Ruler didn't even eat hers. They have every other table designated for seating, but staff sat at the table right next to ours pretty much our entire meal. Appeared to be new employee training , which needed a laptop. But literally the entire rest of the dining area was free. So, socially distanced unless you're staff? We used the drive thru for The Habit on our trip from Kansas to Oregon and got the garlic parmesan cheese fries and Cobb salad with chicken. Although both were good dishes, the time we waited in drive-thru was well over 10 minutes because the car ahead of us had 5 kid's meals and there was no spot available for them to wait so the rest of us in the drive-thru could get our food. I went there on my lunch break and waited in the drive-thru line from 12:19 to 12:58 (not exaggerating). When I did get to the window with only 2 minutes before I had to be back at work I waited for another minute and drove away with nothing. I would have pulled out of the line but the way it is set up doesn't allow you to do that. They were ridiculously slow. I would not recommend them if your on any kind of time-line, or even if your not. I would however recommend re-training or removing management; maybe the owners can go down the street to McDonalds and take a few tips from them. Never again! The bacon burger was delicious! Really hit the spot. The service was incredibly slow though. I waited for about 20 minutes just for a burger and fries. The GM is awesome and has put together a great team. Customer service is spectacular. I have eaten here three times since they opened. The food is always fairly good. The burgers are made fresh. And the fries are hot. The fried green beans are fantastic most of the time. Sometimes over done while other times they are under cooked. The lowest part of my interactions with the habit Burger Grill comes in The area of customer service. Particularly in online orders. I have made several online orders, and each time there is something wrong. The most recent occasion was when I arrived on time to pick up my food and they had no record of my order. They asked me what time I made my order. I checked my email and saw the time that I got the confirmation email. With that information they got onto a tablet and were able to see my water. I had to wait much longer than anticipated. I would have anticipated some accommodations for my trouble. Things like this have happened in other places before because no business is perfect. Other occasions at otherestablishments I've been offered a drink for my time. Came back several days later. The online ordering process was much better. They had my order nearly ready when I arrived. I wish it had taken a little longer to get my food though because when I got home both my burgers were red in the middle, not pink. Then I go to call the store to tell them the problem but cannot get to anyone but a girl at a call center. She told me they don't have a public number. She was able to put me on hold and contact the restaurant though. She got back on the line and said that she had spoken to the manager who is going to remake my order. I received my burger and asked if they were working on the fries. The girl at the front said oh yes they will be right up. So I proceeded to eat my burger. I finished my burger and still no fries. I looked at my ticket and it had been 25 minutes and still no fries.
