Sadly, this restaurant has gone downhill in the last couple of years since the 5 star review on yelp. It had been quite some time since I had stopped in, so I made a trip there. So disappointing! First, the quality of the product has taken a dive from a solid 8 to a 1. The pepperoni pizza tasted like frozen pizza does, only worse. Cardboard with very little taste. Seriously... Red Baron pizza is better than this. Did not try any of the other pizzas, but the decrease in quality was shocking to me since I have previously visited so many times. Even when a fresh pizza came out, it was terrible. Dry and tasteless with hardly any sauce on it at all. To make matters worse, both trips I made to the buffet line, there was a patron in front of me using a dirty plate to serve themselves more food... The cardinal sin of all-you-can-eat buffets!!! They scoop a new slice of pizza with the spatula, and touch the bottom to their dirty plate with it. Then it goes right back on the buffet line. DISGUSTING. Restaurant has no signs posted anywhere about using a clean plate when serving food. This is gross negligence on the part of management. This used to be a great place to eat, but there are some serious issues going on there now people should know about. Cross-contamination is a very serious health and safety issue. read more

Every year when we pass through Idaho on the kids Judo and Wrestling adventures, they always beg to come here. It is absolutely hands-down one of the best priced all you can eat buffets around. And that's coming from Buffet city Reno/Vegas lol. It's about $9.75 per person. It does not include drinks. Just like golden corral, when you tell them how many people, they ask you what do you want to drink. It's a trap... What they should tell you is would you like to add drinks onto your bill or something such, because the drinks are definitely extra. For 12 people, that's a hefty $40 or $50 add on. They do have a discount for kids 3 to 12, I think it's like two dollars cheaper. I didn't actually check. One nice thing was after the Girl tried to add drinks to our bill, and I found out they cost extra, she did offer us some water glasses to phillip. Without us asking. So that was pretty nice They have a full pizza bar with a rotating group of pizzas usually about eight different types. They also have 4 to 6 different types of dessert pizza. Like cinnamon roll, peach cobbler pizza, red white and blue (The only way to describe this is like a berry parfait with graham cracker crust pizza) raspberry cinnamon roll pizza, Oreo cookie pizza. They also have a very good salad bar that includes dark greens like spinach and spring mix, peas, mushrooms, carrots, Romain, olives, boiled eggs, diced ham, and lots of stuff to sprinkle on top of it. They had maybe six different types of dressing from blue cheese and ranch, to Italian in French? Finally they have a pasta bar with 6 different sauces like carbonara, marinara, Alfredo and a meat sauce. I didn't get a chance to see what types of pasta, but I did see two or three different types of noodles showing up at our table of 12. $9.75 per person all you can eat, pizza, salad, pasta, dessert Buffay is just amazing. And the kids love it. I recommend it here. I actually recommend they open one in Reno lol. read more

We came in town to attend a funeral and my 2 cousins told us to meet them here for an early dinner this was our first time eating here boy we wish we had this restaurant in our hometown in lakeside California the staff was awesome they gave us our military discount and for my cousin they gave them their senior discount which they both comes with a small drink which was nice because the drinks are extra they are not included just like Golden Corral but you don't have that restaurant anymore in Twin Falls. The salad bar was great had everything I like even the jalapeño ranch dressing was the bomb tasted good on the pizza and pasta as well, I really enjoyed the pasta bar I had 1/2 order of spinach fettuccine noodles I moved all the noodles in the middle of the bowl and put every different spaghetti sauces all around the outer side off the bowl I was sorry I didn't take a picture of my pasta bowl that I created it was full of fantastic flavors for sure I was happily enjoying my pasta meal with the cheese garlic stick my favorite pizza that I like was the buffalo chicken and glazed honey it packed a lot of bold flavors the dessert pizza were also amazing thank you all for a wonderful dinning experience you all take much pride and great customer service keep up the great work read more

Some people love this inexpensive dining concept and that's fine by me. The salad bar is comprehensive and the pasta is always hot. The pizza is hit or miss depending on the staff's ability to manage relative to guest volume. It's a good family place. Unfortunately, the food doesn't agree with my gastrointestinal tract. So regardless of pricing and options, I'm just not willing to roll the dice. YMMV. read more

This restaurant is very family friendly. I like that they have extra large booths to fit at least 6 adults. The lunch price is unbeatable especially with kids 3 and under. Price is correlated with age. I will admit that I have been surprised each time that the restaurant and restrooms are well cleaned. The salad bar has an extensive amount of fresh toppings. The pizza bar has plenty of options for everyone including garlic knots, cheese bread and multiple delicious dessert options. My family also enjoys the build your own pasta bar, complimented by freshly heated pasta for each serving. The employees are friendly and excellent at clearing excess from the tables in a timely fashion. Our family tries to visit off of the daily busy times to avoid the rush. Regular meal times can be fairly loud and busy with kids running around. read more

Better than Gertie's. Where the secret ingredient in Gertie's dough was rat feces mixed with mold, instead the food is creative, new, amd mostly fresh. They do keep their pizzas under the heat lamps for too long, and mostly dont put out new pizzas until the dried out older pies are eaten up, at which point they push the newer pie forward to replace the older one. Problem with this is they jump the gun putting out new pies behind the older ones which leads to them dryong out before the older pizzas are all eaten. They have lots of food options though, with a great salad bar and a decent pasta bar, you'll never be limited in what you eat here. Overall, not bad for the price, and a great place to take your kids. read more

MMMM ITS SO BUSSIN! Took a little pit stop in Idahoe during my road trip in a Tessie and omfg what a find!!! This is the type of place they need in Washington ong! It's an all you can eat pizza, salad, and pasta! There is such a variety of yummy pizza topping such as Buffalo chicken, Hawaiian, og pep, potato bc idaho is home of the potato, etc as well dessert pizzas like oreo, cookie dough, apple pie, fruity raspberry!! The price not bad at all either, we pay literally $37 for 4 peoples!!! And the staff are really kind and welcoming too. It is a nice, clean, and unique place that I wish they have in my area but ong I will drive another 10 hours just for this LOL if im ever in idahoè home of the potato again in the future then I'll definitely try this place out again!! 10/10 would recommend I was busting so hard read more

We came upon this place looking for the Perrine Bridge and Shoshone Falls. You pay ahead, which I have no problem with, but don't prompt me for a tip before service is provided.. I had a salad and love that I could build it with three kinds of greens. All ingredients were fresh and tasty. The broccoli slaw was very good as well. I had pasta carbonara, a slice of chicken ranch and tried spudliscious for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised. There are numerous desserts to choose from and the ones I tried were fabulous! I get a text saying my online order was ready. I get there and after they search around the kitchen they tell me they messed up one of the pizzas (it was a cheese and a pepperoni- not super difficult). After ten minutes I asked again and after looking around they come back and tell me they gave my pizza to someone else and it will be another ten minutes. Finally when I get my pizzas I ask for some sort of compensation since they messed up twice and I had to wait almost forty extra minutes. The teens behind the counter told me "Uhhh... we don't have a policy like that". I was too tired and frustrated at that point to hunt down the manager as I had two hungry kiddos waiting for dinner. So...in the realm of pizza, dont bother. There are just so many other places that have better food. The layout is ok, its a typical buffet type of joint. Salad bar was ok, nothing to rave about for sure but still not bad. One of the things that really bothered me was how dirty it all seemed, there was food everywhere on the floor, the chairs were covered in it. I had my doubts but hubby really wanted to "see what its like"...well we saw, and its a one and done. There is a much better "buffet" type of pizza place in Twin Falls. The pricing is comparable and the food is better. We wont be back, there was nothing to draw us back when there are better options here in town. read more

I'll give it a three because the salad bar was decent, although it needed a good wipe down. We went in for an early supper (4:30) the pizza that was one the buffet seemed to have been left over from lunch and no one bothered to change it out after the lunch rush was over. It may have been good when it was fresh from the oven, but that's not what we got. We got was over heated, dried out cheese, meat and crust. Can't blame it on being under staffed. The staff were all courteous, and the guy at the cash register gave us some tips on how to download a coupon via text message. There were disposable gloves for the self serve areas to keep high touch points clean, a server at the pasta station to limit diners from touching, and all employees were wearing masks. The food was good when it came out, fresh. I did not, however, see any of the s'mores pizzas. Luckily, the cookie dough was plenty tasty! I love buffets usually because I love having options but most buffers are sub par when it comes to quality, not PPC! If you order pasta they reheat the noodles in a hot water fryer looking thing so they're fresh and got just like the sauces(they have six)! The pizza crust is delicious and so are the toppings. The salad bar has lots of options even goldfish crackers and mixed baby greens. There's a poppyseed dressing and jalapeño ranch dressing that are both delicious. I made my self sick eating so much dessert pizza but good lord they are hot and soooo good!! I have never had great food from a buffet until today and I will definitely be back. Our little family is kind of obsessed with this place. The prices are super low & my two little boys love the food! As a family of four, with some kind of coupon they are giving out - we usually all eat for around $23. It is big & spacey and lots of spots to sit. The salad bar is amazing. Three different kinds of lettuce/spinach & pretty much anything you could ever want to top your salad. I'm not a HUGE fan of the pizza, so I don't usually get any. They have tons and tons of different kinds tho! I love the pasta bar. The red pepper sauce is my favorite! So yummy & spicy. To close out, I dig into the dessert pizza.
