There are no words to express my gratitude to Josh. He diagnosed my air conditioner problem, and also identified a sound I heard sometimes when starting the car. It was a bad bearing, and it could have been catastrophic had it failed. He also noticed that the alternator (a friend of mine fixed) wasn't bolted down. Ordered the part and resolved the problem. Josh has performed all of the repairs on our gracefully aging Infiniti for the past 3 years. He's an honest businessman that does a great job. I've recommended him to several people needing work done on their vehicles. He charges a fair price and explains why things cost what they do. Turnaround is fast! I'm probably a little more mechanically inclined than most people and I'd feel comfortable sending someone that barely knows where the gas cap is to Josh. Worth noting - he's very communicative. I believe it's because his business does well and he's got limited space in the shop. He put in a new radiator one afternoon this summer and was texting me to come get the car the same day. He's had a couple of cars for sale that were excellent deals, too. I should have bought the Focus he was selling for under 3K earlier this year. My car started smoking - the belts were squeaking and we thought it was the power steering pump. Had it towed to Josh, he diagnosed it, ordered the part, they sent him the wrong part in the correct box, and it was still ready the next day. The AC compressor was locked up and didn't allow the belts to freely spin like they were before, causing the smoke. I knew my AC compressor was broken and every quote I had gotten on it was $1000+. I paid a bit over half of that including labor and I'm so thankful to have a working AC in Texas. My oil was also quite low, so I requested that service as well.
