This is my 2nd positive review, but my last review was a long time ago, so I wanted to make sure to write another review. I took my car up to Vo Automotive today. Had some oil leaking. There was not a serious problem, it was simply a loose oil filter. They tightened it, cleaned the area and sent me on my way within 20 mins. They also didn't charge me. They are SO AMAZING!!! Our family has used Vo Automotive for years. We have brought our vehicles to them for all of our mechanical needs. There have been a few times that we have brought our vehicles to them with something very simple and they don't even charge us. This is very rare at other typical mechanics. In the past, I have taken my cars to other places (before we discovered Vo's) and they have created things for me to purchase. Not at Vo's. They are so honest and super nice. Every time we take our cars to them, they do an amazing job and they are fairly priced. If you have an issue with your cars, take them to Vo Automotive. Out of thousands within the course of a month. Multiple repairs that haven't last longer than 1-2 weeks. Truck has always been taken care of, isn't old, and doesn't have a ton of miles. When I talked to the short Asian employee he give me attitude and was extremely rude. I'm definitely going elsewhere. Proceed with caution if you have to keep returning multiple times. Have brought my car here a few times mostly just for an oil change. Not thrilled with service. They closed shop early so I wasn't able to pick up my car until the next day even though I told them I was on my way. Last week they "diagnosed" brake issues and claimed I needed work when I didn't. In the future I'll be bringing my business elsewhere. I Don't trust them. And I think they are just another business that wants to take advantage when they think the customer doesn't know anything. I've been coming here for a few years now and this is the best place I've found to do car repairs. They are fair friendly and honest with you. To give an example one time my check engine light came on I took it here turns out my gas cap seal was loose they fixed it for me no charge. How cool is that. They tell you what you need what can wait and they also show you the parts they buy for your car they don't but off brand parts they buy quality replacement parts that lasts and they stand by their work. In today's world it's really hard to find a good mechanic and I'm glad I found one. I always recommend this place to everyone I know they do good work charge a fair price and they deserve lots of business because of it. read more

I knew what was wrong with my car, and so I bought the tools and parts I needed, but the repair was more complicated than I thought it would be. I arrived at the shop at about 3:30 on a Wednesday, and explained the situation. The guy behind the counter knew exactly what I was talking about, and he was able to quote me the final price before I left. They got it done in an hour... That's probably not the standard, but they pulled through for me today and I appreciate it. Five star service. I won't take my car anywhere else while I live in this neighborhood, and the low star raters on here are either complainers or have unrealistic expectations. Keep up the good work guys. read more

This is the best mechanic shop around and I have literally been to them all. Vo will always treat you right and the mechanics know how to get the job done. They are busy often but if you call ahead like anyone else should do anyways you can get general pricing and times when car will be completed. So far I had my heater core on my 2008 GMC Acadia, my 2005 Dodge ram (fuel pump and axle repair), 2008 Dodge ram, 2007 Infinity M35 (Catylitic converter replacement) as well as referred friends and family here as they needed work done and not only has it been faster to get our vehicles back but we have saved a lot more money than those big name mechanic shops around that just want to upsell you. I will always recommend at least checking them out as I will always be using their services for the years to come because I I hope that I don't ever need mechanic work done but when I do I trust Vo Automotive to get the job done. Don't let the appearance shy you away mechanic shops that are clean and pretty usually messed my cars up but the ones I took here always pass inspection and I never have to worry of issues once fixed. read more

I called this auto shop yesterday, I was quoted $155.00 to replace a water pump. You don't need an appointment, cause it is first come first serve. They are great, very nice friendly people and very helpful! I was told that it would take about 2 hours and to come in between 8:00-10:00, so I got there at 8:20 and they where already busy!!! They finshed around 11:30 am but it was worth the wait. My total end up being $129.00 and change! They also told me other things needed to be worked on soon! Talk about amazing!!! I have been here on a few occasions. They are great at what they do and are very fair on their prices. They went above and beyond to accommodate me in any way necessary. They were nice enough to give me a ride to and from my work so that my car could be fixed while I was at work. Both Emerson and Vo are very professional.. As a female I have never felt like I am being taken advantage of as far as not being knowledgeable about cars. Autozone is also located in the same center so it makes it very convenient to get items quickly. I don't live in the area but will definitely take time to drive here because I trust them. This place is a joke. They gave my mom a quote then when she took it in for the repair, they tried to up the price by $100.00. After the $300.00 repair was made, they did the inspection. During the inspection they were asked what year the car was. Mom told them the year, but then the inspection showed a different year. When mom went to get it fixed, they said they wouldn't fix it unless she paid for another inspection. I believe this man was trying to take advantage of my mother because she is older. What a shame. read more
