If you want a REAL arcade then this the place to go. The people here aren't in it for the money but for the love of fun. Weather you want to race around the track on a aracde racing game or sitting in a bean bag chair playing some Mario kart with a cold one or playing dozens and dozens of rounds of pinball trying to get a high score this place has got you covered and then some. I hope and pray that more people stop caving in to fake corporation arcade chains like Dave and busters whoms sole goal is to steal money out your wallet and to see a real world with real games and real genuine fun. If I could I would give 20 stars to this place

Thought it would be even better quality, when it was double the price. But, I was wrong! I will not be going back, and I will never pay over $6 dollars for it again. And, the customer service is lacking. Guy who made my sandwich didn't seem happy to be there and kind of annoyed that he had to wait on me. I get so aggravated that the winter specials end, before the busy season even starts! We were the only ones there and basically the only ones anywhere in sight! You would think they would keep the prices down for locals as long as they could, not true for this place, nor many others in the area. Can't understand why businesses don't wait until next week, after Memorial Day, when all the schools get out for summer session and it's more crowded and busy. Guess the owner also thinks they have to charge more to pay for the upgrade in the establishment. They've recently glassed in the porch area and seemed to have made some other changes. I have to say, I was fine with it the old way and cheaper prices for the food.

My son is 7 and my daughter is 6 and like most happy kids at a family amusement park, they were skipping, jumping, and running because they were excited. As we were walking toward the arcade, an older employee near the boat area, wearing a green shirt, blew a whistle and yelled across the park at my children to stop running. There was no crowd around them, they weren't running into anyone, and they weren't creating a safety issue. They were simply being excited children at an outdoor family entertainment venue. I understand the importance of safety, but there is a respectful way to speak to children. Yelling at young kids from across the park and blowing a whistle at them was unnecessary and left a bad impression on our visit. Family attractions should be places where children can enjoy themselves, and employees should know how to address kids in a friendly and appropriate manner. My kids still enjoyed their day, but this interaction was disappointing and could have been handled much better. We have NEVER had this issue at the track in all the years we visit. Someone definitely needs to let him know that it no acceptable behavior

We were excited to visit Waterville while vacationing in Orange Beach with our family. The staff at…read morecheck-in were friendly, and the park looked like it had potential for a great day. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. We paid over $250 to spend just a few hours at the park before storms rolled in around 2:30 p.m. By about 4:00, the skies had cleared--but the park never reopened. With two full hours left in the published schedule, and clear weather outside, the day was over. I reached out to management, which is when the situation really took a turn for the worst. Their proposal - a rain check for a future visit. Problem is--we came all the way from Colorado. A "come back next time" credit just isn't helpful when you've spent that kind of money and have no plans to return. We've visited waterparks in multiple states--Arizona, Texas, Colorado--and have never experienced this kind of early closure after a storm passed. Most parks resume operations when it's safe. Not here. Beyond that: You're not allowed to bring in your own water, which is a challenge on hot Alabama days. Several lifeguards at the wave pool seemed more focused on chatting and flirting than on guest safety. The park itself feels a bit rundown and in need of investment. This may once have been the place to go in Orange Beach. But based on our experience, I'd suggest exploring other options for your family day. There are better values--and more responsive customer service--elsewhere. Incidentally, I made numerous attempts to resolve this issue with management, to no avail. They were unwilling to help and (eventually) completely unresponsive.
