Overall the park is very nice! Our first time visiting The Factory in Gulf Shores. We in town for Memorial Day Weekend from Birmingham. The kids had so fun! Having trampolines & rock climbing was so clutched (BOTH of my kids got to do their favorite things)!!! The down side was some of the employees weren't so "people friendly"!!!!!! This place is awesome. My kids always have fun and jump off some energy. There's an arcade, foam pits to jump in, an enclosed area for Little's to jump in free from the threat of getting squished, a snack bar, rides which we didn't go on, dodgeball courts and party rooms. The facility is clean. There are places for non jumping adults to sit. I'm happy with the facility. It was literally empty when we came at 4pm and only one other family joined us so that's a good time to come if you want the place to yourself. I'm surprised they stay open during the day when school is in session but we're homeschoolers and it's a great alternative for gym. In fact I want to suggest now that the management look into some sort of homeschool discount day fir their slow days, this area has more homeschoolers than anywhere I've ever seen. It might help them fill the place. There was no one here to make sure kids were safe and rules were followed but that's ok as I was watching them. As fir the other reviews that gave low stars due to "beeping", If you don't like the beeping, don't sit on the massage chairs. problem solved. Five stars. read more

Plus we brought our socks from another trampoline park so we didn't have to pay for socks. Sooooooo for our family of four for 30 mins it only costs Us a total of 20.00 #supersaver :) We liked the variety of jumping games and obstacles. We have been to 2 other trampoline parks. This one has a gated off kidee park that's nice for small jumpers. Over all 30 min for us old and fat folks was the perfect amount of time. Plus she gave us a few min extra so it was more like 45. Came back as we are back down here on vacation again. Unfortunately this experience won't keep us coming back. I paid over $60 and left within 20 mins. They had kids in their which seemed like regulars allowing to take the employees mic and cough into it while on. The same kids was running around coughing on purpose while yelling I have corona virus. The employee did absolutely nothing and though it was funny. These same kids climbed up and hung from both basketball baskets yelling help. The list goes on what we seen with our 20 mins there. Very disappointed and won't be a returning customer! read more

Pretty nice place , seems to be clean , everything seems to work except the "bouncers". You would think that there to to help and assist the kids in climbing reaching etc, but no, they just sit there and talk to each other . It's a great, fun, exciting place, but the boss Janice is very mean and very rude, i walked in and i didn't have a wrist band and i was talking to friends and she walked up and asked us if we had wrist bands, and we said no and she told us to leave the place. We weren't in the trampoline part, we were in the part where all the games are, we weren't planning on jumping that day. A couple of my other friends were complaining about her and how rude she was, i just wanted to point that out, otherwise a great, fun place!!! read more

My kids had so much fun! The staff was accommodating. We went during the week in the middle of the day, and it wasn't very crowded. I have a 4 and 1 year old, and felt comfort letting the 1 year old play with close supervision. There was also a nice "munchkin" area. My kids love it here but I agree with the beeping!!! My husband and I sat in the massage chairs up top but didn't pay for the "massage". This horrible beeping started and wouldn't stop!! I finally went to the front desk to ask if they could stop the beeping. She said it's because someone is sitting in the chairs without paying. There is NO sign saying not to sit in the chairs and no one came and told us that's why there was beeping!! They could At least put a sign up. Take a break from the beach and check out the Factory. I have been to a ton of these places, like Jump for Fun, Coocoos, pump it up, but this place blows them out of the water. My kids played for 2.5 hours and could have gone another 2 hours. Trampolines of all shapes and sizes, foam pits, dodge ball courts, just a huge area of fun. I was really impressed with the cleanliness and temperature with such a nasty day outside. Great area with wifi for parents to hang out. No gouging on the drinks and snacks. There was also a few other activities like flight simulator and arcade which is nice but we didn't partake. Overall service was also very good. Very friendly staff that didn't try to upswell. We will definitely stop by every time we are in town. read more

After that people started to jump into it he kicked them out of the trampoline park because he said he was "fluffing it" even know he was sitting there chilling for 10 MINUTES!
