Watercraft adventures has several "kiosks" or locations up and down the Laughin area on the river. We rented from the booth in front of the Colorado Belle. The booking staff and the technical staff that got us setup ont eh ski were both nice. However, the girl at the rental kiosk would not let me use the Yelp coupon that came up when I checked in at the location, claiming it was not their coupon? Might have been my mistake. I do have to say though that the gentleman that got my brother an I setup on the ski was very nice, super helpful and very accommodating. We will be back next year most likely and I look forward to renting from them again.
