I got the red velvet banana pudding and would give it a 9 out of 10. I wasn't a fan of the shortbread cookie pieces on top (too crunchy) but that's my personal preference. Everything else was delicious as far as the pudding and I'd definitely get it again. I also got a wedding cupcake and would give it a 3 out of 10. The extract is strong in the cupcake and icing which I wasn't a fan of. I thought it was going to be a thicker cake but it was on a lighter side. We've been working for over a year now with our wedding planner, have gone to cake tastings, and also discussed wedding planning with our engaged friends, and neither of us nor our planner had heard of Pine Cone (to my surprise). The serving of cake I had was strawberry buttercream. It had just the right amount of sweetness (for me, I tend to like sweeter, richer cakes), the perfect amount of icing, terrific icing consistency (soft, creamy, luscious), and the cake itself was wonderfully moist. I really enjoyed it. My fiancee got seconds. I would've gotten seconds too, but I've been on a diet. Not only did the cake taste great, but it looked beautiful too. We already signed a contract and submitted a deposit with a different vendor before discovering Pine Cone, but that's okay. We're very happy with our current vendor.
