My brother used them for a wedding earlier this year and it was a hit (the most popular activity after the wedding and the reception). I remember them being there ontime (maybe even early) to set up. And even though there were tons of props, they were able to clean up and close up quickly. The booth itself reminds me of the ones from the mall.. except its better.. theres a screen on the inside and the outside and a little curtain so you can have a bit of privacy (but dont' be deceived, the screen outside shows your pictures). I like that they even customized the countdown screen with fun pictures of my brother and his wife. There was a line for these photos but since there were tons of props, it made the wait easier. We were given two strips.. one to keep and one to put in a keepsake album with a note. They did such a great job that my cousin also used them!

I did my due diligence and researched several other photo booth companies but "ultimate"ly these guys had the best price, no idle charges, no extra re-print charges, super responsive to emails, and the overall vibe I got from my point of contact, Dalan, was more than enough to be completely happy and at ease with our decision to hire them. My fiancé-now-husband and I couldn't decide on a background color for the prints and Dalan emailed us several different colors and shades that would best suit the mini green-leaf background graphic we chose to surround our names and wedding date. We chose a lighter/brighter shade of yellow, but we may have seemed unsure in our emails, so on the day of the wedding, the two awesome attendants had brought two different colored backgrounds for me to see and choose in person. Every guest who used the photo booth has raved about their service, props, and how good the prints are. Lastly, I loved how the attendants were assembling an album of all the guests' pictures throughout the night and handed it to us at the end of the night. So much fun to look through the pictures that very same night while eating our leftover wedding dinner! They also provide an online gallery and will be sending us a disc with all the photos. When we first booked PB Flix last December, Mark was really quick to respond to our initial inquiry (we mostly communicated via Facebook chat, which I thought was great) and was upfront with his prices (they're SUPER reasonable) and everything! He even sent me photos of the photo booth setup before I made a commitment so I can see what it looks like and whether or not I thought the booth would fit our venue. After seeing how easygoing Mark was, I knew he was the perfect photo booth vendor for our wedding! Once we put down the deposit and officially booked, Mark asked me to send him photos of our wedding invitations so he could create us custom template for us. Less than one day later, he had replicated our invites onto a template for our guests' photos. It was so beautiful! Leading up to the event Mark was really easy to get in touch with and answered all of my questions (there were a lot). He even worked with my wedding timeline, which required him to setup almost 2 hours before the photo booth opened -- our ceremony and reception were in the same location (Domenico Winery). During the actual wedding, Mark was very hands-on with the guests -- encouraging them to jump into the photo booth and handing them props (some of which he carved or created himself!). He even asked our vendors to jump into the booth, which was a fun surprise when we looked at the photos afterwards. Mark also made sure that everyone had a copy of the photos -- something our guests said they loved. PB Flix is definitely not your typical photo booth service. Mark personalizes the experience and makes it something your guests will never forget! Push Button Flix is a MUST for your wedding -- I guarantee your guests will love it! The only suggestion I would make to Mark is to create contracts (your deposit secures your booking), as it can be a little confusing in terms of pricing. To be fair, my requests (asking him to setup early and having the booth open for cocktail hour until the end of the wedding) are not the norm so this likely isn't everyone's experience. Besides that, Push Button Flix is amazing, and will be my go-to for any party my husband and I host in the future!

With just about a week before the party, I was so happy to hear that they still had an opening for our event date. We were also able to purchase 3-hrs for roughly $430 with tax. It was a steal! From the initial communication with Vanessa, she was responsive and thorough. I had quite a bit of questions, and she answered all of them in a timely manner. I'm sure Vanessa is quite busy. I had better luck reaching out via email, but I always received a response fairly quickly. Prior to the event, they have you fill out a questionnaire to customize the pictures according to your event. Unfortunately, I failed to do it. Whoops! I received an email with some templates. All of them looked great, but we wanted to go with the Hawaiian theme. I emailed Hello Smiley for Hawaiian samples. I received three amazing ones that fit perfectly with our theme. You can see which one we picked in my pictures. On the day of our party, I emailed Vanessa to see if they wanted to arrive 15-minutes prior to their initial arrival time to minimize foot traffic at the start of the event. Vanessa responded within minutes, and they had everything setup and ready to go in a timely manner. Vanessa and George (I think) were great! Super friendly and patient with all our guests as we're known to get a little rowdy. I also received the link for the soft copies of all the pictures taken within a day or two. They were great hosts, and we would definitely recommend their services!! On a side note: You receive 3 pictures per session. You get 5-seconds in between the pics, so be prepared with all your props. Loads of fun!

Vanessa, the main contact that I would email back-and-forth assisted me all the way to the night of the event with quick, thorough responses, and a warm smile (hence the name of the company!) :) She was such a delight, and the price was definitely right, that we are using Hello Smiley again for our party this year! 2016: We booked the standard enclosed photo booth package for 4 hours for about $500. This package came with unlimited photos, props, as well as a photo tech (Dee) that assisted us during the event. We even received a USB with all our pics that were taken throughout the night! Sweet! The classic enclosed booth was intimate, and could fit probably 3-4 people comfortably. 2018: We booked the "open-air" photo booth this year in the standard package for 4 hours. This cost about the same at the year before and will include the same things as the standard package. Due to Vanessa's quick responses, I was able to book their services within 20 minutes online. Dee, the photo tech we had in 2016, helped us out again the day-of. She was sweet and extremely helpful during our party! The open air booth was much more spacious, and we were able to fit over 6 or 7 people in the booth for silly pictures and fun memories! Definitely recommend it if you got big groups! I was told that, including the prints I would be sent an email with all of the pictures taken for my wedding that day. One of the questions was what kind of background I wanted. I specifically said GOLD. He had emailed me ONE time which was two days before my wedding and I was so stressed that I forgot to respond. Come my wedding day, he was there to set up and made a comment to me "you're such a hard person to get a hold of." So everyone took pictures and the background was royal blue! My request was gold as my colors were ivory, gold, black, and a hunter green. So I was very disappointed when I saw all the pictures being taken with a bright blue background and then a few weeks later, I still haven't received any photos and I had emailed him to ask him about it and also tried calling And I have not gotten an answer and it's been almost a year.
