The croissants were a crowd pleaser, the Caesar salad crisp & tasty, the fruit was so fresh, but the blueberry lemon almond cookies stole the show! If you need a caterer, drive out to their location & talk to the owner. They are very busy & can't always answer the phone. They're worth the trouble it will take.

My experience is only with catered lunch in a corporate setting, and it is always hands down the best lunch I've ever had, every. single. time!!!!! How does she find fresh veggies year-round!? Incredible! There is so much care and thought put into this food. They must be very particular about their food suppliers. Any fresh ingredient is always perfectly fresh/ripe. The cherry tomatoes and really any veggies are always delicious, bursting with flavor (maybe they use organic which tends to have more flavor?). The salad dressings are all incredible. Apple Cider Vin, Citrus Vin.....o.m.g! The Power Up Salad will make you want to eat salads for every meal - seriously. Also, I was never a fan of pasta salads until I started being adventurous and trying the pasta salads from here. The Bruschetta Pasta Salad - OMG. Also, recently had the Bacon Parmesan Ranch Rigatoni salad.....wowza. Cupcakes, cookies, or other small desserts from here are to die for. I've used a lot of cliche "review" terms here.....trust me, they don't even begin to describe it!!! :)

FEEL THE STEEL. FEEL THE FORCE…read more The tallest coaster in Pennsylvania (out of a total of 53!) has called Dorney Park its home since 1997. In case you're wondering, no, it's not the fastest in the state.......that claim is held by the incredible Phantom's Revenge at Kennywood. For years, Steel Force was the biggest and baddest coaster on the eastern seaboard, but the recent additions of Nitro @ SFGAd in New Jersey and Fury 325 @ Carowinds have usurped the title once held by this Steve Okamoto-designed monstrosity. Situated at the back of the part, this hypercoaster relies purely on speed + height as its defining attributes, with some always appreciated camelback hills coming on the return trip. There's a tunnel at the base of the 205ft drop, and another tunnel at the bottom of one of the hills towards the end of the run. The turnaround gives some nice positive G's throughout the 540° helix without being overly jarring. There was some VERY unnerving side-to-side rocking on the 200ft lift hill, which made a normally calm and collected Eric S extremely anxious. I suppose that just heightened the thrill factor, but when there's absolutely nothing to your left except a hundred foot dropoff, that gets one's heart racing a bit. Great pockets of airtime on the 'bunny hops' headed back to the station platform. Steel Force has several "sibling" coasters at sister Cedar Fair parks: Mamba @ Worlds of Fun, Wild Thing @ ValleyFair!, and of course Magnum XL-200 @ Cedar Point. Not to take anything away from this awesome coaster, but I will say that Magnum delivers a crazier ride than SF in my opinion (cannot comment on the first two....although I will be visiting Minnesota later this summer.....) I will say that Steel Force is the only truly 'extreme' coaster at the normally reserved Dorney Park. Lines can get long, but during summer months a 3-train operation cranks through guests no problem, so waits shouldn't be a major issue most of the time. With regard to the font row vs back row debate, it's a straight wash in my opinion. Between the rather lengthy ride time of 3 minutes and a peak velocity of 75mph, it is without question Dorney's best coaster. The Force is indeed strong with this one.......

I'm a loyal Marriott Bonvoy member, but my stay here was refreshing. I'd recently been staying at…read morelower-end Marriott properties for work, and this hotel was comparable in price, but far superior in everything else - customer service, features, cleanliness, etc. Parking seemed to be a bit of an issue when I checked in on a Thursday evening - not in terms of availability, but proximity to the either of the two entrances. Luckily, I was able to nab one of the closest parking spots to the front entrance after looping around the building. My initial thought was that it was very quiet. Perhaps I was on a floor by myself, but I didn't hear or see anyone else on my floor during my one-night stay. I really loved my room. It was contemporary-styled and comfortable with plenty of light fixtures and a floor to ceiling window. I especially liked the light over the sofa because it automatically turned off, and turned back on after it detected motion. The bed was also comfortable and soft with high quality foam pillows. There was a QR code by the bed, and when directed to the website contained a list of information and hotel policies. One of those policies was in regard to delivery orders. Deliveries cannot be left at the front desk or taken to your room by the driver/carrier. They must be picked up in the lobby, which was fairly simple to follow. After check-out I had left clothes in the closet and didn't realize until hours later. I called the front desk and was able to coordinate picking them up after housekeeping checked the room for my items and collected them. I really appreciate Amanda's promptness and level of customer service whilst assisting me over the phone. My only dissatisfaction was that I didn't receive hand soap in the bathroom, but otherwise it was a much needed and unrealized change from Marriott.
