SCAM ALERT -- Avoid This Place! Took my Jetta here after the EPC and engine lights came on -- the car was barely drivable. They told me the diagnostic would cost $170 and that they'd run full tests to figure out the issue. When I got my car back, their "results" were just a paper saying they ran a compression and leak test (a key to quality is having objective evidence) and found code P0304 (misfire on cylinder 4). They claimed my car had a blown head gasket and even suggested I donate the car to them for a tax write-off. That's when things started to feel really sketchy. We had a friend from out of town who works on VWs take a look. In less than 10 minutes, he found the real issue -- a bad spark plug wire on cylinder 4. He replaced it, and the car instantly ran perfectly with no codes or issues at all. This shop either doesn't know what they're doing or was flat-out trying to scam me. I honestly wanted to like this repair shop. I took my car in on February 8, 2023 for a coolant leak. My car was taken in immediately, and I got a call the following day informing me that the repair was complete. I noticed within days of the repair the leak continued. I called the shop owner and he advised me to fill the fluid and drop the car off. I did that. After keeping my car the second time he told me that there was a hose leaking and he would fix it. I was without my car over the weekend and he called me the following Monday indicating the repair was complete. So, when I picked the car up at that time I noticed the coolant low warning light was on, I advised the shop immediately. He tried to reset the code and was unsuccessful, I was then advised there may be a faulty sensor. I can't afford to be without my car any longer, it's been about one month since I initially dropped my car off and the coolant issue is still unresolved. I've had to take Lyfts back and forth while working with the shop to fix my car. I've lost confidence in the repair quality. This review is submitted to explain my individual experience, it may help others decide how to proceed with doing business with the repair facility. I have a 2013 Range Rover Sport HSE. read more

Took in my 2013 Prius V series for a rattling noise when I hit bumps at low speeds. Jersey took his time to figure out what most likely is the cause of the noise. There is a bushing deep in the steering column that was most likely the culprit. As this seems to be a preference repair and not a required repair, won't damage performance or safety of the vehicle, as well as age and mileage, I decided not to complete the repair. Parts would be cheap but the labor was extensive and not worth the superficial repair. This is one of those, "just turn the music up" fixes. Inspection fees was worth the peace of mind. Everyone in my family takes their cars here. Always honest and the best price for any work done whether service or repair. Very honest, I first started going to Jerzy many years ago after I got a long list of expensive work the dealership told me I needed. I went to Auto Master for a second opinion, and he told me I didn't need any of it. I continued to take that car to Auto Master after that. When I bought a new car I had the first several service visits covered, so I went back to the dealership for a while. But after I had major problems with the car, the dealership told me I needed an almost $4,000 repair. Went to Jerzy, who found that it was actually a different problem, and the repair was less than half as much. My car is running perfectly again, and I will not make the mistake of going to the dealership again. I would recommend Auto Master to everyone. read more

I called the shop and explained I have a 3rd party warranty and an AC issue. Their inclination on the phone is "no problem bring it in and we will take a look at it". I brought my car in for diagnostics only. I was not informed there would be a charge for this service. They called me to inform me that my issue was not covered under the warranty and would cost me nearly $2000.00. I advised I would be unable to pay that at this time. They took it upon themselves to complete other things and charge me nearly $200.00 for services I did not authorize during "diagnostics". I wouldn't get my car fixed here ever. They called as soon as it was ready and when I went to pick up the car they said the fix was so minor they weren't even going to charge me. It honestly made my day!
