It doesn't even look like it was washed. by far still Saugus car wash has the touchless and a soft touch with soft cloths. It's still the best around hands-down. My car wasn't even filthy. There was a little dirt on it even even the Saugus one fully touchless would've literally wiped it all off no problem. The fact that I spent 24 bucks and my car is a mess mad annoying its Easter Sunday come on man‍

I…read moredrive by every day and used to go out of my way to another local auto car wash because this one always left my car dripping wet after paying $10 for a basic wash. I decided to try it today as I had read some good reviews on a local Facebook group about how helpful the new ownership/employees were. I drove up to the auto wash and there was one vehicle being "serviced" by the attendant and one in front of me. It moved rather slowly because the attendant took some time to pre-soak each vehicle. I was looking for the pricing (which typically is posted in fairly large print at most car washes right outside the entrance to the car wash) but there wasn't one there ... at least I didn't see it but spend about 5 minutes "waiting" for my turn. As I pulled in, the pricing was on the attendant's "register" about the size of a letter sized piece of paper. Maybe their signage is still being printed since there's been a name and ownership change?? I usually just get the basic wash which was $10. The attendant took a few minutes to pre-soak my car before sending me through. As I exited, I noticed the "cover" to the drive side side mirror had fallen off in the car wash. It wasn't their fault as it was already lose because I hit the garage door opening one day and cracked it. Waiting for me right outside the exit was a young man there with towels ready to hand dry my car. I asked if they find it in the tunnel tonight if they could save it for me and I'll pick it up tomorrow. He happily offered to retrieve it on the spot for me. Luckily he found it and snapped it back on for me and carefully dried my car by hand. On top of that, he took notice that I had dropped my driver window down to speak to him and offered to wipe that down for me after I put my window back up after tipping him, of course, for his superb service. Did they change any of the mechanical components in the car wash as a part of this business sale/purchase? Probably not since my car was still pretty wet when I exited but their customer service (particularly the young man who dried my car) is what earned this 5 star for me. I will be back!!

You use the kiosk to give it your credit card, order the wash you want. Then you move forward to the tunnel. At that point there are two workers there that will manually soap down spots of your car. When I drove my wife's Santa Fe Sport through her car wash came through awesome. A couple weeks later. I came in with my car. I ran my Rogue through. There were spots on both front windows not cleaned and corners of the tailgate that are concave in shape. I contacted the car wash through their web page and quickly got a call back that I was unable to answer. I also got an email so I responded to that. Showed them a picture of one of my car's missed spots. They seemed very interested in the feedback. They told me they made a change within tunnel and that with my feedback they adjusted some of the angles of things to provide a better wash. That was pretty much the end of the contact. I was pleased that they were willing to look into it and they really did seem genuinely concerned. Although I never asked for a re-wash I was quite surprised that they didn't offer it. Actually disappointed is the better description. The other issue I had was when I ran my wife's car through it came out with a certain pleasant odor which was just the polish product they use I think. I got the same level of wash for my car and there was no smell which makes me wonder if they even did the appropriate wash. I was wondering if the employee on duty just gave me a basic wash by accident. This really put me off. And I may be mistaken but I saw no way to verify that the wash I paid for was the wash I was getting. This was my first experience at this car wash. I'm at the point now that I'm uncertain whether I want to ever use them again. The services seem inconsistent, they miss spots, and don't stand behind their work. The picture I'm attaching to this is just one of the spots that was missed. It's the corner of the window. The horizontal clean drip marks is run off where the car was washed. I've never seen missed spots in a car wash before. ========================== EDIT:I was definitely contacted by the owner after this yelp review and invited to come back. He said he thought I was a regular customer with a subscription and figured I would just run through again. Although if that were the case I would have just gone in a circle right then and there. So regardless of the reason it is clear they do stand behind their work. I'll update the review when I manage to find time to bring the cars there again.

The set up was a little confusing to me as a newbie, but the car wash entrance is around the back to the left when you pull in. Everyone was very nice and my car looks freaking great. They only accept cash tips so I will have to take extra cash next time I go. I felt terrible, but I've grown so accustomed to tipping using Venmo and CashApp - that's definitely on me. I will absolutely be back. My car hasn't looked this good in ages and I felt bad sitting back in my car because it looked so nice. Great to get in and see salt and pine needles everywhere.

I thought they were bird droppings, but Tony said that it was tree sap. I was ready to get the whole car detailed to take care of it, but he asked if removing the spots was all that I wanted. I said, yes, and he proceeded to take the spots off, one by one. He showed me what to use and how to take them off in case it happens again. He was done with about 15 spots in 10 minutes or so. I asked him what I owed him and he said, nothing. I tried to make him take something for it, but he refused. Thank you so much for the help! I would highly recommend this shop if you are looking for expert, honest car care!!
