I've been coming here for general car maintenance and issues since 2020. Jake has always been the one to help my husband. He's always been honest, professional, and up front with the diagnostics and price quotes. We took our vehicle in because our brake pads were worn. They changed it and it was still resistance and a scratchy noise. They took responsibility of their work and rectified the issue until everything was fixed. They're only open M-F, so it may be difficult to bring my car in unless I take some time off. read more

I suggest you get a second opinion before you spend any money at this place wonderful service in the front of the house, but after having my van for over a week they gave it back to me ,supposedly completed which was not the case .they ask me bringing it back for them to complete the job , I figure with the coronavirus they couldn't use the business and done a better job for me, 2 Days later got it back, it still wasn't done properly ,They said it was a totally separate issueI ,I had to go to another shop to get a second opinion come to find out that most of the body mounts they replaced for me were loose and that was the problem! Went here a few months ago because of an issue with my car. Was overcharged, and I mean and emphasize overcharged for the work being done on my compact car. Had a mechanic friend tell me that I overpaid by a few hundred dollars. I knew something was up when I was told the original quote for the work and asked if they could work on the price and they easily knocked it down by $100. It was still too much. It's better to shop around and get quotes instead of settling with one specific shop. read more

I took my car in today to get the oil changed. Their pricing was spot on and a better price than many other discount places. The waiting area was neat and comfortable. My car was taken right back so my wait time was minimal. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I loved the fact that the owner was proud of Christianity. It showed in his employees and throughout the waiting area. When they called my name that my car was done I wasn't ready to go, because the reading material was interesting! Not sure what's happened to Car Care over the past year to year and a half but the quality has gone way down. I'll never go back. My wife took our sons car there last week for an oil change which they did, sort of...but they tell her the vehicle needs new brake pads and rotors to which I tell her I'll check them out. The following day I buy new pads thinking he'll need them but was skeptical on the rotors. Took his old pads off which still had half their life left but I went ahead and swapped since I was in the process. Now for the rotors...they were in great shape...literally no reason to change them. Now back to the oil change. If I hadn't had done the brakes myself I wouldn't have noticed that they never put the oil plug back on tightly. Because I leave before the sun comes up and home usually at dark I wouldn't have noticed an oil stain so our son would have driven around all week with his oil leaking out which would have blown his engine and we now have an oil stain thanks to great attention to detail from Car Care. Thank you Car Care! I'd give zero stars if I could. read more

The new horn sounded worse than the first one, so he said leave it with me and we will get one that sounds better. The new one was $30 more, but he offered to cover the difference. Who does that?! I had an issue with my F-250 6.4 diesel which lost turbo boost. I took it to Car Care to have them check it out. They told me that I had a exhaust leak in the turbo up pipe and would require pulling the truck cab off in order to get to the back side of the engine to replace the broken up pipe. Not wanting to go with OEM up pipes because of their known problem, I decided on after market pipes from Rudy's which are heavy duty replacements. When the pipes arrived I took my truck back to Care Care as they assured me they had experience in cab removal and working on my F-250. After several days they called and said that one of the pipes would not fit so they got a OEM replacement. They ended up replacing 3 turbo exhaust system pipes. All seemed well and good till about 4 weeks later when I lost turbo pressure again. This time it was due to a turbo pipe separation. I am a mechanic and usually do all my own auto and truck repair, I only let Car Care do this work because I don't have the lift system necessary to remove the truck cab. Upon closer inspection I noticed the reason for the pipe separation was caused because of missing hardware that secures the sys to the engine. I decided to jump in and fix the problem because it didn't require cab removal. Upon doin so I found that much more attachment hardware (bolts, nuts, screws, Etc.) had been left off from Car Care's previous repair. With the missing fasteners and lack of detail in reassembly by Car Care I would not have had this problem. The transmission transfer shifter boot in the cab was damaged and not replaced as it should have been so I also have that to deal with also. All in all I am very disappointed with the lack of quality control and will not be having any future dealings with this company. read more
