Over all, however, I had a good experience with Auto Outlet. Neighborhood is a little sketchy, however, with TONS of Homeless camps along the entire road in that specific area, so be careful! Also, if you take the bus into Tacoma (7 minutes away from the dealership), be careful, as the bus stop is also EXTREMELY sketchy, and there's nowhere to go into safely, as it's outside and in a really GHETTO part of town. I waivered for weeks before committing to purchase. Zacc was very knowledgeable and explained everything step by step. He made the entire process quick and easy. He made sure that he showed me cars within my budget that fit the needs of my family. He even continued to put in work after I made my purchase. About a week after purchase, I got a call from him stating that he found a lender offering a lower interest rate and was able to lower my monthly payments. Usually when you buy a vehicle, that's it. Zacc was intentional about checking back in and making sure that I was enjoying the vehicle. Taking that extra step made this entire experience even more memorable. She does not know how to give customer service! Worst experience ever. I was up the street 4 mins away looking at a F150 then decided to just stop by and she made it seem like a walk in was an issue!!! Any dealership is lucky to get a walk in especially this one. I gave them a chance regardless of how trashy this place looked (like a prison) by saying I could be back next Saturday because the truck had 41K miles!!! Only shady LOW END dealerships don't give out Carfax reports for free and apparently customers aren't ever right to her! THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. She just had to have the bigger balls.
