On Friday, the day before our visit, we confirmed that we would be coming down Saturday morning. We arrived around 9:30 a.m., and Martha initially helped us with a few things. We then spent nearly two hours thoroughly inspecting the camper. Before making a purchase, we simply asked to have the camper hooked up to water so we could verify there were no leaks and confirm the water pump worked. At that point, Josh walked by and said, "You're wasting your damn time. You're not going to find anything." I replied that I simply wanted to verify there were no leaks and that everything functioned properly. He then said, "It's sold," and walked away with an attitude, ignoring me when I tried to confirm what he had just said. I went back to Martha to ask what was going on, and she confirmed that a deposit had been placed on the camper the previous day. My question was simple: if the camper already had a deposit on it, why weren't we told before driving an hour each way and spending two hours inspecting it? We had confirmed our appointment the day before, yet no one mentioned that the camper was no longer effectively available. Throughout the inspection, we also had to repeatedly ask for basic things such as the keys, the slide-out remote, and water to test the plumbing. The battery was dead, so we couldn't even start the generator. Every request felt like an inconvenience to the staff. The only bright spot was one employee who was polite, helpful, and appeared genuinely frustrated by how we were being treated. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name. Poor communication is one thing, but allowing customers to spend hours inspecting a camper that already has a deposit--and then having an employee speak to them disrespectfully--is completely unacceptable. When I purchased the trailer I was advised to also purchase the extended warranty for repairs and things that may come up later so I did just that. The warranty cost me an additional $2700 plus taxes and now that it's been a few years and I'm in need of repairs, 512 Auto isn't returning calls, emails, or texts! When I bought the trailer I was told that the building had just been broken into and the keys were stolen so they replaced them thru a locksmith while I waited for over two hours. I was also told that I would get the warranty info mailed to me once they put there office back together from the break in. It's been years and no such warranty as ever shown up. Now that I need to make repairs on the trailer, they can't seem to make time to get me the company info of who holds my warranty? I have filed a claim with the BBB and will continue to seek a refund for my extended warranty purchase. Legal proceedings are also in the works and I highly advise you to stay away from this business! They are far to available to take your payment and make a sale but can't employee good customer service one you leave the lot? It's places like this that make people have trust issues with car lots!

The extended warranties don't cover the number one damage you'd want to have coverage for in the PNW- rain. We are just barely outside of the manufacturer warranty for our 2020 R-pod, which has developed a leak and covered the interior of our trailer with mold over the winter. When I called and asked if this would be covered, they said, "ohhh, yeaaaahhhh... you're supposed to check the seals every 30 days, the warranty doesn't cover this." So, why the hell did your salesman tell me it was a "wall to wall, bumper to bumper" plan? I paid for the top level extended warranty, and now, just over a year in, you're telling me it won't cover a dime? And what am I supposed to do, get out there with a 20 foot ladder and climb on the roof every month to make sure the seals are holding? I don't even know how to do that. Which seals? All of them? What am I looking for? Am *I* a certified technician all of a sudden? Would it be acceptable if a year old car roof started leaking, and Ford or Chevy turned down the warranty because "ohhhh sorryyyyy, you didn't get out there with a vacuum and pressure test all the seals inside the main cab." It's ridiculous. And what's WORSE, is they don't even have availability to look at the damn thing for a month. Kinda wild, it's almost like they're making great money selling shoddy trailers to unexpecting suckers like myself. So they took the RV back for another month to address what need to be done and it has now been 6 weeks. So they called me to say it's ready. We took it out that following weekend and the shower door fell off before we got on the freeway, the check engine light came on 150 miles into the trip, the chairs were used and cheap wrapped in plastic, they did put in a TV, They never gave me my 5 rounds of golf, don't answer the phone and after filing a complaint with the attorney general who closed our case because they can't get a hold of Branden or Rob. These guys are total scumbags who have all of the RV's in different states of disrepair saying we are waiting on parts and are full of false promises. NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE TWO IDIOTS!
