The problem I encountered is, I have been trying to modify the number of cars on my plan and it has not been a good experience. They were unable to do it at the car wash. They told me to get the app. I did and the app does not allow me to modify my membership. It actually canceled my entire membership. I sent an email as directed by the app and was told I could not use email to resolve the issue that I needed to call. So I called and talked to an AI bot. The AI bot told me to modify my membership in the app or at the car wash... Not kidding... When you ask to speak to a human being, it will tell you that nobody is available. So unfortunately, it appears like modifying your membership at quick quack is an impossible task. This is unfortunate because I'd like to stay with them for the cars that I would like on the plan but now I'm beginning to think otherwise.

It was a quick tutorial, which was nice, I didn't want to be figuring it out as the time is counting down. The facility was very clean, he advised several times to ensure you disinfect when finished, but also when starting just to be safe. It was $15 for 10 minutes and we found that to be a great amount of time, we had about 3 minutes left. Our dog just stood, so our time was strictly washing, rinsing and drying.
