Our repairman came and fixed the problems and then checked the coil for the air conditioner.. It was so covered with hair and debris that the coil looked like it had a fur coat.. very gross.. he cleaned it and cleaned the air conditioner completely.. I never thought about it again until this year when Alliant Energy sent us a letter after reviewing our usage.. Thanks to VanRyswyk's repairman.. our electric bill has dropped 60 dollars per month!!!! That's over 700 dollars a year!!!! I'm so happy and grateful to these wonderful people!!!! We advised him of his last visit and it was Oh yes, well I'll call you first thing Saturday Morning, (we called him back on a Friday to find out why he hadn't returned our calls as to how he was going to fix our problem. Saturday came and he never called or sent a text message. It was one excuse after another. This company is just HORRIBLE! I will never use them again. Emailed about a fridge that Lowes had to see if they also had as I like to shop local if possible. Was told they did and I told them I would come out and look at it but they didn't have it available to show they instead showed me the website which I could have seen at home. Bought it anyway and set up delivery and was told they would call when on the way. The entire delivery day came and went no call no delivery no nothing. I called at 6:45 and got voicemail that they were closed leave a message. I don't enjoy waiting for a we'll call you delivery time anyway but to just not show up or call?
