This was the worst car-buying experience I've ever had. I clearly and repeatedly stated that I did NOT want any warranties or add-ons. While signing the paperwork, I pointed out extra charges, was told they were being removed, and even watched documents get reprinted. Despite this, I was talked over, rushed, and ended up with warranties I explicitly declined. This is misrepresentation and a complete disregard for my consent. When I returned the next day, I was told multiple times that the charges would be refunded and applied back to my loan. That never happened. Additionally, my trade-in was paid off two months later and not for the payoff amount we agreed on. It felt as though, because I was purchasing a $200,000 vehicle and im a women , there was an assumption that extra charges would go unnoticed or unquestioned. That is unacceptable. The salesperson name is FRANK. He made a comment to me after I came back next day "" I also need some bread". I just left this dealership after speaking with Jennifer and I believe her manager name was John. I specifically told them I'm not here to waste anyone time. I told them I was on there website. Showed them all the information. I left because the numbers wasn't working for me with all the Extra FEEs they added on for a CASH DEAL. I gave John a handshake and left. Really disappointed with the service here. I had an appointment at 12:30 PM for a simple oil change, and I didn't leave until 3:40 PM -- over 3 hours for something that should be routine. [[HIGHLIGHT]]What's the point of making an appointment if you still have to wait that long?[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]No one kept me updated during the wait, and I had to go ask what was going on myself.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The whole experience felt very unorganized and like nobody really cared about my time. On top of that, the price I was charged was higher than what's advertised on the website. The online service specials clearly show cheaper pricing, but when it came time to pay, it was more expensive and no one gave me a straight explanation. That feels misleading. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Salesman Jackie Babani and acquisition agent Jorge Carta at Brickell Motors have renewed my faith that good and honest people in the car sales business still exist.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It should be noted that this was my 3rd vehicle purchase within about 12 years from this dealership. About 6 months ago I got a notice in the mail from Brickell Motors with a very attractive trade-in offer for my existing vehicle and I saw some great deals advertised on the internet for a new one I wanted. I came in for a service visit and met with Jackie in sales. That day we were just too far apart on the numbers and didn't reach a deal. The trade-in this dealership actually offered when I came here was much lower than the one they'd mailed to me - I was told that was due to "lawyer speak" and fine print in the ad they'd sent me. Also, the pricing I'd seen on the internet for the vehicle I wanted required that I lease it which I never do, and had a few other conditions that left me out. [[HIGHLIGHT]]That said, even though we couldn't make the deal work that day, the one thing that struck me about Jackie was his honesty.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When I was serious about buying again recently, I came here for an oil change and inspection and explained that while my vehicle was being serviced I wanted to see about buying a new vehicle while trading my existing one. I'd done my research on the price of the vehicle I wanted and knew what my trade was worth, I'd already been in contact with another GM dealer and had an appointment to see them the following day. Whichever of the 2 dealerships made me a better deal, would get the sale. Jorge Carta came to meet with me first, looked at my vehicle, took me to his office and put together a solid offer for the trade. He then took me to see Jackie the salesman who I knew from before. Unfortunately the vehicle I'd seen on the internet had been sold, but they had 2 similar ones in stock in the color I wanted, but with a few more options. We took a similar model for a test drive, and on the way back to the dealership, we stopped at one of Brickell Motors' storage lots to grab the one I was actually interested in. Their first offer wasn't terrible, but it was higher than where I needed to be financially, and the vehicle came with options like a heated steering wheel and seats which are unnecessary in South Florida. I asked Jackie if any other dealerships in the area had the exact model and features I wanted and he did look, but also thought he could make an agreeable deal for the one they had in stock. He met with his manager a second time, came back and made an offer that was solid and we shook on it. He filled it up with gas, had it cleaned and serviced, sent me to see the finance person to sign all the paperwork and I was out the door in my shiny new vehicle within about an hour after we agreed on the deal. Submitted a car value request on a third party site and info went to these guys, [[HIGHLIGHT]]immediately got bad vibes from the first call, could not understand anything the guy was really saying[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], finally figured out he was interested in buying a car. Told him it was an inquiry meant for BMW dealers only, as I was looking to get trade credit for taxes paid. 1 STAR - If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This is, hands down, the worst dealership experience I have ever had. Brickell Buick & GMC kept my 2025 GMC Acadia for 16 days (Nov 10-26, 2025) and verbally told me the issue was the telematics module. When I reviewed my paperwork, there was: NO mention of a telematics module NO record that a part was ever ordered NO ETA, no part number, nothing. So, what exactly were they doing with my car for 16 days? They told me my vehicle was "fixed" when it obviously was NOT fixed. They documented that I "refused service" even though they gave me a loaner vehicle the same day and kept my car there. Just to be certain - because I didn't want to waste my time and travel to the dealership if it wasn't on the lot. No problem - confirmed. I went to my local dmv and they have ZERO info or anything in my name or the vin of the vehicle. I am filing this complaint against Brickell Buick & GMC, Miami, FL, for multiple violations of Florida law and unfair dealer practices. On September 9, 2025, I agreed to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, which was advertised on their website for $43,500. When I attempted to pay in cash, the dealership attempted to charge me $50,000, claiming the $43,500 price applied only if I financed through them. Only after I cited Florida law on unfair pricing did they revise the bill of sale to the advertised price. Despite paying in full, the dealership delayed putting the title in my name. In fact, the vehicle was only delivered on September 25, 2025, because Tropical Shipping forced the dealership to place the title in my name prior to accepting delivery. The dealership has since refused to release the title to me, improperly conditioning release on me providing a shipping receipt--an unlawful and irrelevant demand. This conduct violates Florida Statutes §§319.23-319.24 (requiring prompt title delivery). Their behavior also shows a pattern of deception and delay, designed to pressure me into financing and to obstruct the lawful transfer of ownership. read more

Purchased a used car from this dealership 30 days ago. The car showed on Car Fax that the brakes had been serviced at the dealership. I've since had to replace the front rotors and pads because of severe warping, a major safety issue as well as the recoil for the seatbelt. One of the rear tires was a run flat, the other wasn't which caused an odd handling. The car wasn't detailed as promised. We made an appt to see a specific vehicle and drove over an hour to get there. They verified the vehicle was there and would have it ready. When we arrived they were more interested in our credit score and how we wanted it titled. After we answered their questions we were informed they did not have the car. They had a lame excuse about why they said they had it but obviously lied. It is the old bait and switch they figured we would come in and they would switch us to another vehicle. We have to file a fraud case with the state and are being asked to pay tolls on a car that is not ours. A Callous Disregard for Customers at Brickell Buick GMC My experience at Brickell Buick GMC was nothing short of infuriating. Lured by a used Yukon listing, I engaged with a rep named Jose over the phone. Though the initial vehicle was sold, they pitched another Yukon at a $4k higher price, assuring a possible price negotiation. I PLEADED with Jose. I let him know that I have two young kids, and before I make the long trip down, I NEED to know if they are willing to match the cost of the previous car (which he proactively offered). He assures me, we'll make a deal. With young children, I hesitantly made the 1.5-hour drive down. Upon arrival, confusion reigned. No one knew Jose; my search for Miguel, the manager Jose claimed to have consulted, led to Winston, the Used Car manager. They were clueless about our prior conversation, and the Yukon was freshly traded in and unsellable--filthy with a 'Not for Sale' sticker on, and tons of dirt and the previous owners' belongings and garbage. A frustrating 45-minute debate ensued, only to have them uphold the online price, now inflated with a hidden $1,995 maintenance fee. Winston offered me a $500 discount as a "courtesy" ... like a slap in the face. Despite my upfront honesty, it's evident that Brickell Buick GMC had no regard for making a family with small children drive 2 hours for a sham negotiation. Their false assurances were a blatant bait, showcasing a callous disregard for customer trust and time. This place is a rip-off. I was having issues with my car over heating and the A/C was not blowing cold air. I only went to this place because I was told it would be best to go to a Buick-certified mechanic, BIG MISTAKE, now whenever the A/C is on my car makes strange noises and rattles. I never had that issue before. Definitely was not worth the $4k they charged, mins you that was after they claim to have gotten me a "deal". Got my Mazda CX-5 serviced here for a recall. The service was super nice and they arranged a very nice Alto ride for me home and back while my car was being serviced. They gave me very detailed information on my car. My car was ready more quickly than anticipated. The only mishap was that I scheduled everything with Brickell Mazda, and they failed to tell me that the service would be across the street with Buick GMC --- which in this incredibly busy area of Little Havana, was incredibly complicated to try to get into once I was already in Mazda. Richard Villasmil is the used car sales man who I dealt with in purchasing my 2012 Range Rover. This was the first time I purchased a vehicle out of state and the salesman didn't worry as much about the sale of the vehicle as much as he was concerned about me the customer being happy with the car I got. He made sure to stay in contact with me through it's delivery process and helped address any concerns I had dealing with the car. There was a code reading on the dash and Richard made sure that I got that taken care of by reassuring his dealership was more concerned about a customer leaving happy than an unsatisfied one. Having being raised in a family with a dealership, my father and grand father who owned Barney Garver Motors in Houston Texas, Mazda, VW and Land Rover. It was nice to see the customer service professionalism that Richard showed over the month of communication after the vehicle had arrived. Its people who make a business work well and Richard went over and beyond with his communicational skills. The fact that the dealership was empty should have been my first warning. The sales representative, Dayron, pretty much wrote me off saying that the promotion was not valid and I should be looking to buy. I wasn't dressed as slick as he was, which may had clouded his judgement. I was the one that had to ask if I could see what models were available. Your typical scamming dealership. Bring you in and tell you they are going to treat you like family. I tell them exactly what I am looking for. They pull my credit and see what they are working with. They look at my payoff and current payment. Then they low ball me on my trade in (offered $6k eventually went up to $8k) and tell me my payments will be over what I was looking asking for, but not to worry. It's only a little more than what I am paying now. Obviously I said thank you and walked away. I am realistic and understand what I can pay and what I can't pay. So the run over ti my car as I am leaving and they tell me to come back. That they are going to adjust some numbers and get me to the number I am looking for. So after 4 1/2 hours of being there. My kids and I are starving. I guess they thought would would take anything they offer if they get us exhausted. W/o good back and forth. The manager Juan Cabrera is telling him team to give me what I want. Telling me not to worry that I am amongst family. They took my trade in car keys and I thought we were ready to go. Finally they call me and say we are ready to do the paperwork. When I walk in the office, the payments are now $100 higher than what they had originally offered me. I was so upset, I just got up and walked out. Manager said "Wait, let me see what I can do." I had enough of their little game of charades. Everyone was tired, hungry, and upset. If you don't get the offer you are looking for in the first 45-1hr. Get out. They are just playing games with you. Horrible experience. I do not recommend this dealer. This is your typical "salesman" culture everyone is weary of. Save your time for people who will be straight with you. They literally can walk you to all four to five dealers and can sell you any car from any lot. The pictures included in this review will make a lot of things clear. Take your time and watch it before you go and get robbed and most likely get a vehicle which will kill you because something stops working all of a sudden . The pictures clearly show hours of no communication. How I got told the Carfax was clean but it wasn't. How I asked for the vin number several times. Recall. Everything. I did check on the car whatsoever and saw that the battery which was supposedly all clean and service checked, was leaking acid. I took the pictures after the dealer cleaned most of the white powder off the battery. But if you google white powder and acid on the battery you will still see what I saw in my pictures. I hope I can help people from buying a bad car at this place. The dealership advertised a 2023 GMC Yukon XL Denali Ultimate VIN 1GKS2KKL4PR293837. The vehicle is listed with 1,579 miles. They listed every option in the description to include all of the options and dealer-installed options that appear on the window sticker for this VIN. I negotiated a purchase price of $XX with the New Car Sale Manager, Miguel DeLeon. Come to find out, they never installed most of the dealer-installed options that appear in their description at all, to the tune of $3,550 worth of missing items. When I brought this to Miguel's attention, he said, "Sorry pal, this vehicle is as-is." I said, "Miguel, you can't advertise this vehicle using a window sticker and description that includes all of these items, let me negotiate a price with you based on that information, then tell me that that's too bad for me, the vehicle is sold as-is. That's beyond deceptive." He said, "That vehicle is sold as-is." This is a classic bait and switch - any reputable business would either install the items the customer thought they were buying, or renegotiate the price based on the $3,550 worth of missing parts. Run for the hills - they are the epitome of what's wrong with automobile dealerships. read more

I never thought it was possible, but I have now been "wowed" by a car dealership! I live in Nashville, but I found the vehicle I was looking for online at Brickell Motors. I reached out to them about the vehicle and Tony Suarez responded to my inquiry... and then the "wowing" began! We negotiated a deal right over the telephone... and I was able to give him a deposit to hold my vehicle until I could make the trip down to Miami a week and a half later. Tony asked me when I would be arriving and he let me know that he would pick me up at the airport. To add to the wowing, I flew into Fort Lauderdale Int'l Airport (because that's the only airport that Southwest Airlines flies into) and Tony drove all the way there from their location in Miami to pick me up. During the ride back, Tony told me about himself and all about the dealership. When we arrived at the dealership, he kindly carried my bag for me and showed me around the lots and various buildings as we made our way to the vehicle. Then we arrived at the vehicle. It was cleaned and ready to go for me and looked even better than in the pictures. We went for a ride and when we came back he told me he would even get it filled up with a full tank of gas for me. Tony then asked if I was hungry and grabbed me some food from their on-site cafe and even got me an amazing Cuban coffee. The food and coffee was so delicious that I would actually go back and order it again when back in Miami! Then Tony introduced me to their finance guy (whose name I have quite embarrassingly forgotten) and this man was as genuine as they come. He explained the warranty options and printed up the paperwork for me to sign. That was it! Quick, easy, and super painless (and actually quite enjoyable)! That is how I will describe this process at Brickell to all of my friends! Next time I am in the market for a vehicle, I will look to Brickell and Tony first! Brought my 17 year old Mazda 3 here for a simple oil change. Booking process was pretty easy online. Attendants are quick and super courteous (which is tough to find in Miami). My favorite part is that they did not haggle me on any other repairs (my vehicle has a running CEL for a too rich at idle code which I've tried and tried again and again to repair- I've chopped it up to the car not liking humid hot weather) - will definitive back for continued service to keep my car on the road hopefully for another 10 years. Horrible service all around. I came to inquire about a vehicle that dealership had available. I set up a time and date to see the vehicle and the dealership had insured me before I went that it was available. I called off of my job to come see the vehicle an hour away and the sales department had told me the vehicle was sold the day before. Super upset of all the time and energy I wasted and for the lack of common sense put together by the receptionist as well. Never coming here again read more

Worst dealership I've ever been too. Was told over the phone that they would be able to give me 14,000 for my car no problem and then I came in and they offered me 9000. The guy the whole time wanted to talk about his air ducts and wasted my time telling me he should be able to get me near 14,000 this place is a scam and a ripoff do not come here. read more
