Don't get me wrong this car was super nice and low mileage for a 2021, but going to a dealership you come in ready to negotiate. We gave Tom a price and he literally shamed me and my fiancé. Sat there saying "guys don't come into a dealership offering 6k less". Mind you he was already asking almost 2k over the blue book value. He was trying to sell the car up based on the packages that were installed. He mentioned that the guy selling the car had dementia or his dad has dementia, they are very wealthy, it is his friend, and just didn't need the car because they had 2 others. Sounds to me like he caters to the rich. Not sure why you even needed to add that into a conversation for the car sale. To be honest he could have gotten us up on price, as you always come in low and negotiate up. I've worked with some much nicer salesmen, Tom however is probably one of the rudest and least productive I have met. Needless to say we handed this money hungry dude the keys back and left, since he already had someone coming to buy it on Saturday. Lol.

I went to check out a car with a fully clean carfax report that the seller said they had done a thorough inspection on and everything was good, no reported problems. The car was not cheap at $29,000. I wrongly took his word for it. He offers only a 2 day and 250 mile return policy that you have to pay for. That should have been a bad sign that he doesn't let you drive it for longer. I took it to a mechanic and they found a significant leak that is uncommon on cars of that year and mileage. The quote for the repair was around $3,000. I sent it to him and asked him to pay for it. He refused and said I could bring the car back if I wanted so I did. Overall a huge headache and waste of my time. If I hadn't brought it to a mechanic myself I might have ended up with an expensive car that needed thoasands of dollars of work. His only response was 'used cars need work sometimes' but when I was buying it he just kept talking about how great of shape it was in. SHADY DEALER. He also discouraged me to buy the return policy(which should be free anyway).

They left me stuck with this car and only that that I had to change a timing belt because the motor start making bad noises I put about $5000 after I bought this car into it and could not get anything back from these guys in fact that they wanted more down payment from this and expected me to pay it. Do not buy a car from this dealership unless you want to get scammed…read more I looked at several different cars with Nestor, and he pointed me toward what he claimed would be the perfect car for me. I drove off the lot excited, only for problems to start showing up less than 24 hours later. I brought the car back, and instead of properly fixing the issue, they threw the cheapest possible part into it just to get it off their lot again. The problem came right back. I eventually had to call AAA, and when they opened the hood, they literally laughed at the condition of the repair work. After taking the car to a real mechanic for a full diagnostic, I found out the vehicle needs over $10,000 in repairs. None of this was disclosed to me when they sold me the car. I was given absolutely no indication there were major issues with the vehicle. From my experience, this dealership takes salvaged or previously damaged cars, throws cheap aftermarket parts on them to temporarily keep them running, and sells them without properly disclosing the condition. Then once your short warranty period is over, the real problems start surfacing. What makes this even more upsetting is that on the first day, I left genuinely happy and was ready to recommend them to everyone I knew. Now I'm seriously considering legal action because this entire situation feels dishonest and predatory. Let's not even talk about the fact the VIN was painted over and moved something my mechanic found very sketchy. And ladies -- especially if you don't know much about cars or don't currently have a license -- be extra careful. They act like they're helping you find the best option, but in reality it feels like they're just trying to unload vehicles they know have serious issues and aren't transparent about it.
