BUYER BEWARE ~ SELLS BROKEN CARS HE SAYS ARE FINE So, I should have read the many negative yelp reviews here first but I didn't. I went to check out a car with a fully clean carfax report that the seller said they had done a thorough inspection on and everything was good, no reported problems. The car was not cheap at $29,000. I wrongly took his word for it. He offers only a 2 day and 250 mile return policy that you have to pay for. That should have been a bad sign that he doesn't let you drive it for longer. I took it to a mechanic and they found a significant leak that is uncommon on cars of that year and mileage. The quote for the repair was around $3,000. I sent it to him and asked him to pay for it. He refused and said I could bring the car back if I wanted so I did. Overall a huge headache and waste of my time. If I hadn't brought it to a mechanic myself I might have ended up with an expensive car that needed thoasands of dollars of work. His only response was 'used cars need work sometimes' but when I was buying it he just kept talking about how great of shape it was in. SHADY DEALER. Buyer Beware! Supreme Auto Sells Unsafe, Faulty Vehicles. Supreme Auto specializes in selling hardworking families faulty vehicles with no regard for their safety. They will say and do whatever it takes to make a sale, fully aware that their vehicles are unsafe or have underlying issues. You cannot trust anything the dealer says about the health and condition of the vehicles. For instance, the SUV I was interested in, Mike claimed he drives daily because it's his favorite vehicle and super reliable. I asked many questions about the vehicle and stressed my concerns about finding a reliable and safe vehicle for commuting with my two young children. Mike assured me that the car was well taken care of and had zero issues. I had all fluids flushed the day after I made the purchase, and was told that the fluids looked like they were just recently changed. At first, I thought this was a good sign and still went ahead with my fluid service. However, within 32 days, the vehicle started making jackhammer sounds. Upon further diagnosis, technicians discovered that the vehicle had recently undergone transmission repairs and that the engine oil already contained metal shavings and other debris. Mind you, I had put less than 200 miles on the vehicle in this short span of 32 days. It is suspected that the dealer changed the fluid and other tactics prior to my appointment to hide underlying issues. Even with my kids sitting for hours in that raggedy office to complete the sale, this dirtbag had the audacity to stone-cold lie to my face about the health of the vehicle. I am now left with an extensive car loan and a $14k engine swap repair due to the dishonest tactics and lack of integrity this company practices. Further more, the day I purchased the vehicle it was raining. The paint looked fine in the rain. After I took this vehicle to my detailed for a cut and polish full service , it was also brought to my attention that they spot sprayed the vehicle and made a weak attempt at spraying a pathetic layer of clear coat top coat Wich was sloppily sprayed. It was clear as day that these weasels have a lot of tricks up their sleeves to make a quick buck at the expense of their customers. I am certain that in due time, karma will reciprocate the good and the bad deeds done to others. I learned a very hard lesson trusting a shady dealer. It is my hope that others do not fall into the same trap and avoid giving their business to this fraudulent company. Dont be a victim. read more

Do not buy cars from here, somehow they printed out their car fax report saying the car is clean title and no accident what so ever, turns out it was in a previous front end collision, sold it to me with mismatch tires and offer to give me new tires, drove to the tire shop and they gave me even cheaper tires. A month down the road, the heater core went out, radiator started leaking, everything started breaking down, lesson learned from now on if you're going to buy a car, just buy a brand new one from the dealership, not no used dealership where they go cheap on parts and don't discuss with you about problems. Bought a truck from supreme and shortly after found many things wrong with the truck first thing is the brake light it was dim and I brought it up to mike he said it works just not as bright took it home and it was the running light that came on when I put on the brakes so when the running lights were on the brake light did not work had to buy new ones $180 then I noticed at night time driving all windows and mirrors are scratched but the big problems were noticed within 5 days of driving check engine light came on ruined my whole weekend had to take it to a shop that charged $120 for diagnostic check to find out it was alternator and thermostat I called mike and he told me to get it fixed at my shop and he will pay half I was ok with that at first but once the shop looked further into it there are so many things that they said they did but they actually did nothing at all the air cleaner was so clogged they had to put it in the tank for cleaning and to everyone's surprise the thermostat was already worked on someone took the rubber gasket off one of the thermostats ground down the rivets so my mechanic said they probably just reset the check engine light and put it all on the buyer that is me and it cost almost $1700 and when you pay $25,400 cash for a vehicle and then have to spend another $3000 on top of that it makes me mad and I will never do business with them again and not only that now I need to take it in to have brakes checked and all fluids checked not sure what they are thinking but I went to a dealer thinking all this was done but it was not my suggestion for anyone is not to go there but if you do take it to a mechanic you know to have it inspected because they are lying to you about everything they do read more

Do not buy a vehicle from here. My husband and I purchased a Ford F250 from here. We left the lot after being told everything with funding was taken care of as happy as can be. Once having the truck for about a week we were told the bank couldn't process our loan and that we needed to find a new bank to process our loan or bring the truck back. We had traveled 2 hours to look at this truck so bringing it back seemed next to impossible with us both working full time. We found a bank to process our loan and thought our headache was over. We have had the vehicle for about 2 months now (haven't received plates or registration) and last Thursday the truck basically blew up. We had it towed to the nearest Ford dealership and were quoted around $8000 in repairs all of which they said were pre existing. I called Supreme asking if they were going to take responsibility for any of this because although we did not get the warranty (after reading the fine print) I figured the least they would be willing to do is cover some of the cost. The man I spoke to was very dry and said "there is nothing we can do, that why we sell it the way we do. So we don't have to deal with any breakdowns after it leaves the lot." I would give them a zero if I could. I have filed a complaint with California AG on their behalf. We purchased a truck that had issues with the brakes, and they offered to pay for the brakes which they did. Probably made the sales person Daniel pay for it out his commission. During the contract signing we agreed to pay 290 for DMV fees. The truck was purchased in April of 2018. We then received a bill from DMV for 286.00 dollars. I contacted the dealership and they told me they just mailed the plates and tags. Sure enough they showed up today with 2018 stickers. So we paid for 2 months of DMV fee's and have to pay an additional fees. I have never purchased a vehicle from one these side shows. And will not ever purchase another one. If they had disclosed to us we had to pay for these fees we would have then negotiated. They didn't and when I contacted Mike today he was extremely rude and defensive and took everything I said to mean something else. He was loud and I could not believe this is the customer service they boast about on their website! My recommendation don't purchase from Supreme Auto. read more

My husband and I recently went to this dealership to purchase a Ford F-250 for my husband. We came with a trade in and Mike was flexible and more than fair with what he gave us for it. There was absolutely no hassle dealing with Mike and Joe and they had great selection of cars and trucks. While we were test driving my husbands car Joe mentioned a CNG vehicle that they had on the lot since I was talking about my 4 hours/day commuting and what I was paying in gas and we ended up getting that car too. We went for one car and left with two cars, something I wasn't expecting but I'm very grateful for since I will be saving a lot in gas. Even though we were there past closing time, they continued to be accommodating and professional and we never felt rushed. They were even nice to and kept my son entertained. When leaving to go home I had to get gas in my new (natural gas) vehicle since we had a 2.5 hour drive home, before leaving the dealership I thought I had found the CNG fill station on my own, however I realized I didn't find what I needed. By this time I was sure they were long gone, and wouldn't be able to help me, but Mike responded to my text immediately and made sure I had the correct address to the fill station I needed.
