Super quick, super professional, and honestly just easy to work with. Their prices are fair too, which is always a nice bonus! I also found out they can program garage door openers---how convenient is that? Short story: Both Car keys were cut wrong. Long version: I spoke to a guy in the Glenoaks location on October 30th. About doing me a favor and cutting me a Mazda 3 key. I was the one that provided him with a blank key and he let me know that he could cut it but the car would not start if he did not program it. I told him that was fine and I DIDN'T need it programmed. After a little back and forth He went ahead and cut the key. Charger me a whole $10. We talked for a bit and after a while he told me he had 10 years of experience and to only trust him. I felt more confident in his words and I whipped out another key that I had just in case he may mess up and take my chances with somebody else. Charge me another $5. Sadly to say he messed up on both. Now I'm out two blankies and $15. Moral of the story: listen to your gut, let him cut one and see how it goes. If he fails, then you know to move on. :) read more

I found a few other places with very obviously fake reviews, so I reached out to CKS because the reviews here seemed pretty legitimate. I sent an email via the contact form on their website, and someone reached out to me within 5 minutes. The dealership price was going to be $250 - $300 (and I would have to tow my car there), but these guys had an all-inclusive price much lower AND came to me! This place was a complete lifesaver and they were reasonably priced. My car key was on its last leg, the edge metal key was hanging on by a thread and I couldn't be left stranded. I called and asked if they could help me out. They informed me that if I still had my key, I could cheaply replace the housing. If I didn't have the housing or ended an extra key, it would be a little more. I came in with pieces of my spare key, which I stopped using to use my current key that was on its last leg. Within 15 minutes I walked out with two working keys. This is not a place you go to weekly, but if you ever need a replacement key, I would go here first. Make sure you speak Spanish when you walk in or they will rip you off. I brought in a spare key to get cut for my car and they literally charged me double the amount of what they charged the guy next to me for the EXACT same thing. FYI I speak Spanish, so I could understand literally everything they were saying. Really not cool, and very unprofessional.
