This guy is a total jerk. I came in to have a key made to the cut code that came with my lock and he immediately starts going off on me, accusing me off being a criminal?! It's beyond absurd the attitude I was given when I came in very politely and with nothing but respect, looking like a clean cut blonde haired nerd basically. I called him on a Friday morning and he was at my door Saturday afternoon installing a deadlock and smart lock for me.
