Got a few estimates through Yelp for lock changes and Authority was one of the more affordable options and the deciding factor was a virtually immediate availability. Yaakov was very fast in his response time. He (or his worker, not sure) showed up in his window, and completed his work extremely fast. There was a slight miscommunication between us regarding which keys I had to the various doors and which I didn't. Long story short, he said had to replace two of the knobs to make them all match. This meant an additional expense not originally quoted, but it seemed fair. My only complaint was that he left behind all of the old doorknobs and cylinders, which I thought he might dispose of.
