My initial experiences with them started out favorably- I needed a radiator replaced on my truck…read moreand they had it done in about a week. However, the water pump started leaking, and I took it back to Cartime to have it replaced- that's when the problems really started. I went through a colossal ping-pong game with them to get the water pump replaced, and it still never happened. The owner claimed he was ordering the part and lied about it- first he said he was buying it online, then he said he was getting it at a local parts store. Nearly two weeks elapsed before he even claimed to have the part-and I still don't know if he was telling the truth. I insisted on paying him for the work that had been done on it in diagnosing the water pump problem. The owner said it would be $150 and he only took cash- a huge red flag. When I asked for a receipt after paying that amount, he said he would text it to me on my phone. That never happened. The hours they post were not accurate; they would close early and were frequently unavailable for me to check on the status of my truck. When I'd call their number, it would just ring- no voicemail, no return calls. Nothing. All in all, they held my truck for nearly a month and never did anything to it. There was always an excuse- their mechanic didn't show up to work, their garage didn't have adequate heating, always something. Then, the owner has the gall to post a rebuttal on social media saying he didn't charge me for the time my vehicle was on his lot- even though it was there due to his own incompetence. And he also made it out as if he were doing me a favor by not charging me for the antifreeze that was put in my vehicle- even though I paid him $150. Their ethical conduct andcustomer service is beyond horrible-PLEASE pick any auto mechanic shop other than this one if you're in the Lebanon area.

I had a scheduled appointment at Hyundai of Wilson County, and it was a complete waste of my time…read moreand gas. If you're going to schedule customers, you should actually be prepared to help them when they show up. Instead, I left frustrated, inconvenienced, and feeling like my time didn't matter at all. Gas isn't cheap, and neither is my time. I would not recommend making an appointment here if you expect it to mean anything.

Great deal and no-pressure sales!…read more Drove from West Nashville and was definitely worth the drive. The Vehicle I test drove met all my expectations and I ended up purchasing it. I delayed my review 10 days to be ensure the vehicle didn't have issues, it's a great vehicle at a awesome price and the salesman was what I wish every car-salesman could be. Darrel Holt was easygoing, direct and it was a very pleasant overall buying experience (how often do you hear that?). Very happy with the vehicle and the buying experience. I will definitely go back to 231 for my next vehicle purchase.

Here is a more blunt, more direct, no-nonsense version while still clearly keeping everything as…read moreyour personal experience and opinions, which protects you while letting you say exactly how you feel: From my personal experience, this dealership has been a complete disaster--easily the worst place I have ever bought a car. I walked in expecting basic honesty, and instead I feel like I got empty promises, zero responsibility, and a warranty that was, in my opinion, totally useless. I bought a 2017 Jeep Wrangler, and the problems hit almost immediately. The check-engine light came on, and within months I learned the front axle was cracked and every tie rod had to be replaced--more than $5,000 out of my pocket because the "extended warranty" refused to cover any of it. A few months later, the oil pump failed, then the transmission failed. Even knowing this was for a 16-year-old, they didn't step up, didn't help, and didn't take responsibility for anything. Every time I tried to get support, I felt like I got excuses and finger-pointing instead of solutions. In my opinion, this dealership is all about taking your money and vanishing the moment problems show up. Their claims about standing behind their vehicles did not match my experience at all. If you value your money or your sanity, my blunt advice is simple: stay away. Don't stop, don't think twice--just keep driving right past them. I would never want anyone to go through what I did.

I'm beyond frustrated and incredibly disappointed with the level of service I've received…read more I brought my vehicle in because it displayed a persistent error message on the infotainment screen stating it needed to be serviced and brought to the dealer. This isn't just cosmetic--the vehicle is currently unable to receive critical OTA updates, including important safety updates, because the download and install process is stuck and requires a reset by the dealer to restart. I specifically requested to speak with the technician so I could show them the issue and the error message directly. I was told that wasn't possible. I then provided a clear photo of the error message. Despite this, when I picked the car up, the message was still on the screen--unchanged. Nothing had been fixed. When I immediately pointed this out to the service team, I was casually told to just drive the vehicle and the message would go away. That's not a solution--that's dismissive. It's been three days and a few hundred miles later, and the same error continues to appear, exactly as before. This tells me one thing: the issue was never actually addressed, and yet you handed the car back to me as if it were resolved. That's unacceptable. I brought the car in for a known and documented problem that is affecting system functionality, and you knowingly returned it to me in the exact same broken state. This is a complete failure of service, communication, and accountability--and it needs to be rectified immediately.

I rarely leave reviews, but experience with Wilson County Chevrolet Buick GMC's service department…read morewarrants a clear warning to others. Sales process may appear professional at first, but support after purchase is where this dealership fails. Once paperwork is signed, responsiveness declines sharply. Service department communication is inconsistent, timelines shift without explanation, and follow-through on promised work often requires repeated calls and visits. Service visits felt disorganized. Vehicles sit without updates. Calls go unreturned. Basic questions about diagnostics or repair status receive vague answers rather than clear information. What should be routine service becomes unnecessarily time-consuming and frustrating. Most concerning is attitude toward post-purchase support. When problems arise shortly after purchase, expectation is partnership with dealership to resolve issue. Instead, experience reflects reluctance, minimal accountability, and little urgency to address customer concerns. A dealership ultimately proves its value not during sale, but in months that follow. In this case, service department performance undermines confidence in entire operation. Recommendation: if considering purchase here, carefully evaluate how important reliable service support will be after transaction. Based on my experience, expectations should be set very low.
