I had gone to another place before and paid close to $30 for a similar wash. I was a little hesitant to try Oakley's because of some negative reviews, but my experience was positive. The service was good and the price was even better. They also offer a discount after 6pm, which is a nice bonus.

Clear detailed instructions with what each part of the cleaning and drying does would have been great. I have a tiny sub compact and it took a while to clean. And I'm not thrilled with the end result tbh. My car doesn't look carwash clean. I'll stick to drivethrough carwashes next time. When I went in to pay and handed the coupon (which was signed by the owner) to the cashier, the manager Grizzelle snatched it out of his hand and asked me very sternly "who gave this to you?" I was a little taken back, and looked at her inquisitively and asked "does it matter?" She kept pressing on, asking, "but where did you get it?" And I told her, "my friend gave it to me for doing something nice for him! Are you not honoring it?" And she backed down. But honestly, I don't need to be harassed after so many years of giving them my business. How this woman gets away with harassing customers is beyond me. I'm in the service industry, and this is not how you treat your customers. I'll be bringing my business to Oakley from now on just to avoid this grizzly.
