I was told after I paid they couldn't refund money. Yea this was after the mechanic told me the car needed axel service, & the cost was $275! I told him that's NOT happening. Then proceeded to tell me the rear brakes need service. He tried to sell me services, when I said no, he then proceeded to charge for a supposedly free service. So before leaving pissed off, they told me next oil change will be free! I was told the next time show the receipt BEFORE they work on your car to make sure there's no charge. That was uncalled for & bit shady, charging me then saying it was mistake but then couldn't refund. I got 2 options, call my bank & dispute the charge. Or call I€E! You can't tell me all those guys there are documented. Sorry to say that but you guys pissed me off. Very unprofessional behavior for a business!

Clear detailed instructions with what each part of the cleaning and drying does would have been great. I have a tiny sub compact and it took a while to clean. And I'm not thrilled with the end result tbh. My car doesn't look carwash clean. I'll stick to drivethrough carwashes next time. I'd give it two stars but bumped it to three due to possible user error.

Glad Prestige Touch was so easy to find. I sent Lornel a message and he got back to me within the hour, and helped me figure out exactly what detailing package i would need for what I wanted done to my car. Prices are super fair for all the work they do, and the quality of the work too! I regret not taking before/after pictures of my car because it looked brand new inside when I picked up up. Not the rush job that you get when you go to a your typical Carwash, they take their time and do it right! I had a scratch down the side of my car from a shopping cart and they worked hard to buff it out before washing. Watching them wash my car, they were complete perfectionists and a did a first class job! After they washed my suv and hand dried it, they unbelievably got a hand held leaf blower and blew dry the car for a high shine finish! Excellent service and hands down the best car wash I ever had and I have owned cars for 35 years. I just found my go to place from now on in! Try these guys out, you will be back too!
