I would have rather have went to a machine car Wash that's how bad this place was.... They left big frozen patches of dirt on the car and they are now scratches on the clear coat because they were using brushes that they were had laying on the floor to scrub the dirt around the side of the car.. If you want a sub-par car wash, vacuum and an attitude for $21.00 go to Suds. I had to explain to the cashier/manager (different color shirt) that my car was a car (because he charged me for a minivan). He pretended not to speak English and pointed to the receipt, which had my license plate number on it. I said yes, that license plate is on my CAR. Unfortunate start. The employees did an okay job drying it if, hard to mess up. Then I pulled up behind one other car, waiting to be cleaned and vacuumed and the staff starts working on the car behind me. OMG, are you kidding me. The cashier/manager comes out and does the least he can do, vacuum and window wipe, to call it done. Whoever the "new management" is needs to shape this place up. Suds is convenient for us. They're located very close to our residence and their pricing is pretty decent. They offer a thorough clean on your car and I am always happy with the job. We first tried them out with a voucher deal a few years ago but have continued to use their services. It's definitely not as good as detailing but for the price, you can't really beat it. I've driven past and have seen lines of cars, waiting to have theirs cleaned and luckily, I have never been on those lines. It's pretty fast. They power spray and soap your car before you head in and then the magic happens; I'm always transported to when I was a kid and rode in the car while my dad has his cleaned. After you emerged from the mechanical brushes, they wipe your car down, inside and out and vacuum, depending on the type of service for which you pay. SUVs get a $1 extra charge but i they still clean your car the best for the amount of money you're shelling out. I believe they also have a frequent cleaning special where you pay a certain amount and can get unlimited washes for a month or so. You should definitely inquire about that if interested. read more

The guy who collected my money didn't do anything he was supposed to when entering the car wash but collect my money and play on his phone. Half my car went through with zero soap falling on my car. Again one of the closest to where I live. I come here for a quick car wash, it's not the most clean but I'm satisfied. When I need a drive thru I just come here for $11.00 soap suds #1 you'll get your car shiny. For an additional $5.00 you'll get your dash board, console and carpet cleaned. Don't waste your money. They dry soap spots into your paint and plastics!! It takes so many washes to get the stains out and it's VERY noticeable. I don't understand why they don't take the time out to fully rise the car before drying it...If you don't believe me, just watch the cars come out after being washed, you'll see the soap suds still on the car and see them DRYING it like that. read more

I've bought the monthly was package. I have been going there for a few months now about 2x a week. I'm fairly disappointed with the service. My biggest problem is with the prep wash guys. They are just plain lazy. I have yet to see them take out the brush and clean my wheels. I get a lot of brake dust on them and the machine just doesn't do the job up yo my standards. Secondly they do a half ass job on the initial soap up. One guy will half spray down my car and barely touch it with the brush and the other will spray some solution on my rims and that's it. When going through the machine the left side brush doesn't even make contact with my door. The dry off guys are decent but aren consistent as well. They are just trying to rush me through so they can sit down and get back on their phones and the kicker is that I'm the only one there so why rush! And to top it off I just seen a sign there that said prices will be going up for the monthly. If you own this place and are reading this please light a fire under your workers asses.
