WOW. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I came to look at a 2010 Lincoln MKT they had for sale on their website. It was a good 2-3 hours before closing time but it was a saturday afternoon, so I guessed it would be busy. (Although i would later be proven wrong as it wasnt) There was one, yes ONE salesman there who was with couple of cutomers at his desk. I was there with my brother and there were a few other, maybe 3, parties there as well, waiting for the one guy. After the salesman noticed me, he said "I'll be there in 5 minutes" which was fine by me since the couple needed help first. I was there before anyone else so I should have been helped by the time he was done in the office. 30 mins later... I walk into his office and the sleaze is drinking coffee and on his iphone. Almost everyone else left because of lack of service. I approach him and he says, oh yes, ill be right there. I walk out to the Lincoln again and am looking in the windows, under the car, etc. since it was locked and he wouldnt even unlock it for us. He comes out after another ten and says, "How old are you?" I was so taken aback and he didnt even say "Hi." I answered "16" and he says "Look buddy I have no time for this, if you want to actually buy the car, I'll let you look at it but i don't play games. There are other adults here who actually need my help." E-X-C-U-S-E- -M-E!?!?!?!?!? HOW DARE HE. I was so pi$$ed off and he didnt even say sorry for making me waste 1 hour in 30 degree weather plus a 40 min drive. Basically, he totally and utterly discriminated against me or even helping me by unlocking the car. Not even subtle about word choice, just flat out "I dont help teens." I then took my money and went to a place in bayshore and bought a 2011 Lincoln. Much better service and so much more comfy environment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS read more

I've had a bad experience with this place. I brought a car cash for 10k back in December. Long story short same day I roll off the lot the dash board lit up with air bag warnings, a bubble on the right tire a plug on the side wall on the left tire, battery dies on me, and the gas tank I asked him to put has in had 12 miles till empty by the time I hit the corner. Anthony has no respect for anyone and neither does sal. I think they have watched too many mafia movies. Brought to bmw for a recall that should have been dealt with before they sold the car. Bmw looked at the car and said rear ball joints are shot, thrust arm bushing is blown out, transmission pan is leaking, coolant hoses are ready to burst there so soft, and a few other things. That's over 3500.00 in repairs. And they claim satisfaction guarantee? False. And now I hear my friend went there for a car and my name got brought up and I was called a douche bag ? Lol yeah look who's talking. Any reputable dealer would never discuss bad business with another customer no matter what happened. Stay far away. And check out the pics I posted. read more

This has been the best experience I have had buying a used car. The staff here at Car Tec proved all my fears wrong. Like most people I dreaded the idea of purchasing a new used certified car. When I arrived at Car Tec the staff showed me around the immaculate showroom. The car I wanted to buy was sold before I could make an offer. The owner himself called me a week later to inform me that he had the same make and model fresh on his lot. That meant a lot to me. I came down and made offer on car. The price and rate quoted was the same when I returned to sign. I was shocked. I was not used to an honest salesman. I am very happy with my G35x sedan and my wife is to. Just created a yelp account to review cartec after buying a used vehicle from them. The car buying experience was pretty good but I would have to say that there is some negotiating involved. After about a week of communication between me and the dealership we eventually agreed on a price for the ford explorer I purchased. Monthly payments were my main concern and originally it was not where I wanted it to be at. Negotiations commenced and I was able to get the car within my price range. Normal situation when buying any car but cartec gets 5 stars because the car I bought couldnt be in better condition. 5 star car and salesmen that will work with you. read more

After shopping around for awhile for a used SUV, I came across Car Tec. I was pleasantly surprised to have a no pressure experience. I saw a Jeep Grand Cherokee that I fell in love with. I wanted to keep looking just to be sure. Sal was great, did not pressure me into anything, just told me they were there if I needed them. I wound up coming back for it, there were no hidden fees or surprises. The Jeep was nicer and priced better than the other dealers I had been to, and it was so nice not to have an annoying salesman trying to pressure me into something I did not want or could not afford! I normally do not write reviews but I feel as though I need to after my experience with cartec. I came in looking for a used mercedes benz in mint condition which is hard enough a task in itself to find. Found one here with low miles in good condition and within my price range. I was also given an extended warranty which to me, is very important for a used car especially a foreign car. Quick and painless buying experience and after going around getting out the door prices at MANY dealerships cartec was the cheapest by a large margin. Car is great I love it. read more

Came here for a replacement to my totaled vehicle and was in a rush which is never a good way to car shop. They didn't put pressure on me to buy with pushy sales people. Let me walk the lot and go in a bunch of different cars. Narrowed it down and did some research, came back the next day and filled out the credit app. Car was home with me that night. Easy process and nice cars, I prefer smaller more personable dealerships than the big new car stores that you can clearly tell all you are is a number to them. read more

Nice car dealership with tons of great cars in their indoor showroom. Also have a lot of cars outside(some of the cheaper cars) but i bought i nice beamer from cartec and couldnt be happier got free oil changes for a year that comes with buying the car and i nice warranty. I had a great experience shopping for a used car at Car Tec. The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. I ended up getting a lower monthly rate than expected thanks to the finance manager who spoke with the bank on my behalf. this place is a rip off, i went in to buy an altima that was listed on their website at 14000. I went in to notice that the same altima was 4000 dollars more expensive, when i finally talked them down to the price that listed online, i went to put a deposite just to see that they tacked on another 3000 dolars in fees. read more

Take the time to visit this place in person, I did and was pleasantly surprised at how clean and "like-new" the pre-owned cars were. They really take care of their inventory and have a lot of different options to choose from. The indoor show room definitely exceeded my expectations and is worth the look. read more
