    If you haven't tried them your getting ripped off! Best quality used cars best prices best service! Speaking from experience. I've bought 2 Dodge Chargers from here in the past 3 years and we are in talks about another one!!! Shane thank you. And to you pops, you raise one hell of a guy. Thank you Cartime Family

    LEMONS FOR SALE! DO NOT I repeat DO NOT go here to buy your next car. I have had my car less than a month and it has been in the shop 4+ times. The only good thing here is the manager and kent. The owner is money hungry and even though the Lemon Law is on my side he refuses to give me maintenance records or my money back. The only thing I can get is a car $4k to $5k more. If you still go here after my review please record everything!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!!!

The GM, Mr. Stewart, was very kind and professional, and the best salesman of all time has to be Ryan Moore. Ask for him if you go there -- incredibly smart, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. However, if there's any talk about a manager and you hear the name Loui/Louis... run the other direction. A previous manager had already given us a lower number, but once Loui realized the earlier offer , he refused to honor it. Instead of working with us, he let his ego get in the way, walked out of the conversation, and because of that, we didn't buy the car that day. Ironically, we called the next day, explained the situation, and they fixed the price anyway. So Loui, if you're reading this... guess who got the price you said was impossible? Moral of the story: Precision Toyota = great. Mr. Stewart = great. Ryan Moore = the GOAT. Loui = no bueno

    This review is about the service department…read more I own a Toyota Camry and received a notice about a recall of the airbag sensors. I called and spoke to someone who said that they would need to order the parts. A few days later I was notified that the parts had arrived. I called and made an appointment using their after-hours automated service, but when I arrived a few days later at the appointed hour, they had no record of my appointment and said they would be too busy that day to handle it. I don't know why my appointment didn't get registered, but anyway I made a new appointment. I brought my car in the second time and they took care of it. They told me it would take four hours, but it ended up taking about six.

    I have the good fortune of owning two Honda vehicles. I purchased a gently used car from AutoNation…read moreHonda and get my car serviced at this location since they sold me a forever car battery in 2019. Before moving to Arizona, I was under the impression car batteries would last for 3 to 5 years because that's how long they lasted when I was growing up. In Tucson, the heat shorten the battery life significantly and so the forever program means they replaced the battery every other year, and I schedule an appointment for a new one. On this particular occasion, I brought my car in to get serviced as there was a recall on the fuel pump for my car and I was able to schedule an appointment at the day of my convenience. In the past I could work in the Customer Service area as they had a desk so you could set up your laptop at work. This day they ordered me Lyft to take me home, since the job was to take 4-5 hours. I was sent updated photos by text on the status of my car and a multi point inspection summary. After picking up my car, they actually called saying would I be interested in selling my car cause they wanted a car just like that, hoping to get me into a nicer newer one.. in the past when I have had to wait they have ice cream in the lobby for free for patron so silly as it may seem I always seem like excited to see that ice cream cooler. John and Corey have always been very nice and professional in the service department. In the past with other dealerships I dreaded getting my car serviced but here they really want me as a customer for life. The employees are sure to make sure I've been helped.
