When i picked up my vehicle is was making a clunking noise from the front end, they worked on my car twice. When i received the car back the steering wheel and front tires were crooked. When i spoke with Rocky he said to go through the warranty. The warranty explained they do not cover the front end either being not aligned properly or not being aligned at all when it was suppose to be aligned when the rack and pinion was changed. I explained this to Kim(the office lady) after talking with the warranty company and she said she understood why they wouldnt cover something like this. A few times i was told someone would call me back about this, no one called. At the time i started calling all that i could notice to the eye/ear was that the steering wheel was crooked, the original clunking noise was back and the front wheels were pigeon toed(pointing inward) due to this it started to wear a balled section along the outer edge of the front tires. Because i am not a car mechanic, i looked over the 5 year maintenance plan i was given when purchasing the vehicle. Firestone complete auto care is a participant in this program. After seeing this i have brought my car to the local firestone complete auto care place here local to me. They have diagnosed what is going on with the front end of the car. Per Firestone complete auto cares inspection: the car was given back to me with the front end is so far out of alignment that it is twisting the other mechanical parts of the front suspension and steering. Due to this it has damaged the front tires, suspension, control arms and sway bar bushings. This is all explained in the documentation that they provided and i have attached below. To recap, i had originally brought the vehicle back due to a clunking noise coming from the front end. The inhouse mechanic said it was the top of the front suspension and mentioned the rack and pinion was bad as well. The 2nd time the vehicle was brought back was to replace the rack and pinion. Our appointment was for 930 or 10 a.m., it was explained we had to wait in town for the vehicle to be done, at 1 pm i stopped back in and asked the mechanic if he was done, he stated he hadnt even started on my vehicle yet. Per your mechanic he stated he needed 2 hours to complete the repair, and 1.5 hours to bring the vehicle to have it aligned and return with the vehicle. 1.5 hours after he started to work on my vehicle i was called and told it was done and i could come pick it up. I have reached out once a week to confirm if the alignment was done. Last week or the week before i was able to speak to and ask Rocky if the alignment was done, Rocky stated that the mechanic there stated yes the alignment was done. This vehicle is not safe to drive now at this time. I do a lot of driving for work, i have had to park this car while i have been waiting to here back. This is a direct result of the mechanic either not doing the alignment, or whom he brought it to did a terrible alignment job which in turn has damaged/ruined the main steering/driving components of the vehicle. Most people are nice, The car I got had some really bad difficulties. The wipers did not work at all, I had to buy new ones. The tires were all worn out which made the car slide on the road. Especially if there was rain. Most cars have a charging port , this car didn't. The woman working there is very rude and has an attitude talking back. read more

He was very nice, super helpful, and generally a super person for us to deal with regarding the purchase a new (to us) truck. So my experience is ok if that , I recently went in to buy a truck from Car Time beginning of may for a new business during these crazy times , When me & my family were on the lot , we were approached by no one , we had to go get them to get there help which is reasonable speaking that it was 5:15 pm as I still work 11 hour days on top of trying to establish my own company, we walk in & we're approached by Josh , Cool at first , kinda just says anything he needs to get the deal done in my opinion but that wasn't my first opinion about him , sadly it was ruined overtime ,I did research on a 2007 Chevy Silverado but was told it was the "banks" car & I wouldn't qualify due to my personal license being suspended but my credit is great , always has been since I was 19 , & josh said he would not need it with my good credit & the right finance company , so I went ahead & purchased a newer vehicle a 2019 Chevy Colorado Extended Cab with at the time had 86000 now has 88008 , After the deal was done I was congratulated & I went on my way , THAT SAME NIGHT , my starter starts grinding when I turn over ignition over & I turn it off & turn it over again , starts fine , I brushed it off & gave it benefit of doubt , until it happened MULTIPLE times after that I'm talking 10-15 times & im not over exaggerating , I called & they said to bring it in , so this is my first time taking it in when Josh meets me in the lot , & he proceeded to say "It did that when I started it to haha so I know your not bullshitting" exact words & in my head Im saying "& you still were comfortable selling this to me ? Ok" & The owner happened to be there at the time & when we went around to crank it , there it was grinding again , so they went ahead set a time for it to be replaced with josh , Me & my wife are full time workers/parents , so having to get someone to take my truck while I'm working or taking the time off to do it is literally impossible, so I have to make arrangements, The original set date I had for it to be replaced I had to go on my lunch break , & arranged to be picked up & taken back to work , I arrived to be told "Who said to bring it in? We still have no part " & this was a week after setting the repair appointment, & was told to come another time the next week & same thing , no part , so after 5-6 phone calls & 2 times getting told there's no part here for my truck on the 3rd week it was finally replaced , during that 3 week period I started to notice my brakes grinding like they were going out or bad & I told Joshua & he said they'd look at them etc , they had "cleaned them" when they replaced My starter & they're was nothing wrong with them , I just left today after they told me they couldn't find anything wrong with my truck & there was no grinding or noise coming from them & offered no help saying they followed the "paper trail" My business truck sounds like shit when I brake & im being told there is nothing that can be done that I can take it myself to a mechanic if I wanna pursue ir further, moral of my story is to inform you the buyer , please beware purchasing from car time , im not saying this for any negativity or hate towards Car time as a company , but they really need to communicate more & be more attentive when a customer buys a 20k truck , again anyone buying a truck or car id suggest looking elsewhere before purchasing here , Tucson Trucks or Canyon Auto is where I'll be next time read more

I came here a few week's ago with not a huge down, not great credit, and not a big income. Car time made it happen for me, while others would not. Joey from start to finish was incredible. He was honest, professional, and I felt I was able to trust him. He was so warm and welcoming to my 4 year old, ensuring she was safe while in the lot, and enjoying a show while we did paperwork. Bought a car from them & after 2 weeks of driving it the struts needed to be replaced. I was out of town & the car was driven for less than 2 weeks. I brought it back & was told there was nothing they could do but fix it & charge me for parts. I spent 2 weeks trying to track down the owner or manager but he never returned phone calls at all. I have to agree with Jeri for the most part on this one. All car dealerships are the same, used/new...what have you. They are all the same, and all about getting that sale..regardless. Usually when I go to a car lot, I like to walk around, spot potential options, rule out the obvious "not in budget" cars, and then chat with the salesman. Unfortunately, a repeated aspect of this is finding out what you can afford etc. (I didn't finance through my bank). James....stood far back, and let me take my time looking. Seemed almost a bit shy to be a car salesman, but since it was only his 3rd day on the job....he just needs confidence. James was incredibly patient, letting me test drive I believe 4 different cars. Not hugely knowledgeable about the cars, but again...3rd day on the job. We were getting ready to leave, when the sales manager came out. I was expecting this aspect, and was more surprised that it had taken as long as it did to happen. This was the strong arm push to get us in a vehicle right then - even though nothing on the lot really made my heart sing. I'll be damned if I'm going to make payments on a car I hate....what's the point of that? I recently went car shopping at Car Time Supercenters and was treated with a friendly manner and tons of respect. The salesman Beto was very honest and genuine. He was knowledgeable and walked me through my various purchase scenarios. The price negotiations were fair and open. I was torn between two cars and Beto patiently answered all my questions and presented a very balanced view of both cars. His sales manager was very friendly and helpful and the whole transaction went quite smoothly. It's great to know there are still honest dealerships/salespeople out there that provide exceptional customer service. There were a couple of details logistically that I had to work out that were specific to my situation, but Beto basically bent over backwards to make it easy for me. This place is a ripoff and the guys that work there are con artist as well as the so called "mechanic" they have on duty... I bough a used vehicle there during the Holiday season , the car looked great from the outside but when I took it home it stated to make odd noises , so I called these clowns about the issue , the mechanic ended up "fixing" the problem which was a busted engine mount , the one he pulled out of the car was completely trashed. Apparently used cars only have a 15day warrantee here, when I called about the problems the car was having these guys were rude and made it seem like I was being a pest. The problems persisted so I took the car to sears where I usually take all my vehicles and they found about $3,000 worth in repairs on a car I've only had for less than a week ! They did not honor any repairs under the warrantee .... Highway robbers!!! Oh and they write their own reviews too ... Clowns! The only reason why these people have 2 stars is because Shane the owners son writes reviews about him self complementing him self on the "Cadillac" he sold to him self .... Completely horrible... We got a 2009 jeep compass sport, which within 2 weeks of having the vehicle started stalling and almost got us in 3 accidents with 2 children under 2 in the car, they did something to the odometer to make sure it was over 500 miles so they wouldn't be responsible. I mean seriously, a 13.5 gal. tank we only use 1 tank of gas, that would be 54.5 mpg. for the miles they said we put on. They are scam artists and refuse to take responsibility. My mother and I purchased a 2009 Jeep Compass from this Car Time Supercenter. We purchased it on May 4, 2015. I had to go back because the left turn signal was not working And they car was making noises that sounded like it was going to turn off whilet i was droving with my childern in the car. I went back on May 9, 2015. They fixed it left turn signal but told me that sound was normal. Between May 11-16 2015 the car stalled again 3 times on the freeway and while I was stopped at lights. The check engine light came on. I went back to Cartime and they said the sensor was loss and they said it was okay. May 16, 2015 the car stalled again. I took the car to Jim Click Chrysler Jeep at the auto mall on oracle. They reported that the cam sensor and the crank sensor was shot. This is $520 cost. The car lot will not take responsibility for selling me a lemon. Also the odometer has been tampered with. I have ONLY used 1 tank of gas. The manufacture confirmed that that car can not go over 500 miles on 1 tank of gas in a 13 gallon tank vehicle.
