Vania said she would call me back but never did. When I called back, I was told my application had been closed without my knowledge or permission. She was rude, unprofessional, and told me my credit would have to be run again if I wanted to reopen it. There was no communication, no consideration for my work schedule, and no respect for my time. Onemain stated my credit score was good along with my income but After confirming a bankruptcy with OneMain my loan was declined. I want to add that with my bankruptcy, I was offered the Karma Guarantee to 3 other personal loans and 2 credit cards and I was approved. So believing the Karma Guarantee I received a hard inquiry to my credit report, so I don't know why I was offered the Karma Guarantee with onemain financial since they knew of my credit history since onemain financial partnered with credit karma and knew of my bankruptcy. I'm trying to rebuild my credit so if your like me, I wouldn't start a loan with OneMain Financial
