CCB is no ordinary bank! Besides handling my accounts professionally, the staff here takes you back into time where they remember your name while smiling. Usually when I have to contact them for support, it is for an error I made and not the other way around. Most recently, I had another experience as described above, from Melissa who went the extra mile to assist me. I initially contacted CCB for an issue on my account and I was lucky Melissa answered the phone. Not only did she solve my problem, but she called me back later in the day to inform me that I should expect an additional amount of credit. She explained it so matter of factly, not looking for kudos, but only to inform me the dollar amount had changed. Lol, I was dumbfounded, but quickly realized that I am dealing with Chino Commercial Bank and A1 service is the norm. GREAT JOB!

I came to this Bank of America (BofA) in Chino with my Mom on a Saturday afternoon. First time…read morehere. I was amazed by its huge sitting/lounging area with some offices along the walls. Funny, they only have 3 teller stations for such a big bank. My Mom and I were turning our heads. Picture it! We waited for pratically 40 minutes in line just to cash a check. There were about 10 people in front of us. Unbelievable! I was patient to wait, but my Mom was not very happy. She said we could have driven to another BofA out in San Gabriel within the wait time. I have to say, she was right. Anyway, when it was our turn, we walked up to the teller. The lady behind the window was pleasant. She quickly handled our transaction. We got our cash and we were on our merry way. Unfortunately, I had to hear it in the car LOL. It's all good. We probably won't be back to this BofA in the future unless it's really necessary or there's no wait time.

Just came in here to do a deposit. I was greeted when I went inside and they also have lolly pops for the kids.. or adults. Lol. It's located at a pretty busy intersection and there's only 1 ATM outside. There are 4 inside but the parking lot is a little weird to park at. It's not a huge lot and it faces towards a large entrance from the street. There's a small lot on the side of a huge lot with for the grocery stores but you'd have to walk across the parking lot to get inside. Friendly, fast and efficient. That's what I liked about this spot.

I use this Chase location because it's the closest one to me, but the ATMs are frequently out of…read moreservice or malfunctioning. Most recently, the ATM took my cash deposit, then crashed before showing the amount or crediting my account. I had to call customer service, file a claim, and spend over 30 minutes on the phone trying to resolve the issue. This is extremely inconvenient, especially when customers trust these machines with their money. Management needs to do a much better job maintaining these ATMs so this doesn't keep happening.
