The car wash is good, but the do it yourself dog wash is a nightmare, it swallowed my money and wouldn't work.

Water and electricity at each site is functional. However the sites are close together and those along the river are all in parking lot style except for view of river. Bonus? Campground sits next to old town so walking around for shopping or meals is flat and easy access. Heceta lighthouse and beach and Seal cove are all nearby and worth a visit.

We were parked in the Fred Meyer parking lot when an employee came out and told us that the police would come tell us to move soon. After calling various inns and RV parks around town, we eventually just decided to try this place since we felt like we were out of options. The Camp Host Gavin met its outside around midnight and was not only very helpful but also extremely kind. He got us set up in a spot and we quickly went to sleep. The next morning, we met some of the staff and fellow campers who were equally as friendly. We even had a few people offer to help us dump our RV for the first time. It was generally a great environment and I wish we had spent more time there. There are a few RV spots right on the water that are probably the most sought after but this place is located right in town on the river. I highly recommend staying her

He showed me back back seat and it looked good. He had to put an ozone machine in there. So I left but I wrote a check for 25$ more than quoted cause I was pleased. Apparently I wrote the check wrong (thank god) because he did nothing but the seats! The doors, dash, steering wheel ect. Wasn't even touched! When he called about the check I told him he didn't finish. He said he would be by later that week. No show. He made me waste 2 more days not showing up after saying he would. Final straw was him telling me he needed gas money! I said 8 have a check. Finally after all that I texted him "forget it" . I basically paid 300$ to have my seats vacuumed and an ozone machine put in from an extention cord that was hanging out of my bathroom window. When I say he did nothing but the seats I mean spider webs still on seat belts and cigarette ash still in vents. I'm pissed. If it was done correct the first time there would be no issue. Expecting gas money is outrageous. Sorry your last client paid in a check and gas is expensive. That shouldnt be the clients problem. Ive held off on this review in hopea he wouls make it right and finish the damn job! But unfortunately looks like i paid 300$ for a vacuum job.

Chris held his quote from 8 months ago which I appreciated. He gave me a entry level package deal which seemed reasonable. I was amazed with what he did with a black trim bringing it back to almost new and did a good job with the headlights clearing them up. My only gripe is I wish he was more thorough with restoring the black trim. There are a lot of spotty misses and not complete areas. I realize its a 2002 CRV and maybe I was asking for too much with the price given but I would have been ok if he needed to increase the price and called to say the overall job was taking longer than what was quoted. I wish I had gone over things more thoroughly with him on what to expect. Photo 1 of 4 Photo 2 of 4 Photo 3 of 4 Photo 4 of 4

Tiffany from Just A Little Cleaner, LLC., a family owned business, won the bid to clean my home in…read moreRegency Estates. After an on-site appraisal, Tiffany said it would be a 5 hour job with a crew of 4 and it would cost between $500-600. I felt her price was extremely fair so we hired her and her crew for a full move-out clean including shampooing the carpets. She arrived on-time and did a perfectly adequate job with what WAS cleaned. Her crew missed the top of the fridge, the chandeliers, the recessed lights, the bathroom cabinets, bathroom window sill, left a pile of garbage in the garage and failed to shampoo the carpets. We did a walk through together and she invoiced me for $840. I commented that it was higher than her bid and she said she had to hire additional crew. I was fine with that because I was more concerned with the place being clean and ready for my tenant who was planning to move in that evening. I paid Tiffany $840 cash and she said she would return that evening to finish the tasks that weren't done, including shampoo the carpets. My tenant graciously waited from 6:30 pm to 8:50pm that evening and needless to say, Tiffany had some sort of personal issue, some unprofessional communication occurred and she did not return that night to finish the job. My tenant was moving in so I made arrangements to have someone else complete the job. I asked Tiffany to refund me the cost of the carpet cleaning and she did. If you hire Tiffany at Just A Little Cleaner, LLC because the cleaning she does is fine, be sure to get your bid in writing and I just wouldn't pay her until the job is completely finished.
