Needed a handheld pressure washer to get some mud out of Wheel Wheels, attempted to use the one in Canyon Country, which was an absolute fail that one needs to be torn down, this one is clean and looks maintained, I pulled right into a open bay, everything worked perfectly, multiple bays available and multiple people washing cars, so positive experience and would definitely use again. Rarely is there SOAP available........when the stalls ARE functioning. Yesterday, ALL stalls were out-of-service (according to other dissatisfied patrons). Watch out when you drive over the drain grates as you leave, they're collapsing (hard on your expensive rims & tires). I just left. Not going back. I drove into 3 different stalls over ten minutes trying to get the touch payment to work - most of them are broken. I saw people pulling out of one paid stall and into another and having to repay because the suds / water or a particular cycle wasn't working - no staff - just a time and money suck and still drove away with an unwashed car. Just like the others I have experienced hard water spots, broken nozzle , broken wash brush , white clean comes out at different times when you are on rinse, and loss of time and quarters just going into the machine and never giving me the time I pay for , someone should really look into this shady establishment , I put 4 dollars in quarters into the machine bay and every time I get a different amount of time , 4min 30 sec , 4min 10sec . Very disturbing knowing you are getting robbed . This run down place needs to be teared down . Its sad that in Santa Clarita there is not one self car wash that works and is well kept. read more

There is always an issue at this wash. Unfortunately it's the only self wash in Newhall area. Been using it off & on for years. Pressure wash is moderate and the vacuums barely work. I hadn't been here in years. the machine took my money and when I left a note with my number no one returned the call. today I thought I would give them another chance. this time at $4.00 it once again took my money. at the same time the next to me lost his. like before no one was on premises. like before I slipped a note with my number under the door. so far no one has called me back. I've been to handful of self-serve car washes before and this place was by far the worst one i have ever been too. Looks like a ghost town, everything is either rusty or not working. The machine took my dollar without giving my change and there is no one working here to help out. Completely out of soap, so only high pressure water came out of the sprayer. Noting came out of the wheel brush or the soap brush. How does a car wash company run out of cleaner? There has been no soap in machines the last several visits and when we pointed out to owner he shows us a sticker on machine with a note that is not legible but is suppose to say the soap does not work. Ok... this car wash experience totally sucked. First the clean tire option the first one was broken since the tube is missing from the ceiling so the liquid just poured out from the roof to all over the floor. Second I placed enough coins for 7 minutes instead this bloody thing run the timer down to barely 2:30 min. In what was suppose to be around 7min. Then I tried to add more coins and it would not allowed me to finished my half assed rinse it gave me time for unless I added ten coins more even though it took my quarters while saying it was adding time to finish my rinse. It was so upsetting to finally have the time to clean my car and I waste a lot of quarters in a washing station that was a complete rip off. I cannot speak for the other stations but bay 5 was so poorly maintenaned, I will never return here again. Emboldened by seeing RENEWED (!!!) customer activity at the car wash in the past couple of months, I've thrice chanced a visit, and all three times the facility worked properly (at least in my bay). And just yesterday, I noticed several workers redoing the bin walls; clearly, the owner has made improvements, and continues to do so. Before moving to SCV, I used to go to a wash in Thousand Oaks. The place was immaculate and always very busy on the weekends. One day I got into a conversation with the owner there who was walking around, picking things up, etc. He told me that at least every other day he'd personally check all the settings on the coin-op to make sure water/soap/pre-foam delivery worked... and if something was off that couldn't be immediately fixed, he'd either put up a sign identifying the feature (ex: rinse) that didn't work properly, or he'd close off the effected stall altogether. Obviously, he was all in when it came to making his business work. Hopefully, the CWE owner will continue to invest time and effort into his business and in a similar manner to the one I used to go to in T.O. PS: I wish CWE had a pre-foam feature... but one can't have everything. read more

I saw the negative reviews and was weary to try this self wash but everything worked as advertised, water pressure is good but the machine won't turn on until after $4 but time will be displayed before then which may confuse some as there is still a small amount of water if the machine is off but another bay is running. change machines dispensed correct amount in quarters and dollar coins. Station number 6 ate my 10 bucks. The door, to what i assume is the office, has a hand written not stating to leave your name and number if you lose money. I did and never received a call back. Previous visit , the blue towel machine ate my 2 dollars. That time i didn't bother to contact manager. Just didn't dry my car. Wont be returning . SCV only has 2 self car wash places, both suck. Terrible setup. Change dispenser broken, does not accept credit cards. If you don't put your money in again before your very small amount of time runs out then you're required to deposit another $3.50 and if you don't realize that and put change in but not $3.50 it will not return your money. First off, I do not like leaving negative reviews but when a business doesn't even have a active phone number what choice do I have? On 12/12/2018 I pulled in and tried to first pay with the credit card swiper but that didn't work. Next, neither coin dispensers work and there was no one there to help. On 12/13/2018, I came prepared with quarters. I drive a big truck so I loaded in $7.00 and the only thing that worked in bay #6 was the timer showing me my money disappearing. I walked around looking for anyone and then had to google the phone number because it is not posted anywhere and the number is disconnected. I know it's just seven dollars but it was my seven dollars. I won't hold my breath on hearing from the owner but we will see what happens, if anything. read more

worst coin operated car wash I have ever been to in my life. Never ever come here. The vacuum sucks at sucking. The wash is 25¢ for TEN FREAKING SECONDS. Are you kidding me?!? And when you DO finally put your life saving into a car wash, the brushes are frayed and don't scrub at all, and the "high pressure" water is more like a light mist. I had to drive home with soap all over my car because I couldn't get it off with their sub-par hoses. If I showed up to a children's water fight with one of their hoses, I would get demolished. A $20 squirt gun from Walmart can do 10x more damage than these. read more

The worst car wash...0 stars. They destroyed my rims on my car and Mike the Mgr did nothing abt it. Offered no compensation for the damages. He was contacted multiple times with no response. He has been reported to the BBB Better Business Bureau. Apparently, the business where I took my rims to get repaired says all of THIS car wash's customers go to this particular Rim Business to get their rims repaired. It's an ongoing issue. When I go at night the lights are completely off and I saw people washing and drying their cars in total darkness. When I went in the day time the place is filthy and unpleasant to look at. I had a good experience doing my first proper car wash here (thank you mighty mods). This place is no frills, cash only. 3.50 minimum in coins gets you ~3-1/2 mins of water (high pressure for cleaning or low pressure for rinsing or filling a bucket) or other random tools (tire brush cleaner, air, etc). Don't try to pay for less than 3.50 because you won't get access to the high pressure water. There were plenty of others washing their cars during the day. Writing this review because I was very hesitant to go here seeing all the poor reviews, but was actually pretty happy with this place. Change machine was working, good pressure from hose, and relatively clean. I did not use the vacuums, so I can't give feedback on that. Since this was my first time using this place (and a long time since I've a used a place like this) some things I learned: 1) come prepared with lots of change - $3.50 deposit only gets you 4 mins. I was nervous that the change machine wouldn't be working (based on other reviews), so just in case bring the change with you. 2) time runs out quickly so be prepared to feed the machine. Which also means you may need to be prepared to spend more money than you were expecting. 3) I only used this place because I needed to get a bunch of bits of tree sap off myself. But if there's no reason you need to/prefer to wash your vehicle yourself and you're not just going to do a quick brush/wash - you may get better value going to a place like Dapper Dan's (if you get the cheapest wash + remember their vacuums are free to use with any wash). read more
