They are quick, communicative, and have a great selection of anything you'd need inside your car from air fresheners, electronic cables, sodas, snacks, and ice cream. I have taken my Tesla here for a couple of years for a hand wash. I've never had a problem until this afternoon. I drove away from the car wash and drove right back in to talk to them about my cracked windshield. I would know if my windshield was cracked. The manager told me to read the sign. Hot temperature and cold water could cause this to happen. It's literally not hot today. I asked if he has cameras to prove that I drove up with a cracked windshield. He was not interested in helping me. I will never take my car back there again. :( read more

They only ADDED OIL in my car but DID NOT drain the old oil, it was seen in the video that it only took 3-4mins my car in their garage because they just added oil which supposed to be drain the old oil first then add the new oil. The owner was sarcastic & rude & admitted that they just added oil! Owners should always be nice & courteous to all their customers & service should always be done right!! read more

Love this place! I come here whenever I need my oil change done. Drive up and they take care of the rest- you can sit inside it's clean, tidy and had massage chairs, snacks, ice cream, car accessories and tons of drinks. Or Outside when it's a beautiful day! They also give you a free car wash- these guys are thorough. Be sure to tip them for their excellent service with a smile! The front desk girl is always bubble and shoot to answer all the questions you may have. This place repeatedly does terrible car washes. They barely get your car wet then rush it through half washed and still dirty and don't bother to use the air unless you ask and when you say something they act like they're doing you a favor. The manager was even confrontational with me about their bad wash work before. Was in the area and decided to give them another try yesterday and still the same. Even the drying guy agreed the did a terrible wash job and dirt still on the paint and missed which he also missed in drying. The wheel wells are full of debris from the recent rains and they clearly don't use a system that sprays the wheels. Won't be coming back. Also express outside only means you pay almost full price and they don't work your car. More those a donation than a service. read more

Pride in their work....I brought my F150 in to have it detailed. My teenage son had been driving the truck, and it was a mess. Anyone with a teenager knows what I mean. The team took their time, completely detailed truck inside and out. I have to admit I was a little nervous asking them to buff the black paint for fear of swirls. The two guys (I wish I knew their names) who did the work, did an amazing job. The truck looked better then when I drove it off the lot new. While I was very happy with the work, it was even better to see the pride that the two workers took. They happily walked me around the truck, While I was inspecting the truck, they were also, making sure that there were no water spots or missed waxed. It was an overall great experience. The communication on timing was great. The recommendation of the detail options was helpful. I will definitely be coming back with my other cars. read more

When this place says 'full service' car wash they mean FULL SERVICE. They first vacuum the whole car, then it goes through what looks like a typical machine wash at first, but the only automatic part is the soap that gets squirted - two guys then proceed to hand wash your car. The best part however is the end when they dry and finish your car. I want to shout out ANTONIO. This dude got every nook and cranny and left my car absolutely spotless. The best part is this... days earlier I had lost the key fob to my bimmer and I checked EVERYWHERE in my other car but never found it. Antonio found it and placed it in my center console! Only the most dedicated person could've dug that deep to find something that so buried. It probably would've cost me close to a grand to replace that key. I'm so appreciative to Antonio! STAY AWAY from this place. Newhall neighbors BEWARE of this location. if I could give them a zero I would. Unfortunately Yelp does not have a zero rating option, so hopefully my story can save you time, frustration, poor quality workmanship and horrible customer service. My story: Don't be fooled by the low cost oil/wash options like I was. I own a 2012 Honda Accord, my car has had only 2 mechanics perform oil changes on it (Honda dealership and my personal mechanic), this car has never ever leaked a drop of oil, and after 60k miles has only seen synthetic oil. (I'm the guy that keeps every service record). My personal mechanic just retired, so I decided to take my car to the local oil change/car wash place in town. Bad move! Immediately after the $94 synthetic oil change my car started leaking oil, making a mess on my recently coated driveway... so I brought the car back and asked them (Leo) to look at it and see if they did not tighten the oil filter or perhaps did not replace the gasket on the oil drain plug. They told me the filter and plug are fine and the oil is coming from the drain pan seal.... This sounded very odd, so I brought the car to a Honda mechanic for a root cause analysis. Sure enough the leak is from the oil filter housing seal, which is a result of over-tightening the oil filter (Rookie mistake). The repair estimate is $170 part plus labor ($400 total). So, I went back to Lyons Auto spa and told them (Leo and Manager) the root cause of the leak and asked for a refund on the oil change due to the damage, and poor workmanship that was performed. The oil change manager flat out refused, was even argumentative after I shared these facts, service records and photos of the oil leaks after they worked on my car. Went there yesterday to wash mines and my daughters car. I guess the workers were tired. My daughters car had trash left inside and they didn't do a good job vacuuming or wiping down the inside of either vehicle. Prices are too high for that kind of lousy service. Went to Lyons carwash on Friday, August 13th, apparently it rained over because when I went out to my vehicle Friday morning it had dirt and rain spots all over the vehicle. I contacted the carwash regarding their rain check policy. The manager told me I needed the receipt to show that I had a carwash done. I informed the manager that I gave the receipt along with the tip to the person that dried the truck. I informed the manager I could show him the charge on my credit card for the wash, according to the manager that would not work because they have a sign on the counter stating a receipt is needed. The individual that dried the truck should have given the receipt back to me if that's the case. Just another work around from the manager if you ask me. read more

I had my Tacoma washed two days ago, it was a handwash express detail so I walked away for approxiamtely hour and a half and when I returned to pick up the vehicle it was sitting off to the side with wet rags sitting on the floor of the driver seat, the rear floor mats were sitting on top of the seat and the worker who came to hand off keys and check my receipt had not clue and I had to point it those out to him to have him clean up and finish. When I returned home I discovered a clay bar left ontop of my car on the passenger side. When I returned today Friday the Manager was aggressive and unprofessional arguing that "Everything was done correctly". Either the manager was blatantly lying to not admit any fault or "Everything done correctly" means an incredibly poor job and clay bars left on top of the car. I asked for a refund because with all the mistakes made I dont trust that the job was done correctly. the manager continued to patronize and claim that it was done correctly regardless of the evidence in front of him. He offered a $30 coupon when I paid $120 for this wash plus a $20 tip. Why would I risk coming back and having such a horrendous experience and risk my vehicle again? read more

Still think they do a great job on the cleaning. The pricing is pretty high vs. other car wash places. They really only offered me a special on a wax. Definitely think they could over pricing themselves out of the market. I went late on a Saturday and there was no one there so I got right in. The nice lady at the front is always a pleasure to see when I go there. She gives the scent for your car so don't forget it. It's the actual scent hanger not some sprayed cork which is nice. Been a customer for over twenty years, once a month carwash, admittedly once in a while my truck has mud on it, first time today I was told it's $23 extra because of the mud which is over double of a regular carwash.
