About a month ago they were having issues with their equipment. They have two bays to go along with the tunnel. Since the Tunnel wasn't working I saw a car being washed in one of the bays. So I asked the manager if I could use one. This guy got in my face within less than an inch. I said nothing to provoke him. Putting all that aside, this is the best tunnel carwash in the state. After the wash they literally detail the car. They spend a minimum of fifteen minutes drying and cleaning the care. The car comes out looking like a diamond. read more

The place usually does a pretty good job, and you pay for it. However, I'm probably not going back. I was just paying for my wash when the guy at the counter goes on the typical right wing moanfest about pronouns that literally don't affect him at all, and then proceeded to profess he's okay with the gays but not the trans people. I basically let him know they're lucky they don't need his permission to exist and went to wait for my car. Dude, just wash my car and take my money, I don't need the ignorant hate and don't care about your terrible opinions. Really just off putting. Left my car at the entrance and when it came out my heavy duty car mat from the drivers side was missing. It could not be found. The owner called me and offered to replace the mat with a lower quality low cost mat. When I declined that offer he accused me of never having the mat in the first place as if I was trying to shake him down. This man was rude and condescending. In the end he did pay half of what it would be to replace the mats and then told me to find another car wash. No problem there read more

First when I pulled up it had a board with the prices. And the one I noticed was The works for $12. So I'm thinking that's reasonable. Get out to go pay the worker hands me a receipt for 28. So I'm pissed but I said okay it just better be the works. Well my car gets done. I look around. The floors had dirt all over. The gentleman ( I do not want to even call him that) at the counter his name was,Guy ( bald man) he was rude and obnoxious, he should not have that position I showed him the coupon on my phone, He was miserable speaking to me, I blew it off as he was having a bad day. I told him I would like the Ultimate was please and showed him my coupon, that was on my phone ,( again he spoke nasty to me ) He says said , LADY WE DO NOT EXCEPT COUPONS From your phone that it has to be printed. HORRIBLE!! NEVER AGAIN!!! Paid $30- for NOTHING!! Not only did they do a lousy job cleaning the car and left dirt all over, I asked the attendant before bringing my car in if he could please vacuum the trunk instead of the back seat and he agreed-- after the wash, the attendant refused to vacuum! What is worse is that the manager did NOTHING and acted like I was the inconvenience. He said he wouldn't vacuum the trunk and refused to refund when absolutely nothing was cleaned!! They also refused to honor a coupon because it has to be in print. Horrible experience, I accidently left my key in the trunk, it was a simple mistake, I had to retrieve it so that the car would start at the end of the car wash cycle. After retrieving the key, the owner called me over and before he even said anything I apologized for the mishap, he responded to me "TO NEVER COME BACK", Really, what owner treats their customers like that? Horrible! I have gotten the cheap wash here before for $15.99.... this time we went all out, got the most expensive wash- paid extra for vacuuming the floor and between the seats. We waited 45 minutes.... got in the car and need to get a new car wash... literally HORRIBLE. I asked them for a rag to let me clean up and thy said no... then do your job. I was recommended here by a friend who said to only get the cheapest wash - I should have listened. I opted for the most expensive 25$ wash because let's be honest - my baby needed it! The car wash is supposed to come with "Soft Cloth Wash Wheel Sparkle Computerized Wheel Cleaner Custom Vacuum Windows and Ash Trays Dash and Console Hand Towel Dry" I was very upset when I got back in my car and the first thing I noticed was the console was still dirty. Then I noticed the scuffed up windows. Then everything else. I was so upset that I just drove off in anger at the poor treatment of my car. But halfway home I started giving them the benefit of the doubt. "Maybe they didn't realize I had paid money for the ultimate?" Or "Maybe they see a child to take advantage of?" Either way I decided to turn around and go back to either get my car finished or ask for a refund. I deserved at least 10$ back considering I only got the basic car wash when I had paid over 27$ for everything! I went inside and asked for a refund and explained why I thought I was entitled to one considering the state of my car. I was asked to pull my car around to speak with a manager. I pointed out that my windows were dirty and the console had obviously not been touched. He laughed at me and told me that they "ONLY RUN A DAMP CLOTH" over the console and use some sort of cleaner on the windows. When I asked him why they charge and extra 10$ for something so simple he said "DO YOU EXPECT US TO SCRUB THE WINDOW?" I tried to give them a chance and they greatly disappointed me. THIEVES!!! Took my 16 Jeep Grand Cherokee several times. But will never go back again. Stole my all weather Jeep floor mats from my vehicle during ref a wash. When I approached the staff o was forced to go through such bullshit just to get $94 back for the mats. The owner hung up on his employees several times and outright refused to even speak with me on the phone. When I finally did approx the manager with proof of purchase he still tried to tell my fiancé that her receipt was new and that we JD just purchased the mats. The last time I took my car there it was still filthy when they finished. I told the manager and asked him to run it thru again. He refused and basically called me a liar. They are total assholes. If I could give them 0 stars, I would! We have been going to this car wash for years, bringing cars and trucks. Yesterday, I brought our RAM truck to be washed. I was waiting outside while the gentleman detailed the inside. When he motioned to me that he was finished, I began walking over to the truck when a man sitting on the bench calls to me "Hey, is that your truck?" I said "yes". He began by saying you can't bring that truck in here with that hitch on it and if you bring it in here again with the hitch on I'll back it right out of line. I told him I had no idea that the hitch was a problem and that I have brought it in many times before and no one ever said anything to me. I suggested that his employees check the vehicles before they go through the wash if this is such a problem. He told me they don't have time to do that. If he had said, in a professional manner, that they don't allow trucks with hitches, I would have apologized and moved on but his demeanor was so rude and dismissive that I was shocked to learn that he is the owner! If this is how you treat customers, you just lost one....any anyone else I can tell! I've been going to car wash USA since it opened decades ago. I have five cars and I probably spend $1000 a year in washes, detailing and merchandise from this business. I always get the top wash (ultimate) and I always give a very generous tip...especially when they take extra time on my car. Some attendants are better than others there. I've had friends that have complained about the general manger of car wash USA in the past. It seems every service complaint is directed to this GM and he tends to respond in a unprofessional way. I don't doubt my friends but the wash is near my home and I've never had a problem before so I never experienced this. Well today was my first encounter....I simply asked for a small white smudge to wiped off the black inside door handle of my car.., it looked terrible. keep in mind this is almost a $30 wash and they are supposed to wipe the interior. The GM refused and said "we don't touch this", I asked if I could borrow his rag for a moment he response no! The actual wipe might've taken him five seconds. I then decided not to give him a tip and get on my way. The GM started yelling at me because I did not give a tip and wanted to start a physical altercation with me on the lot. Lol...I'm 54 but I'd a kick his fat old ass...but a guy like that ain't getting to a guy like me. What a fool, losing a good customer over a little smudge....are you kidding me! Sad to say this place has really gone downhill in the past couple of years. It used to be you would pay a good amount for a wash because they did an excellent job and it was worth it. Now, I've heard from family members they are not nearly as thorough and are beginning to be shady on top of that. My father had a roll of quarters stolen out of his car and I went here this weekend to discover one of my floor mats was missing when I had it before I entered the car wash. I informed the manager of my problem and instead of apologizing, he assumed I was incorrect and told me I never had a floor mat in there. So, instead of challenging him further on it, here I am on Yelp telling you guys the truth and offering the advice to avoid this place if you have a choice. It's a shame. read more

Car Wash USA is a high-quality wash (really more like a mini detailing) for a high price, i.e. you get what you pay for. You will spend around $20 to get your car washed here, but you'll get a pretty detailed interior and exterior cleaning of your vehicle. When you pull up you tell the guy what kind of was you want (I usually get the classic, which is about $19 with tax) and then walk through the building. You can watch them prepping your car to go through by spraying it down and then following it in a small windowed hallway as it goes through the wash. I love my car so much, so I especially enjoy marveling at it as it slides through the wash. You can then pay the cashier, cash or credit, while they pull your car around--when it comes out of the carwash, it's not done; this is where the real work begins. They spend about another 15 minutes vacuuming, polishing, doing the windows inside and out, etc. After you pay, you wait in the inside waiting room or out on the patio for the guy working on your car to wave you over when it's done. I usually tip them $5-$10 depending on how dirty the car was, for a total of $25-30 for the wash. Again, certainly not cheap. The staff is not really that friendly here, but they get the job done, and that's what matters sometimes. I usually prefer places with friendly staffs, but I'm so picky when it comes to my car, that I will put up with a compromise when it comes to getting the job done right. So if your car either likes to be pampered or if it's dirty to the point of almost needed a detail, I recommend coming here and trying it out. read more

The owner is rude, and the guy at the register is offensive and acts like a pervert. I tried going there one last time today, because I got a coupon in my email. They refused to accept the coupon because I didn't print it out, yet nowhere in the email does it say to print it out. (See picture of the email) It only says to print it on the picture of the coupon in really small writing, which I missed. Needless to say, they wouldn't let me use it and my car was already in the tunnel so it had to get washed. I stopped going there a year ago when some very offensive comments were made to me by the man at the register, and the owner rudely grabbed a towel out of my hand when I was trying to wipe excess water off my seat and floor mats. This places offers services they never provide.. Don't offer a car wax when you never accept them because you are "too busy." A customer does not want to hear that they have to show up at 8am to have it waxed when the service is offered all day... And then for you to turn around and say u wax cars all day..... Do not go here!!! Most of the folks I interacted with or saw interact with customers or each other were rude. I even witnessed several workers mocking customers. One even yelled at a customer to get out of here after the customer didn't tip. When you pay $28 for a car wash that takes 20 minutes you shouldn't need to tip. They messed up my first wash so gave me a second one for free the next day (today) and when I looked the car over there were still several issues. When I pointed it out the guy told me I should get it detailed then after about 1 1 1/2 minutes of work he had resolved the issues but made it clear he was not happy and even made faces to other works. read more
