Horrible, run, fast...I spent a whole day at the car lot, was looking at a few cars but in the end they said i couldn't get any of those it would be something else. I tried to have hope and patience. Drive the car home and it smelled funny, the passenger side door had water inside the door and the car smells like mold. They said they would detail the car but that doesn't fix a problem that is causing mold. They told me it doesn't smell like mold to them. The finance manager came outside with someone else and they thought 2 of them with attitude problems was helping the issue. She said she will give me my money back in 7 to 10 days even though they already have the 2500$ down payment. Go look at other places, this is not what they make it seem. read more

They told me my car was under warranty so I take it to them to get fixed then a month later I get a call saying my car is not under warranty so I'm like oh no thats not what was told to me and the guy David was like oh well can you make the payment or not? Do not buy a vehicle from Car World! They have poor customer service, they are very rude. They will not be honorable or show any kind of integrity when it comes to repairs. They Glue fenders or tape them back on. I have my vehicle for a little over a month and all the sensor lights are on the dash board. I ask them could they repair what they didn't fix before they sold me the car, they said "you bought a used vehicle, you know how it goes". Car World sold me a motorcycle that ended up being STOLEN. I had to turn the motorcycle over to the police, leaving me without a motorcycle, and the money I invested into it. This is a dealership I would not recommend to anyone. I know several people that purchased vehicles from Car World. They do not tell their customers there is a kill switch installed on their vehicles. If you are late with a payment they will kill your switch and wherever you are your vehicle will go dead. This is very dangerous if you are on a freeway driving, this could cause a major accident. read more

Avoid this place!! I drove onto the lot as I was interested in a few cars. Loretta met me outside, told me about a few cars and left. She was very misinformed about the prius as she told me they run without the hybrid battery so its fine if it goes out. That is completely false but I didn't correct her. What was a MAJOR RED FLAG was she told me she had to run my credit before I could test drive any of the cars. HAHAHAHA no way I would let that happen. I explained to her that I wouldn't be docking my credit and giving her all my private information to sit in a car I may not buy. She was extremely rude and acted as if I was dumb as she told me "no one lets you drive without a credit check". Tell that to the 50+ cars i've test driven in my life. She told me to go down the road instead, and I told her I would gladly do business elsewhere as i wasn't comfortable with her or sharing that information just to test drive a car. beware beware beware read more

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS UNETHICAL CAR LOT! My 18 year old son did not understand he was leasing a car. Car World acted like he was buying the car. They new he was young, inexperience and Car World TOOK ADVANTAGE OF HIM. Now for no reason have ruined his life with a 11k garnishment, they got their car back hardly driven. They should be ashamed of themselves. If Car World would have verified his employment they would have seen that my son had a part time, first time job and make no money especially not enough to lease a car. Car World said he was paying monthly, after 2 weeks Car World said he was late on the payment, Car World said he had to pay $250 every 2 weeks. He did not make enough money to pay every 2 weeks. Car World took advantage of his youth and inexperience in buying a car. The car was a lemon it spent 5 plus days in the shop because it would not run could not even drive it. He told Car World they can have the car back, they waited 90 days to take the car back. The same sorry car. Now Car World is going to garnish his wages for a car that didn't run. Car World pushed the car on him knowing it did not run, He gave them $1,300 down witch is what the car was worth, sold to him or lease to him for $16,762.73. He never talked to anyone about owing money on the car. His ex employer said Hosto & Buchan sent them a garnishment. He never talked to Hosto & Buchan. This place sold my son a car, repo the car and now trying to sue him for almost $12,000!!! Not to mention in the papers he has received they have stated they have sold the car he was buying! Now I think they can get him for the three late payments if he was behind but not the repo fees or lawyer fees!! I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy a car from this place!! great place to buy a vehicle and the service is actually pretty decent. Reading the reviews I would say that those people arent realist with their expecations of the dealership. I came in, yes they asked to run my credit first. They wanted to do it so they could give me a selection of vehicles. As a buy it would suck to test drive something and then be told after my test drive that I do not qualify for it. They weigh your bills against your income and that determines your loan amount. They essentially arent going to give you a vehicle that you cannot afford which saves you from getting repossed. It's a great business model. I have had a few issues with my car but part of being an adult is being prepared for the situations where your car breaks down. I mean even the Dodge Chevy and Ford dealerships etc have service shops! A vehicle is a machine. It needs PREVENTATIVE maintenance. Lastly, my credit score has seen a tremendous boost from paying on time and in full. They have put me in a good spot credit wise and they PAID MY SALES TAX as they do with all vehicles on their lot. Jaron Joanna and Tamaria all work hard and are extremely nice people. I bought a 2008 Chrysler 300 and all ive done is put gas in it, change the oil regularly, and keep the tires balanced and rotated. It ran hot one time and my warranty covered it. The second time the o2 sensors went bad. My warranty was expired but because I was a good paying customer they just fixed it for me and added 28 bucks to each payment until the cost of repairs had been paid for. Again you take care of your business they will help you out. If not then there is nothing they can do but their jobs. Great buyer referral program as well. I have won a total of 325 bucks off of 2 people I have sent their way purchasing. Great used car lot! I definitely would recommend. read more
