I was definitely expecting more with all the recent social media hype but coffee was fine, nothing . The stand out was the tomate toast. That was actually incredible and would come back over and over for it. We got the roll with the cheese on top and it had like an anise taste to it. Out of four of us nobody liked it at all. Not even a little.

I don't think there are enough words in the English language to describe my love for Caracas Bakery. Every Sunday morning growing up when I lived in Caracas, me and my dad had a tradition of getting cachitos together. This is the first place in the US that truly resembles that tradition and delivers that level of quality. I love this place so much. Honestly, you can't go wrong with anything on their menu. The cachitos, pastries, and sandwiches are all incredible. Don't sleep on their egg plates either. Their scrambles are fantastic, and the frittata with meat is one of my favorites. Aside from the food, the vibe here is so cozy and welcoming. It is the perfect place to work. They are always playing great music, and the staff is absolutely outstanding. Everyone is so kind, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Hands down, this is the best service I've experienced at any cafe in Miami. You might think I'm biased, but after trying so many cachitos around the U.S. that just didn't make the cut, I truly praise Caracas Bakery not only for their food quality but also for the incredible atmosphere they have created. It feels like home for someone with a connection to Caracas, and even people who know nothing about the city or culture fall in love with it. I also have to mention that their matcha is, without question, one of the best in Miami. I don't know what magic they work back there, but it's next-level. They use Rocky's matcha (hello!) and I always get it with oat milk and honey. Honestly, it beats most of the trendy coffee shop matchas out there. If you have the chance, I highly recommend stopping by. Spend some time with a book or your laptop and enjoy everything Caracas Bakery has to offer.

Caracas is a solid/trendy bakery in the Miami area. I came here on a week day and it was surprisingly busy! I really wanted to their Cardamom pastry but that was unfortunately only available on weekends, so I got the Guava Cream Cheese pastry (8.5/10) and the Turkey/Cheese savory pastry (9/10). For my drink, I wanted to order their freshly squeezed orange juice but that also wasn't available lol. I opted for the matcha latte (7/10-way too much milk). 2 menu items not available and no signage to give customers the head up is what made me take a star off. However, I would try Caracas again because so many of their menu items sounds/looks delicious.

I was recommended this place by my best friend, and I'm glad I came! Everything was so delicious. I ordered the mushroom toast, pan dulce, iced latte, and guava babka (to-go). At first, I was genuinely curious about the mushroom toast (bc it sounds pretty simple but unique - haven't heard or seen a mushroom toast before) and to my surprise, it was soooooo good. Couldn't stop talking about it! The guava babka flavor was good, but it felt a little too sticky/chewy (felt a little under baked); other than that, everything was good. There's a parking area at the front of the store but it can get packed pretty quickly. Also, a great place to do work. Overall, great experience, service, and food. Would definitely come back again!

Large coffee Served small cip Half way paid 5.00. Total rip-off

"$24 for a 'large' coffee plus two pastries, and my coffee came in a small ($5.00) cup barely halfway full. The staff were outrageously rude and arrogant--sure, their baked bread loaf is good, but this careless, overpriced service is unacceptable. Luckily, there are plenty of other breakfast spots in the neighborhood where you actually get what you pay for, good food, plus real, attentive customer service. I do like to support all my surrounding local businesses, but this one is way too much--too much super ego."

Cute spot with great coffee and delicious pastries. The almond croissant was perfect and the people were nice. I'll definitely be back when in the area.

The bakery was busy we ordered to go, all the pastries looked amazing. Can't decide what to order! Haha

First time at Caracas bakery at this location. Wow the selection of pastries is incredible - much more variety than the doral location which is more of a quick counter pick up. The place was packed on this Sunday afternoon. Surprisingly parking was easy to find. The service was quick and helpful. I asked for my pastries - boureka and apple turnover to be heated and the pastry just melts in your mouth goodness I am in trouble - this dough is so flaky and not greasy! Let's see if the gables location is equally consistent.

I met my family member here for lunch and it was one of the best lunches that I've had in a while. The tomato was excellent and very flavorful. You can tell it was natural and nothing more. The bread was nice and toasty. They have many other items and something for everyone. The service it is pretty straight forward, you place your order, get a number and they bring you the food. The bakery was clean and very well lit and they had a lot of sun. Until next time!

Nothing reminds me more of my beloved Caracas than a good cachito. There are many places in Miami that make them, but this one is truly unmatched.

It was a Saturday morning the first time I came to Caracas Bakery and I gotta be honest, I was so frustrated as it was so busy, I decided to leave and dine somewhere else, just because I didn't want to wait in line. I decided to give them a second chance, this time it was after a beach day early in a Saturday afternoon, there were some empty chairs this time, and it couldn't go any better. I loved it!! I had their flat white, perfectly balanced and with the right intensity coming through, priced pretty competitively. I got to sample their turkey egg croissant and the breakfast sandwich. They were both great, but that breakfast sandwich was next level. I couldn't resist to have a dessert before leaving so I went for the cream Danish, it was delicious. The guava and cheese danish is on my list for next time. All in all, I loved it and will repeat it pretty soon.

They took 45 minutes to make a breakfast sandwich, after asking for it, they took 20 minutes more to prepare it.
