We tried calling the shop to address the mistake, but it went straight to voicemail. Between the lack of customer service, the error with our order, and the high price point, the experience was very disappointing. For the cost, the quality did not meet expectations. Sadly, this place feels past its prime, and I wouldn't recommend it.

With skin like vanilla pudding, Brian took the time to tell me the difference between all the yummy brittles they make and even gave me a sample! The thin ribbon candy is made right in front of your eyes. The ribbon candy is SO BEAUTIFUL and delicate, but that's probably because it's made by the soft and supple hands of Brian. I heard about the Colorado Candy Company at Loveland's Winter Wonderlights where they made cotton candy. I thought the watermelon cotton candy was delicious and it was as soft as I imagine Brian's ponytail would be. Usually things are fine, which is why I wouldn't rate it lower, but what we saw was gross. The man in front of my grandpa in line got his popcorn, duh his hands through it to eat some. He said it tasted old and stale, so he asked for some new popcorn. It happens, popcorn can get stale. Not a big deal, right? Well, the employee poured the popcorn the man handed back to him in one of the batches he was service people. This was after the random customer had his hands all in it. My grandpa told him he should throw that batch out because that guy had touched a lot of the popcorn, to avoid germs and whatnot. He said he was going to throw it out. Thankfully, he gave us popcorn from another batch, but we stuck around to see him throw the other popcorn away and he NEVER did. He most likely served it to other customers and that's super unsanitary.

My favorite is getting a mixed bag of the triple white cheddar with hoppin jalepeno. Finger lickin' good.
