Oh boy, I am extremely pissed off and disappointed I have to write this. A few MONTHS ago, someone came out and "fixed" some minor damage to my wife's brand-new car. There were a few scratches and scuffs, but we wanted it fixed. The repair technician came out and made the spot worse. He left his thumbprint epoxied into the car, left chips and smudges, and did an AWFUL job. I called the company and spoke with someone named Michael who was extremely apologetic and told me he'd get the repair technician to come back out and fix his work. A few days later, the technician calls my wife and complains that he has to come back out to fix his work and claims it didn't need fixing. I spoke with the technician and told him he did a poor job and that he needed to come back out and fix it. The technician ended up telling my wife he'd need to "reschedule" and then never did and never came back out to fix it. The damage AND THUMB PRINT is still there. I need this resolved ASAP. read more

My problem was deep scratches in the driver's side mirror from vegetation and thorns as well as other deep scratches in the trunk area caused by loading and unloading luggage. I was looking for a service short of a full autobody repair company and found the carbodylab which offered mobile service. They were exactly as advertised. You simply take a picture of the damage, and forward it electronically for a quick and thorough estimate. I received mine within 15 minutes of submitting it. The estimate was well within what I was hoping and I made an appointment for them to come out. Again, I received, an appointment time, and all the information I would need within 15 minutes; including the technician's name (Curtis) which was provided for identification. I placed a deposit and was all set. I want to emphasize, this is exactly as they described on their web site. Curtis arrived, as scheduled, in a fully equipped service van containing all the materials, a vast array of paint, and tools ready to go to work immediately on my vehicle. He was truly a professional and after examining my car explained exactly what he would be doing. Amazingly, he completed the repairs in a short time and I was very impressed with the results. The scratches, which were all the way through the paint to the undercoating, were completely repaired and there was no sign of them. I was speechless. Where carbodylab went "above and beyond" was not only in the quick, professional repair results, but in the area of honesty. Just had Carbodylab fix some scratches on the side of my car. I went to three body shops and got quotes that shocked me. All of them were two to three weeks out to get them into the shop and wanted the car for two or three days. Carbodylab came to my house and fixed the work in about 4 1/2 hours, within three days. Their price was 30 to 50 percent under the body shops. The job they did looks great. The only problem I had with them was finding them in the first place. Didn't locate them on yelp under mobile scratch or dent repair. Only got their name when one of the dent guys I contacted called me to say they didn't do paint repair.
