My wife loves her 2017 VW GTI. We bought it brand new, and it has less than 15,000 miles on it--yes, less than 15,000 miles. Mechanically, the car has always been excellent, but cosmetically it had really started to show its age. The front and rear bumpers, the spoiler, and the door handles were all losing their clear coat. It honestly looked like a bad case of sunburn. On top of that, all four wheels had noticeable curb rash. For a car with such low mileage, it was frustrating to see it looking that worn down. We brought it to USA Collision at 10020 N Cave Creek Rd and worked with Hovik, the estimator. From the start, he was confident and straightforward. He told us the car would look like new when the work was done--and he absolutely delivered on that promise. The paint finish is flawless, everything matches perfectly, and the attention to detail really stands out. The wheels look great again, and the entire car looks better than we remember it ever looking, even when it was newer. This review is overdue....in January 2026 we were rear ended in our 2018 Toyota Highlander. Didn't know where to go but basically through some research and yelp reviews decided to take it to USA Collision for the repairs. They did a fabulous job.....the highlights..... Met with Hovik....he's a real pro....was upfront in I might have some out of pocket costs if the insureds carrier didn't totally cover their labor rate. He completely handled dealing with Root Insurance and getting approvals for over $6,500 in damages not covered in the original estimate of $4,300. And ultimately I had no out of pocket costs. From drop off, then evaluation, parts orders, body replacements and repair, I had my car back in great shape and all done in less than 6 weeks. My Mercedes Mechanic (German Auto) referred me to USA Collision to repair some damage done to the rear of my SL500 from a rear end stoplight crash. This is the worse car to get hit in the trunk as it is the storage for the retractible hardtop and full of hydraulics, pneumatics and other stuff I know not the names of. Just had a poor experience and didn't get service from them. Working with my insurance adjuster and from the beginning they felt the estimate was too low without seeing the car. Money was sent to them but they said they didn't get it and no purchase was made. This took over a month. We cancelled the service call and would not recommend them. read more

I took my Lucid Air to USA Collision to repair the passenger side of the car which had several bad scratches. Hovick gave me an estimate and told me he could have the car back to me in a week or ten days. Sure enough, my car was beautifully repaired and available for pick up within a week. This is the third time I have used USA collision because they always do a fabulous job, their prices are very reasonable (way less than Raintree) and their customer service is excellent. I had some damage to my Lexus GS 350 and both the owner, and my contact Hovik were terrific with their communication skills throughout the entire repair process. It is very rare these days to have such outstanding customer service!!! I got three estimates, and USA was in the middle. I felt most comfortable with USA and they didn't disappoint. Hovik showed me the least expensive estimate had not even priced some parts on their estimate. USA Collision was able to reuse some parts, and the final bill actually was $500 less than the original estimate. That type of integrity is rare!!! They also completed their service two days before they had indicated. Also, very rare!!! I have used the services of USA Collision several times in the past. However, it was when the original owner was still there. I went there today to get a price on repainting my vehicle as I am going to refurbish my 20 year old car with a totally new color and wheels. I was met by an employee who was condescending and patronizing to me. I don't know if it because I am a woman or because of the age of the vehicle. He didnt even inspect the vehicle. Then even went so far as suggesting I take my vehicle to MAACO. What terrible customer service! It wasn't the price I declined, but their attitude. Would they tell a man to go to MAACO? I took my car a 2014Blue/ Grey Hyundai in on November 17 for an Estimate on my damaged Left front fender. Eric Buyer, took his time going over my car . He said that not only was there damage to my left front fender ; there was a bad dent on the right front as well. The cost would be $1,800.00. It would take the week of 1/21 to repair. They would close on 11/24 for Thanksgiving and not reopen until 11/28. I would be back East visiting Family in Delaware and in Baltimore. I have to tip my hat to USA for all of the five star reviews that they list as earned. My vote is two stars at the most and my reasons are as follows: The paint matching process was terrible. My 2014 FORD F-150 FX2 now has two shades of GREY METALLIC and I was told it was good enough. They would not be willing to correct the paint and process for my truck. The owner said he used the proper "recipe" to cook up my paint. USA works on custom cars and I do not see any noticible paint problems with those outstanding vehicles. My 11 year old truck did not get the same treatment to say the least. I am terribly disappointed in the work done and I should not have to feel this way. USA did a wonderful job on the interior. Too bad the exterior was a total failure. It took only five hours to complete the paint work. The JULY 4th holiday fun was quickly approaching and it was obvious that USA wanted to be done with me and my vehicle. The management team could not be found. The cashier was left to guard the fort. She willingly accepted my final payment.. The owner, David, preaches that CUSTOMER SERVICE is number one. Nothing is more important for him. Based on my experience, you be the judge. USA Collision did a great job of returning our Supersonic Red 2019 Prius to like new condition after it was "attacked" by an aerosol paint can rolling on the road that covered both passenger doors, the back tire, and rear side panel in bright orange spray!! While we were at it we had Hovik and crew repaint our faded and scratched back window fin - it turned out beautifully. They delivered the car all cleaned up and detailed. This guys were great. The attention to detail was amazing. I have a Cherokee Trailhawk and had been hit on my drivers side rear tire. Drop off was quick and thorough, I dropped it right between Christmas and New Year and it was still done promptly. Here's what made me trust their work though.. Firestone discontinued the AT1, the AT2 is now what's standard on that car, so 3 of my tires say Firestone AT1 and 1 says AT2. They removed the white paint on the lettering from the AT# on the tires, so aesthetically the only way you can tell they're not all identical is because one has a little more side wall protection. That's attention to detail and considering the wants/needs of the client, not just doing the job until it's technically complete. Top notch. read more
