The Carbon Khaus team did a great job PPFing my brand new G87 M2, pretty tricky to ppf, even more difficult to PPF flawlessly, perfectly tucked panels amazing ceramic coat on top as well! I enjoyed the selection of films they offered, as well as the breakdown of pros and cons for each. Professional, well priced, friendly staff, and very high quality. Fantastic location as well! Will definitely be bringing the rest of my cars to Carbon Khaus for PPF and ceramic!

Edit: I had the ppf removed and Carbon Khaus cut into the paint all over my car. so much for them doing a 'bladeless install'. I knew victor had to of known my car was damaged as soon as he wanted me to sign a release of liability. He also wanted me to sign an NDA, which now i understand why he doesn't have a lot of bad reviews if he's having other people sign them. The pictures should speak for themselves. Took 2 weeks to get tint and full ppf on my car. After the first week i showed up to see the progress and it was sitting outside the shop with absolutely nothing done to it. I wanted to pick up my car then but they told me they had already cut out the ppf, so i decided to leave it (big mistake). They were supposed to add on a windshield protection film, headlight tint, and fix my carbon fiber spoiler since i got full ppf, none of those things were done. When asked Victor said my car cannot have the windshield film without cutting out spots for the sensor, which later i found out isn't true, and he said they were unable to fix the spoiler, i don't even know if they tried honestly. The spoiler just has a small crack and they were going to cover it. I had to go back and leave them with my car again to get the headlight tint. The only plus side is since the tint wasn't dark enough they added a second layer to the windshield, i was told this would make it about 30% and it would look the same as one single layer. It did not, it had a very noticeable blue tint, was hazy looking, and ended up measuring at 12%, so impossible to see out of at night. The film on the headlights also made it impossible to see so they said they could change it to a lighter film. Now about 3-4 weeks have gone by since i got the PPF and i noticed many issues (see picture) peeling everywhere, lots cut too short or too long. The trim piece on the driver door under the window is bent, the trim underneath both mirrors is tucked under from being reinstalled incorrectly, and my taillight was popping out from them reinstalling it and misplacing a nut. After asking around and being told be multiple people that it was a bad a job and i should ask for a refund i did. They wanted to fix it but honestly i was tired of driving back and leaving my car with them. Plus i was told by another shop that it looks like they may have cut into my paint. Victor said he would refund me but still wanted to fix the windshield and headlights, which was nice. He also tried to tell me that it's because my car is matte, but another shop told me this is not true and someone with the exact same car as me sent me a video and theirs is perfect. The roof is also peeling which is gloss, not matte. If he didn't have the confidence to do a matte car then why do it? I went on saturday to drop off my car and he fixed the headlights but i had to come back, again, the next day to get the tint fixed. After all of this and being refunded he wanted to me to sign a release of liability, which in it states 'Customer understands and agrees that Carbon Khaus is not liable for any damage discovered beneath the PPF, including but not limited to paint defects, blemishes, discoloration, or inconsistencies. This also includes any cuts or abrasions in the clear coat as a result of the removal or otherwise.' and ' Customer agrees not to pursue or initiate any claim, chargeback, complaint, or legal action against Carbon Khaus related to the condition of the vehicle under the film, the process or result of PPF removal, the film itself after the refund date, or any prior dissatisfaction already addressed through the refund.' There is absolutely no way I would ever sign anything like that without knowing if they damaged my paint or not by cutting into it. He was obviously mad but I don't really care. Very thankfully they gave me a refund and fixed the tint, but was it really worth dealing with everything else and possibly having the paint on my brand new car cut into? no. now i have to waste even more time and drop my car off somewhere else to have it fixed. huge waste of my time.

I have a vehicle with a carbon fiber roof that i needed wrapped for sun protection, contacted several local shops and this one seemed the most convenient and I got a reasonable quote after giving my make model and details of what exactly I wanted which was a clear UV wrap. After an in person inspection I was informed that there was some minor damage already present that, although minor now, would be much more visible once wrapped, I saw it for myself and instead of expensive repairs before wrapping we went with a carbon fiber PPF with a 10 or warranty, i could not be happier, to be honest the faux carbon fiber looks better than the real thing. It pops and I'm confident this will last, and if there is any issue I believe they will stand by there work. I apologize but the owners name escapes me but he's a young guy starting a small business and he seemed very eager to make a name for himself with quality work. I'll definitely call carbon Khaus first if I need any more work on this or my next car or anything else I'm driving.

I have done couple PPF and ceramic coating for my cars in the past from various shops. When i was looking for a Ceramic Coating for my current car, my friend referred Victor to me since he was in town. Victor was very acknowledgeable for products that he uses. Recommended me variety of products step by step until we both come to an agreement to use on my vehicle. The result was quick and absolutely satisfying. I would recommend all my car friends to have their vehicles protected by Carbon Khaus. Thanks Victor!

I spoke with Victor about doing PPF and window tint several months prior to receiving my M240i.
