My intake specialist Adrian was the best and spent almost 2 hours for my intake. He handled everything with a high level of professionalism. I spent over a week compiling all the details and documents requested and sent it to them on a tuesday and by next morning got a call from Adrian that the firm is not taking my case due to me still working for my employer. Even with years of harrassment, retaliation and abuse documented they said they cant take the case. The thing is I told them that I was still employed with them from the beginning and they are trying everything to get me fired and still they didn't think it was a strong case. With california civil rights actively investigating with supeonas and records requests blackstone thought no we dont want it. They could've just told me that they don't take cases if you weren't fired. Adrian you are the best and I thank you for your effort in helping me but blackstone in my opinion didn't step up to help at all taking just less than a day to review over 3 years of documented harrassment, retaliation and discrimination records. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I repeat do not waste your time with this firm. My experience is almost identical to many of other negative reviews for this firm on this platform. They will waste weeks of your precious ticking time ( lawsuits have sensitive timeframe). I spent so much time sending over document after document. Going over details numerous time at length only for them to not even have the decency to give me a reason as to why they would not pursue my case. It is a solid and strong case - they need to be more respect about wasting precious potential clients time. A general more respectful and kinder attitude from the staff wouldn't hurt either. I asked for some additional help/guidance from them in an effort to seek other firms and was coldly ignored even after I followed up. Please do yourself a favor go elsewhere especially if your case has to be filed within a certain amount of time. It will only be a disservice to your case. Terrible practice! read more

UPDATED REVIEW: The situation was addressed by management. I would actually remove my entire review but Yelp would not let me remove the review. Management called me to explain why the situation and lack of communication occurred. Additionally, management assured me that this has been addressed with his staff. if I have any future issues, I will use this law firm again if necessary. Ok it's early, but I have to give credit where it's due. I sent in a request for a case consultation, received a response to set an appointment and exactly on the scheduled date I received a call. This was overnight. Steven Perez is my Intake Specialist who is professional, thorough and courteous. I have completed the same steps with other attorney offices and have yet to receive an initial response. California is a litigious state and I'm sure attorneys are swamped, however customer service and communication is important. If you can't help, say so. I want to state that my review does not represent the personal attitude of the staff but the mis-communication and lack of communication with this firm. I was in a car accident on Mother's Day 2018 and my case is just NOW being settled. 17 months later. In between this time, my case was handed over to several different people in the firm, on one occasion I called and that person wasn't with the firm anymore. That happened twice except second time they notified me. There were several times I wouldn't hear ANYTHING on my case for months. I was never kept up to date unless I inquired about it 80% of the time. Not to mention the outcome of my settlement was nothing compared to what I was hoping for after losing my new vehicle and this accident effecting my children, my family and my JOB.
