They don't work on Fridays, and many offices take 1 to 1.5 hours for lunch. When you call within those very limited hours you can often wait on hold for 13 to 27 minutes. Each time, they will tell you that they are short staffed. This has been my experience for the last 5 years without exception. Short staffed? Isn't that just bad HR management?

Dr.Hungerford has a gentle manner and he is kind to his patients. He is more knowledgeable then my previous doctors and was able to help me balance my medication so I can manage my health. Listen by the time you need an endocrinologist your body is suffering and your spirit is crushed. There isn't a cure for hypothyroidism but medication and diet can help you. Many people get angry at a permanent auto immune disease and might reflect that anger in their reviews but I have seen what a bad endocrinologist is like and Dr.Hungerford is the best I have ever met.
