Very bad food and service. Delivery took two hours and food was cold and horrible. Avoid this place, and especially avoid delivery.

Refused to deliver 2.8 miles from restaurant. Told they do not go over the river. Poor service.

Absolutely the worst pizza I've ever be ever had! Thin soggy crust with a ketchup sauce! Never ever get the shrimp on their pizza.

Carbone's is great no matter where it's at. With the IGH location being no exception.

Had an earlier dinner, service was good and started filling up as it got closer to 6pm. Our server…read morewas friendly, checked on us but gave us space to enjoy our meal and conversation. The raspberry lemondrop doesn't pack a punch alcohol wise but I enjoyed it. Portions are large and definitely easily sharable. There was good lighting at each table to be able to see your dinner companions but dimmer throughout to give a sense of privacy, not sure if that's what they were going for but it was nice. Ample parking since it's in a strip mall. My only critique is that the containers for leftovers are the compostable clamshell containers; great for the environment but for butter and fat heavy foods. The containers absorbed the oils and leaked onto each other and the bag relatively quickly so keep that in mind if you're taking your pasta home without a bag or your car seats may be stained.

Basket of bread comes with the meals. Pizzas are only ok... so just come for the pasta dishes. Daily special dishes are great as well. Happy Hour: very few places offer 3-6p HH 7 days a week. This is one of the rare spots that do! Decent HH menu with $5 house wines. Granted, the house wines are very basic, but their regular wine list has some nice options and are fairly priced. Service: prompt, friendly, overall good experiences with the service. Ambience: it's a cozy, warm vibe with fireplace for cold days. It can be cold if you're seated by the door. Plenty of booths to request when you rsvp. Making reservations is a good idea on weekends. Located in an unassuming strip mall, this is a gem of a find. Would absolutely come back.

Lovely little place with delicious food and drinks at good prices!…read moreCame here on a Saturday evening with a group of three. We called around 5:30 to see if they'd seat us at 7:15 and they were able to reserve a table for us. I got the daily special which was like a chicken Parmesan but with steak. It wasn't my favorite thing because I was not expecting the steak to be thinly cut and more on the dry side. That could be my bad - I heard steak and was imagining something totally different. But it wasn't still pretty good! The noodle texture was to die for. It was $30. Drinks were delicious too and ranged from $12-$15. The only thing that I didn't love, is that they charge for every little thing. we got the focaccia and asked for olive oil and balsamic. Why was that an extra $2... $1 for olive oil and $1 for balsamic. If we hadn't ordered it, it would have been an $8 large sized muffin of focaccia - which turned into $10. Definitely not worth it. I asked for some extra Parmesan and they charged $2 for pecorino... honestly it just threw off the experience a little. And it came in the tiniest little cup. I understand maybe 50 cents but $2? Especially when we're having five drinks and three entrees between three people, realizing we were paying extra for those items on the check just was not enjoyable. I'd recommend this place to others as a great place for pasta and drinks, but pasta and drinks only. Maybe avoid asking for any thing on the side and I'd skip apps.

My husband recently went vegetarian which has made finding new go-to restaurants... interesting…read more Mucci's was on his saved list, and he had already scoped out several dishes he was excited to try so we quick made a reservation and thankfully there were plenty of late evening slots open! We came on a Friday evening and genuinely weren't sure if it was open because the lighting inside is so low it looks completely dark from the outside. (Spoiler: it is open. Just extremely moody.) We started with the focaccia and burrata, which was ah-mazing! Perfect combination, super flavorful--I just wish there had been more bread, and a little balsamic vinegar would've made it next level but all in all so delicious! I ordered the lasagna, which was... okay. Not earth-shattering or jaw-dropping--the meat was a bit dry in my opinion. and I didn't end up eating much of it. HOWEVER. My husband's rigatoni? SO GOOD. Perfectly al dente noodles, incredibly flavorful sauce, and thankfully not an overpowering mushroom flavor (which I was nervous about). I'm still mad at myself for not ordering it but all this really means is we'll just have to come back--and next time, I'm definitely stealing his order!

My review is only for the fish fry experience, I have not tried the normal menu…read more This was such a good fish fry! The fried fish was flaky and tender. The Mac and cheese was delicious, and the potatoes had a great flavor. Be warned that the initial line is super long and can stretch to outside, but then it is much quicker after you get through the first line. The servers were all super nice and the place had a great, welcoming atmosphere. I also appreciated that they let girl scouts sell cookies inside the restaurant! Will definitely have to come back for their other menu items.

This is sad guys :( food is still amazing but wow service really needs so much more training like…read moreit's soo bad. I would literally shut down for a weekend and higher better servers or just train everyone so much more... It took a straight hour I mean a full hour to get a fried chicken sandwich and a burger with some cheese curds-that is crazy guys. Our server just seemed really uncomfortable and out of sorts. It felt super awkward. The old place was so much better!! I understand wanting a bigger location and I was excited because I'm in Hastings a lot and yes, you did need more space but we literally compromised service for space and that's not sustainable in a restaurant. I really hope this gets fixed because this place was a gem! My husband and I loved it. We would go all the time and get burgers and fried chicken sandwiches for like the last three years. I was excited over being in a bigger location, but yeah, the service was so awful and the food took so incredibly long that it just put a huge cloud over the whole experience. Also my loaded fries--the cheese wasn't even melted. Like, how could you even send that over to the table? I hope you guys do a lot more training and get people up to speed. There's no way I could come back after what I just experienced maybe in a few more months when people are more trained that was super frustrating. I also feel sorry for all the veterans and good old boys that used to go there every day. The old place had a way better vibe to it. This feels chaotic like people are confused. You have a whole bunch of staff that don't know what they're doing now and it's super noticeable. Fried chicken was delicious as always, but boy did I pay for it. Honestly, the wait time was just the worst part. That's my main complaint a full and I mean I'm not exaggerating here--an entire hour for one burger and one fried chicken sandwich that's insane and they didn't even offer to take anything off when it was all over. $90 for this experience and it was really frustrating. It was sad to us too because this used to be one of our favorite spots. Super bummed.
