I placed my order through DoorDash, and I really appreciated how well the bag was stapled and secured which may be a small detail, but it shows they care. Everything I ordered was a 10/10: fresh, flavorful, and with no weird aftertaste (which can sometimes happen with keto-friendly food). I'm so glad I found this spot while on my keto journey. This is an interesting concept and I am glad they cater to people with dietary restrictions. My sister had been looking for a place with good desserts for someone with Cronh's. They specialize in alternative desserts more catered towards Keto. They had variety, which was good. I got an almond flour carrot cake. It was. Little drier than I'm used to, but good flavor. My niece got a sneaker be cake and my sister bought a frozen lasagna to go. My niece loved her cake also. Service was good, the girl t the counter was nice and gave us good info about how the pasta is made etc. I think the business has space to grow in variety but definitely a great option! read more

Was excited to find a gluten free place close to my new job that offered so many options but sadly things were a bit overpriced for the frozen quality. However you can order there or pickup and maybe it'll be better?! The taste was just lacking for me the chicken burrito was better than the beef! Not worth $13+ for burrito however* I was soooo happy to have a gluten free burrito after all these years I didn't have to attempt to make myself. I thought the store would be full of gluten free options but alot of items contained wheat. But lots of healthier choices. Very cute shop as well! read more

Wondeful experience. I was referred by a friend and when i wenr i met Andrea. She was patient and took her time explaining what Keto meant and provided me with a tour and choices to begin my dietary journey with. Since then we have been back often The meals are simply amazing and I have not missed my precious dietary habits as of yet. Went back and met Dana. She was also very nice. A business should not be in business if they can't do what they say they will do. We contacted this place hoping for a keto gluten free cake for my birthday. They didn't answer their phone during business hours. A day later they reached out via phone on a Sunday and didn't seem to understand anything nor could they clarify very important allergen questions. We asked if the icing was gluten free and they said we don't know. They told us we had to pay in person so we figured we could sort out the issue in person. The woman on the phone asked us to drive out on a Monday (Labor Day) and we told her it's an hour drive for us and a holiday but we would meet her in person to place our order. Sure enough we canceled our Labor Day plans just to drive out an hour on a holiday to be completely no showed. They wouldn't answer the phone either. I wasted a whole day and was left scrambling to find a gluten free bakery last minute. What a TERRIBLE business! I should've trusted my gut after reading numerous reviews on how they have apparently done this to many others and fail to follow through or communicate. Broken promises equal zero business from me and I hope others will stay far away as well! Buyer beware!!! Go anywhere but here! I am beyond disappointed and upset that we wasted our holiday and our time. I first had their food as someone sent me some of their treats from DoorDash. Everything arrived correctly and in great condition. Their food is DELICIOUS. I am so picky with my treats and as well as my macros. Carbs Me Out is. the only place I've found that has desserts that fits my Marcos AND actually tastes so good and like the real thing. Their brownie, chocolate cake, and their ice cream is amazing. I honestly could eat their ice cream over regular ice cream any day. All of their treats are so yummy. We showed up 5 minutes after they should have opened on a Saturday and nobody was there. I left a message on their machine and they did call back in about 15 minutes and said they had been considering not opening for the day due to weather ( weather was pretty normal and we saw no other businesses closed). We are keto/carnivores and eat a lot at home to know what we are putting in our bodies, but would love to get out once in a while and have low carb ice cream at D-lites, in our area of Cypress. We were bummed to learn they closed the shop so we went on the hunt for another place and we found this place. It's far for us, but it was worth it. Alfredo the owner, is very out going and nice and proud of his shop. We had chocolate ice cream and bought the keto lasagna to have the next day. I have to say that lasagna was well worth the money! I had high hopes for this place and was very disappointed. The service was terrible. There was literally no one there, the young lady had a horrible attitude, no thank you hi or bye. The snacks that they have for sale are very overpriced, and all of it you can find at whole foods for less. We got a dessert that was in their fridge to try it out and it tested like freezer burn. Went in earlier today and got some vanilla ice cream, tres leches, and cheesecake! My parents are low carb and I limit added sugar, and I am happy to say I have found a place that has satisfying desserts! The ice cream texture and consistency was way better than anything I've tried at the grocery store, great taste too! The cheesecake was subtle but good and I enjoyed the jam that comes on top. The tres leches was also good, not too sweet but still satisfying. I will definitely be back to check out the other options. read more

A few months ago I was coming here consistently. It was my first time back in about a month or two and I was disappointed to hear that one of their best employees was let go. I don't remember her name, but she always provided excellent service and she knew her stuff very well. If you asked her what was in a certain food, she knew. And once in a blue moon if she didn't know, she made sure to ask someone that knew and tell you. The cashier that attended me today had no idea what she was talking about. I asked her what was used in something and she said she wasn't sure but she didn't even offer to find out. She was also busy looking at her phone, which the previous employee never did.
